    Wow tbh basic day but such a beauty!!
    Hot hot and loved it! Happy! Nothing to report not crazy day really same same… little things!! My recovery since I m using join in and curcumin95 is Soooo gOooooOd! Btw TMRW upper and yes I m ordering my bikini 🙂 so 11 weeks out! Lot of crystals…. Anyway I will never feel ready right? Avoiding get paranoid about my fatness LOL (note to myself)….. useful post Here ahah

    Legs day… started the most trickiest ever tbh hams curls felt like mission impossible! ? I did not give up but that feel was there. So mind game and after some failure I got it. Endless tho. So then I increased the loads to almost all following exercises!! SLDL I was defo there with all my strength! All the way up on sissy, and bridge! Lunges keep same w more reps!! Calves up tooooo. It was a mind game more than physical today. End with a sunny 20min cardio… with waist trainer on! Sweaty sweaty one!! X

    Cardio & steps entertainment okay the new book not sure! 1st chapter and yep “too boring” stillness is the key …so let’s try soon again ahah not the groove today and probably tomorrow same coz it is legs day!! 🙂 CNS is going to be messy! This is my forecast for TMRW session ahah!! already lying on the bed..soon time to sleep!!

    I go for Almond butter. btw lot of choices peanut butter meridian, food spring, Biona or any organic no added sugar or others ingredients. otherwise PS2 which is in powder, professor nuts, gonuts or Yamamoto nutrition has lot of yummy nuts butter ?

    Ah upper up on some, keeping same loads for others but more reps. great great for some. ? My Moooood (….) Yday and still today! mixed feelings crazyness! That mess! scale & being a potato still, the gym opening…
    Btw such Great my new routine, posing fasted is look better ahah! Waistline matter!! Decently happy about today after all!! New book in Stillness* is the key X

    Training Day
    Acv+lemon+pink salt+turmeric powder+glutamine.
    (6.30am) Meal 1 – 100g 5% Trout or salmon, 50g chicken/turkey breast
    (9.30am) Pre gym meal, eaten 90mins before – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 40g rice, 100g pineapple
    (pre stim 3gr)
    Intra 30g eaas, 5g creatine
    (1.30pm) Pwo 60mins after – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 65g rice
    (4pm) Meal – 180g white fish, 6g evoo, 120g apple
    (6.45pm) Meal – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 40g avocado,
    (9.30pm) Pre bed – 100g trout or salmon, 50g chicken turkey breast

    Non training day

    REST DAYS Vacuum
    60mins cardio right away, pre meal 1 – 130bpm In the afternoon – 35mins cardio at 130bpm and 15mins posing practice Daily steps – 12k
    TRAINING DAY vacuum
    30mins fast walk right away, 10mins posing, pre meal 1 Post workout – 20mins on X trainer Daily steps – 10.5k

    Lower was sweaty!! Starting to sum up with the ugly SLDL I think that my strength didn’t follow my log book ahah or all the way around!! Was tooooo heavy!! So so take it as a mehhhh for today however I go up on hams curls +1,25 and was not Soooo deadly!!! I can do it and mooore!! Happy hams!! Up on the following exercises…and much better on bridge changed set up!!!
    Okay skipping after legs… Very short and sweat! Eheh then some Posing (recorded) Tomorrow Check in and omg 12 weeks out! Scale is going to collaborate?! X

    Nice day! Productive, smoothie & stress free!! Just realized that rest days aren’t boring anymore as used to be years ago!! I mean I never stopppppp!! Keep my podcasting in each morning cardio let’s be better mode! Motivational quotes stuff… lol but tbh I think so!!
    Bikini matter is done ohhhh yes! We got a colour ? and I can not wait the bikini camp on 2nd August!! So exciting! Less potato for the event?! 8 weeks out there!!

    Training days. A Bit more. On shoulder press, press and dips, dB dual row. Stuck on 20 chin ups X2 sets but this ???? Meadow row is freaking heavy so much still, and well biceps are really (….) Skipping rope today “eaaaassy eaaaassy”!
    Booked the Posing camp on 2nd August and this is a new things!! From 2bros events! Trip to Harpenden so!!
    About posing…I can not comment or judge myself ahah specially when I m still relatively potato but I keep practicing every day… regardless!! I enjoy it… even I would like more from myself and do always better or different!!
    Steps done and shopped lot of veggies!!! black chips kale are Sooo yummy! X

    NTD and a beautiful sunny day here! Yeeeeees!! … Interesting day!! Dean Graziosi podcast and some others, the war of art …is a book, keep in my mentoring program and today with an online meeting! So I think that from a productivity stand of point…was okay however… Maybe tooo much! overwhelmed sooon! So Slow down self talk mind games!! Lol Eh well I Feel my yesterday’s session … loving my twice cardio and I started to love again my mobility moves under the sun… Contemplating the sky and the clouds wow!

    Okay, skipping rope in ???? no bad as come back!! I did not forget!! I was pretty funny good with it.. 3y ago in my skinny (….) dayyys!!! one leg, two and all the ways ahah however veeeery sweaty!! Lost my soul too!! And needed a Cold shower post workout!!
    Mostly of my session was exciting, less exciting was bridge which still killing me!! So so usually I am going to feel that in few days..on my body! On my CNS is kind immediately, totally lost afterwards. Empty. Come back to reality after lot of WhatsApping on the go! Because lot of steps! Ahah btw Sissy fam ❤️, old friends, lot of people and company coz kind I m planning Xmas, administrative things, work again work. and I m planning my next future too with all the variables ahah lot of travel, work and BB, work again work!! extra Cooking in the afternoon (living in the kitchen almost) chicken, fennels, whey lollies Obsly with JP iso whey you can get creative… with all flavours salted caramel too and maybe with banana?! and Melted dark chocolate?! Triple choco and dark chocolate?!…. Need to think new ideas!!!
    Frozen Whey & Yogurt Lollies
    – 400/500ml cup fat free 0% (fage) Greek yogurt
    – 1 scoop vanilla ice cream whey trainedbyjpnutrition
    – pinch Himalayan salt
    – 1 cup frozen blueberries
    – 1 cup frozen raspberries
    – A few tbsp of jam (optional)
    .
    Put the yogurt, protein powder and salt in a small food processor and process until well combined. Add the frozen fruits (make sure the fruits are frozen solid) and process on pulse until the fruits are completely broken down and incorporated with the yogurt. This frozen yogurt is meant to be consumed immediately as it will become rock solid if stored in the freezer.
    However, it can be placed in the freezer for up to 15 minutes to firm up a bit in a lolly mould.  if a firmer texture is desired!! tested by my friends. Approved x

    Had a really cool shooting with an fashion magazine , really different, crazy outfits but I really loved it !

    NTD beautiful day same stuff basically with a lil more cardio in the afternoon in my huge outdoor gym!! It was Sooooo busy and just fab! (Mainly guyyyy tho!!) Following my mobility moves in the sun! Wow the simple things ???? tbh I would stay there forever and ever!! Physically and mentally, everything together much needed!!! Lot of food shop’s adventure, lot of steps, and lot of podcast….lot of dreams plans goals going on!!

    Upper body was Okayish. I can confirm my crazy not sense progression on chin ups! From 15 to 20 like this. X 2 sets! That’s cool! 🙂 Shoulder press game up again. Felt strong on this as press up and dips too! however Meadow row was a bit meh! Opss!! dB dual row up on reps next top up some plates on! My posing was decently better than before…. kale chips and join in lollies kind of day! ahah the journey continues… happy gal!

    ???? Out 0,8 kg! Yep!! Currently We are at 51,9kg….No change to diet this week but a little change to cardio …and well I love skipping rope!!
