    We ready? Ahah omg we made it!! So TMRW I m going like a ghost to my gym fasted for my 1hr cardio … as usual nah? 6am? Today ending this chapter strong.. okay hams curls I got only 2 reps more with my last pb and dying with! but Strong on all really! I was Soooo lethargic tho! Needed all kind of music to stay alive… Imagine my steps…
    All Shakira, and all metal stuff!! Great great session today! Enjoyed so much! up & up But Okay now time for a proper gym!!! yeeeeees!!!!! X

    Check in days. Off 0,4 kg yeah!
    We keep going same diet and on Saturday come back to the gym. All my Cardio will be done there with the proper kit and I ll Come back to my past rotations! Can not wait!!

    Today same stuff and well the dentist…get ready for gym days ahah like the first day at school! 🙂 I know childishly…and a new log book too!

    wupppp I´m up on my feets for the last 11 hours, had three small breaks between clients for food and a little bit rest, legs are tired and now I´m finally at home ? reduced cardio from 40 to 30 min for today, I guess I had enough steps today ?

    tomorrow I´ll finally see a doctor (orthopedist) to check up on my lower back, hopefully it´s nothing serious ..

    Last upper session at mine…I mean this temporary Mine ? so so chin ups we reached 21×2 full ROM…next week 22 at the gym hopefully with some less bodyweight?!….. whatever everything up ahah crazy up shoulder press and meadow row tooooo, felt easier press up so went up and obsly why not Dips but not biceps curls yet!! (Lol) They just don’t have that groove!! Beautiful day loved!! TMRW check in 10week out this weekend!! Eheh NTD and all cardio, steps and dentist appointment toooooo! (It can be exciting this too) love my NTD routine! I just love to be on the move!!

    Today again productive day. Administrative things work blaaaa but Oh I wish my cardio was longer… I was just having so fun on X trainer!! (Well already I do 1h45 on NTD) … but believe me It was so cool…lot and same guys same time all doing our stuff in the sunshine!! I can not explain the feeling! So kind my posing gooo consistently, meals prep as always, work and all usual stuff.
    New flat is confirmed. Ahah it’s close by.
    I can not wait tomorrow upper! and defo last at home! 🙂

    Such a day! ? Okay my session was defo exciting. 1,25k on hams and lot on sissy, dying on bridge, not breathing on frogs, my backpack can not handle anymore all the plates for my standing calves with on my hand a dB full of stuff…we are to the potential max! SLDL felt heavy heavy tho!! But mehhhh this the environment count too and I can not wait gym days! Soon! But it was Endless… All the equipment and the set up! So so ….. Looking forward to a proper gym!! My gym and only my gym!!!!!!!
    ( AdultING ) on 25th is rest day but yeeeeees so…. Well no care as I ll hit the gym probably twice and do my posing there toooooooo. Sleep there. More open on 24th a midnight! Party?
    Ah keep you updated I m moving again coz covid didn’t stop …. To freaking out people and landlord in this case…want to sell the building!!! Oh this year I was stable as an IKEA table ahah kidding
    And moving with all the plates and barbell!! But I m upgrading again lil more!! Huge Terrace, bigger kitchen with huge fridge, close to the gym (ahah if covid ….) And I think that I will be moving after my competitions hopefully not just one! Shall seeeee!!
    Hairstyle booked next week at home which is new….love this keep updated on my IG probably ahah let’s be social, dentist tooo, work done and some more extra biz on Friday!!
    I feel hungry lately so must be a good sign!!? I like this feeling…!!

    Same NTD’s stuff but yees some meeting here and there..Something new coming soon!! Perso and pro life!!
    Prep is going smoothly I mean I enjoy!! Omg I love tbh…I can not wait to see more condition, eventually my hams tooooo ahah not sure about

    Writing it while on X trainer! 2nd episode of the day! Mobility moves later on!! And need to complete my steps still!! Nothing exciting no concretely yet .. but all countdowns are on!

    Lower TMRW maybe last at home?! Need to figure out this!! 🙂

    Upper day and 1 chin up more ? oh yeees!! Let’s celebrate!! So 20 X 1, 21 X 1! Okay was not the fullest ROM…ever but 3/4 I would say!! Happy session really happy! Shoulder press goooo up and I love it, press up and dips too… triceps up up, meadow row went up on reps not yet in biscuits soooooon! biceps curls you know ahah no way bigger biceps pending (….) Ending with my 25 min outdoor cardio on X trainer just fab!
    I think that pre stim played something here ahah cherry cola is a yummy flavour! Lemon one too tbh!! & A Great playlist too! Actually I got one on Spotify!! You can check it out if you need music inspo lol Jkelly.ross but yeeeeees is a bit metal hardcore CNS freaking out a lil!!!
    Next week we are 10 week out?! Ohhhh and I can not wait the bikini posing camp on 2nd August. Obsly looking forward to gym dayyyys too!

    Sunny and hot day so cardio short w sport bras!! With waist trainer in the middle of the city! But Sooo Cool!! Close by a kind of swimming pool (really kind tho) then I enjoyed some water game!! However Short fun tbh lot of steps lot of shopping lot of meal prep and things to do… Eheh
    Tomorrow testing cherry cola pre stim flavour!! Arrived so quickly ahah hopefully coz I was at my last 30gr of Eaas too!! ?
    Weather could stay like this forever!!!

    REST DAYS Vacuum Fasted 60mins cardio right away 130bpm In the afternoon 45mins cardio at 130bpm and 15mins posing practice Daily steps – 12k
    TRAINING DAY vacuum fasted 35mins fast walk right away, 10mins posing, Post workout – 25mins on X trainer Daily steps – 10.5k
    Training Day
    Acv+lemon+pink salt+turmeric powder+glutamine.
    (6.30am) Meal 1 – 100g 5% Trout or salmon, 50g chicken/turkey breast
    (9.30am) Pre gym meal, eaten 90mins before – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 40g rice
    (pre stim 3gr)
    Intra 30g eaas, 5g creatine
    (1.30pm) Pwo 60mins after – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 65g rice
    (4pm) Meal – 180g white fish, 6g evoo,
    (6.45pm) Meal – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 40g avocado,
    (9.30pm) Pre bed – 100g trout or salmon, 50g chicken turkey breast
    Non training day
    Acv+lemon+pink salt+turmeric powder+glutamine.
    (6.30am) Meal 1 – 100g 5% Trout or salmon, 50g chicken/turkey breast

    Lower Session today was really fun!! Increasing all exercises, some pyramid of plates here and there lol…like Frogs almost can not breath ahah like 40kg on my belly.. you got the idea!! The proper gym game finally here next week! Wow. 3 gym membership anyone? Ahah

    NTD my usual routine. Defo “the stillness is the key” is booooring! (Sorry for my shallow review ahah, or I m bored myself who knows…I give up this one) So so nothing else to say really… soon sleep, and repeat!! Ah TMRW is check in day!! And made some Progress about my bikini! ?

    haha the first chapter of every new book is so stressful, I´m always between should I stop wasting my time or wait and keep reading and yeeeees training is often mentally a battle!

    ahah it was deeply in philosophy too much complexity involved ? but I ll keep going! it was not the good time for it! next one “can t hurt me”! enjoy some business podcast ATM just more pragmatic and really give me the right energy in the morning!!!
    when Start in a tricky way seems going s***…is there that we should keep pushing?! easy to give up!! never worth the easy things…( here all my motivational podcasting Eheh at least I get inspired ) …. in meantime I did not want get obsessed so I taken it like a game coz I don’t want to loose control and go mad in a negative way… just for an exercise… even omg I was on the edge of being frustrated….used it to push more! officially crazy!!! X
