    Usual Ntd and physio appointment. I had a deeeeep massage and some ultrasound too. Very happy about! Yeah it was a lil screaming the massage! ? I m booked for another next week too! Then I will each two weeks something like that! Coz my lower back and specially my booty, hams & calves are very tight! Posing in my gym w heels and all! … Nothing to report more really I m prep robot mode …ah yes I m moving this weekend!! And try to fit my steps with all daily things to do…sometimes verrry tricky in LDN!! And TMRW lower. X

    ah everything seems magic! I don’t feel in prep really… maybe because I m working on it w same structure off and on season! because Corinne is fab OMG she is!!! and because I ❤️ the process! … lot of reasons Eheh 9 weeks out still! bikini camp was really wow!! the pros checked individually our routine. was by group of 5 only. absolutely fantastic day! improvement made. a lot. hopefully they will another one!!

    strength go up ATM, which is very important to me… I enjoy training! love my cardio too! basically I do what I love!
    btw emotional, really lot of excitement…need more ashwagandha ahah and hopefully I m caffeine free now too! x

    Today upper waaaas so UP! HAPPY gal! I feel more Strong when “leaner”….far for that leaner ahah Pull down ohhh very strong, shoulder press no spotted this time all new loads by myself as a good girl, all back movements pb all over! Feel the groooove!! Beautiful day at the gym, lot of bros ? Amazed!!! Topppppppp top! My people!!!!
    My body feel all Enthusiasm tooo…. Kind all 300kg legs press right now all together!!

    Still thinking about yesterday I mean lovvvvvved. It felt as show day!! The trip adventure was a great change as train in the afternoon….

    Tomorrow vacuum, cardio, M1, physio?!?!, posing, M2,…..lot of things in between, M3 again cardio! Yeah! And so on……. posing posing and posing!! X

    Trip to Harpenden this morning…wow I missed traveling… the place is a beauty!
    Posing camp no words really gOooooOd! yees fun and effective! Basically we simulate show day and our routine so so…I mean Tanya was just fab, such a cutie and Sooo professional!!

    Loved the experience and all!! such an amazing day by 2bros!

    Then later I went to the gym for my lower! Great session!! Legs press and 300……add up on hams but I got only 6reps so next one we will try again and hopefully we got some more!!

    Fantastic day.

    LOWER A

    Lying hamstring curl – 1 set of 8-10 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps

    Smith squat – 2 sets – 12 reps – increase the weight a go for 8 reps

    Paused Leg press – 2 sets – 8-12 reps – reduce the weight – 1 set 20 rep – hold for the count of 1,2 in the hole

    Glute bridge – 2 sets of 10-12 reps – hold at peak contraction for the count of 1,2, then very controlled eccentric

    Abductor – 1 set of 10-12 reps, STRAIGHT INTO frog pump to failure (Bret Contreras) – REPEAT TWICE, NORMAL REST BETWEEN

    Adductor on the cables – 1 set of 10-12 reps

    Hanging leg raises – 2 body weight sets

    STRETCH

    Standing calf raise – 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    NTDay. Feel deeply yesterday’s massage! Still!

    Tuesday next session physiotherapy. I was tempted to book even on Monday. The tight situation is reallllll!

    Today same stuff. A part the small things to prep for tomorrow’s trip to Harpenden! Excited about!

    on the X trainer… almost finish my second round.. and it’s a very sweaty moment! beautiful summer weather 🙂

    Great session! Back and shoulders. Overall Happy! I did not YOLO wait next one! Went to failure on some and on same numbers before lockdown specially on back which I feel strong on it!, up up on shoulder…on raise more a sweet come back !! Great numbers today! then post workout My deep massage tissue killed me literally OMG okay booked others two sessions next week. very tight my posterior chain. screaming thing. Going on prep need more of it. It was really deadly Today. Sooo freaking out of the world!
    Note on myself: never shop shoes Post-workout lol!! Maybe you will regret! Ahah
    TMRW rest day, some shopping, Sunday camp posing and legs in the afternoon! Ohhhhh ?

    Check in days
    1,2 kg off! No change in diet & cardio but we will EOD from Sunday! Very excited about everything!! I m Organising my trip to Harpenden for the posing camp! happy! I ll documenting it on my IG as much as possible. But yes focus focus focus! Here my pics.
    Today check in, vacuum, cardio, posing, steps, meal prep, cardio, stretching and foam rolling* (…*my everywhere!…)
    TMRW upper and deep massage tissue.
    sunny day ahah bras sport and short everydayyyy!!

    check out @skinnyfoodco and @myprotein. they got lot of seaisoning..btw myself I just add lemon, pink salt and cider vinegar. Easy.
    you can add lot of spices, herbs mix. you can make a marinate for the chicken. you can use spray oil 1cal to cook too ( coconut oil or simple oil) . you can grill it also for a barbecue version and add a “cheap calories” barbecue sauce! ?
    there’s ketchup low calorie too! X

    LOWER B

    Smith machine squat – 2 sets – 8-12 reps – reduce the weight – 1 set 20 rep – hold for the count of 1,2 in the hole
    SLDL BB – 2 sets of 8-12, toes raised – push your hips back and really feel that stretch in your glute and ham, hold at the bottom for the count of 1,2 then contract concentrically never losing tension.
    Glute extension machine – 2 sets of 15-20 reps
    Adductor on the cables – 1 set of 15-20 reps
    Back supported leg raises – 2 body weight sets
    STRETCH
    Standing calf raise – 3 sets of 10-12 reps
    25 minutes stair master

    It was Okayish! Smith machine… well I did not make 100kg* tho!! Numbers before lockdown. Exactly last week before lockdown.! 80kg to die for! Spotted by an handsome older gent plus 70 so huge!! So so it was coooool anyway despite little frustration Eheh !! Others keep same numbers as left! Omg I enjoy training lot lot
    Tomorrow check in not sure how my body will handle inflammation from training and so my bodyweight will be maybe affected?! …. … The mistery continues
    Friday deep massage tissue yeeeeees but 1hr I mean the dream! ? Just after my upper body session straight there.
    Saturday rest
    Sunday posing camp and probably rest again
    Now I m cooking chicken.

    personally I would not seasoning for 50calories ? I would prefer more veggies because keep me full! use maybe drop flavours for seaisoning, pink salt, I mean something less caloric but tasty there are a lot of yummy things on the market …. well all suggestions above are great! … tea, coffee, veggies like cucumbers or kale chips, water with some lemon…! I make lollies with JOIN IN and it’s like a treat! and I m in prep! you can make lollie with tea as well… but I m aware that I ll be hungry at some point in the day. tbh I like it but that’s me. this mean that I m getting close to my goals and I feel lighter etc… btw I m not tempted from everything outside of my plan BC my why is so important to me! and I love my food!!! you can too!! hope helps! X

    Really impress about my strength! Shoulder press I made some progress! I was defo more pussy before quarantine lol And Smith press ohhhh fab session! Stair master was sweaty but less than yesterday! Sad tomorrow is rest day! I mean..I ll survive! BUT .. Sore not here yet from my leg session and feel great. Must be because JOIN IN lollipops they are always there! ? Extra happy love my gym and all my people there! Everyone there!
    Start to see some definition. Okay still relatively potato but my midsection seems tight which is great when posing!! Today beauty treat at mine! A first time thing!! Princess feels! Hair stylist oh shall see!!
    Obsly hit my gym twice tomorrow. Happy gal! Happy days! Probably posing there too! below my session!

    UPPER A

    Standing side raise on the cables – 2 sets of 12-15 reps

    High Incline BB press – 1 set of 8-10 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps

    Narrow smith press – 1 set of 8-10 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps

    Tricep pushdown (diff attachment) – 1 set of 10-12 reps

    STRETCH

    Wide lat pulldown – 1 set of 8-10 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps

    Chest supported dual DB row – increase the weight and do 1 set of 8 reps, reduce the weight and do 1 set of 12 reps

    Low row – 1 set of 8-10 reps

    Rear delts on seated cable – 1 set of 15-20 reps

    STRETCH

    Abs – 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    ? I just enjoyed myself today but really a lot. Lot lot! Ahah strength wise I come back where I left really… and Felt Soooo good! Let’s wait few days to feel that sore stuff….but It was kinda I m doing it everyday…. Music on, pre stim in!! And Hopefully TMRW is training day toooooo I can not wait! Spotted for my frogs tooo!
