ah thank you! yes, never been so heavy and look relatively shaped (still a bit potato tho! AhAh) my max bodyweight before was 45kg …and in skull mode 40kg! (“stage weight”) the scale is not a reference sometimes! … btw 3/4 October Ben Waider 2bros events OMG is the one to focus on. then let’s see if someone last-minute π I take easy but doesn’t mean not seriously… just enjoy! X

use Biona 5litres on Amazon! buying in bulk! good and convenient!! fasted in the morning with pink salt, turmeric powder, lemon, warm water and glutamine. love the taste but it is not for everyone.

Beautiful NTD’s routine. Body clock come back to my usual 5am! (..) some vit d topped up in my outdoor cardio! ???? Both session! Yay!! ATM Lot of things around professionally for me. Which is great!! Kind active almost hyper!! …Btw today All BB things standard…13 weeks out and TMRW check in day!! Corinne’s live this eve!!! X

Slept like a babyyyy! … So my day started 2 hrs later!! …felt messy inside tho, and try to control this…out of my usual routine thing. However We nail the recovery :)… Lower body was greatly exciting. Up again. Strength is going up still. Very happy with that. I know that the mind game is everything. And We are in 13 weeks out. Excited. Too. Much.
Defo want travel more next. Ahah as it is not enough already!! .. not sure where I came from anymore. I m from everyyyywhere Feel Excited about my future too. So so let’s start to make some 2021’s plans! X@jkelly.ross

NTD same stuff but Happily surprised in my posing routine today… some visual change ???? tbh I was almost too emotional … (I m like this, is my normal lol) all the cardio which I really enjoy! Morning one more intellectual means listening my modules while I m on it and in afternoon more YOLO music etc….I did some mobility moves tooooo outdoor, such a beauty!! ( Mostly pain ahah needed! )

I m perfectly happy with my Diet, digestion is really good! mostly whole food and I just love! easy to prep and all my favourite things!!

Strong enough today on upper body
There’s a logic to hit 20 chin ups like this lol from 15 to 20?! But fully reps…I really counted well! Thinking about Lat wings game for my posing!!! Ahah go up on everything except dual row trying to control the movement NOT MOMENTUM & focus on! Tried to go Up on biceps curls A joy my set LOL!! Oh such a session and all day I didn’t stop! π Posing lil better but still far from where I want to be…now it is still technical practice if you know what I mean!!! Need that natural flowing!

podcast Tony Robbins, kiyosaki, Gary vee, educational content different types, psychology stuff, nutrition, etc (depend your interests!) BB and others fitness related rdx muscles, muscle intelligence etc. YouTube bodybuilding interviews or Ted talk.
Audio book they are my favo! I like to switch OFF completely from BB so go mostly for others kind of contents! ATM I just studying my modules while I do my fasted cardio! yeees, time go fast!!
btw The educational content here is one of the best option! and Music is always great!! x

Lower body session was exciting!! Still progressing in my hams curls… which I m really happy about.. hamstrings’s apparence soon!? SLDL up on reps little beast mode, progressed on sissy too and finally up on lunges with an okay execution! Knees approved ahah Bridge all the plates on!! Dying….and up on frogs & calves. Abs X3. UP Everywhere! (JP pre stim is my secret ahah) ending with 15minutes posing. Listening some random Pop music today and it was really fun!! Lov ING the hot weather and the sunshine!!! ????

(pre stim 3gr)
Intra 30g eaas, 5g creatine
(1.30pm) Pwo 60mins after β 150g chicken/turkey breast, 55g rice, 100g white potato
(4pm) Meal β 180g white fish, 4 rice cakes
(6.45pm) Meal β 150g chicken/turkey breast, 30g avocado,5g extra virgin olive oil, 100g pineapple
(9.30pm) Pre bed β 150g trout or salmonNon training day
