    Felt very strong on upper today!! So I pushed little more w loads!!! Opss yes except chin ups lol which I stayed as last one my new 15 reps! Some felt very eazzzy… feeling sooo focused as never before.
    Great live stream Yday from Jordan!! Ahah today got my raspberry join in ???? new flavour mean new lollies!!!
    Tmrw check in day yeah!! 14 weeks out this weekend!! X

    🙂 everything come back to normal after yesterday’s session lol I was Soooo wrecked!! Today Feeling nicely on my body tho but that is okay kind loving it….

    I feel my mind more clear today lol. I was so messy…but well worth it!!

    I m alive at 5am every days! I m a like a bird! Ahah absorbing the most from my business development mentoring program while on my X trainer!! Which is very sweet and don’t kill my legs! Really great for my recovery!!

    Today was vacuum, cardio, meals prep, new microwave yeeeeees interesting?! POSING!! Shopping, stepping, again cooking, working a lot, programming, Graphic design and I loved it!!

    Cardi B, Ciara,… and girly jams zapping!!!

    Feel my session everyyyywhere! Today On my soul more than on my body ahah
    Monday aggressive moody ..Actually be kind aggressive prior to my lifts push me a lot! Little beast and self talk aka screaming! Effectively up!! So
    Hit new numbers everyyyywhere!! … I was focused on each exercise but not there really on the whole thing!! Weird! 🙂

    Feeling everything more inside ATM, wrecked… and can be only bed time!! I m off totally!!

    Below my session:

    LOWER A
    DB hamstring curl – 1 set of 8-10 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps
    SLDL BB– 2 sets – 12 reps – increase the weight a go for 8 reps
    DB sissy heels raised – 2 sets – 8-12 reps – reduce the weight – 1 set 20 rep
    Glute bridge BB – 2 sets of 10-12 reps – hold at peak contraction for the count of 1,2, then very controlled eccentric
    Walking lunge to failure – 20 steps total
    Abductor with band – 1 set of 10-12 reps, STRAIGHT INTO frog pump to failure (Bret Contreras) – REPEAT
    TWICE, NORMAL REST BETWEEN
    Adductor with band – 1 set of 10-12 reps any ab
    STRETCH
    Standing DB calf raise – 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Everything not training days schedule! Vacuum and X trainer fasted cardio LOVE my cardio outdoor location and my mini gym!! Studying while on it! Go Sooo fast!!! then back some work some more work, some meals prep and Posing!! At 8 weeks out I m going to readjust my routine with a pro! coz we are technically potato ATM AhAh!!! Aka need to figure out which pose suit me best!! Now I m pretty much practicing all the styles!! 🙂 Religiously done my mobility moves which I don’t skip the day before lower body session! Goooood girl!

    Nothing exceptional really but was a colorful and fun day, great energy, new people in, virtual exchanges, learning, nice and smiling people, parks, music!!

    Early sweet dreams as always!! Bed time sooon ahah oldie X

    Okay session today! Fully further rep on chin up! Yes yes We reached 15 reps! Yep…we celebrate! 🙂 Weight Up and too much on dips, a bit on press up, again on meadow row, too much on dB row, biceps curls ahah still there Abs X3 and Posing routine to end my session!!!
    a Standard training & working day, lot of digital and ending with a webinar!! Opsss Registration are open for the shooooow!!!

    That is cool, upgraded JP app!! Can not wait to see the new features!! Btw come back to my prep life…Can I reiterate that I m loving my 5am-ish cardio!? With Light raining this morning and podcasting…loved!! ????
    Vacuum, cardio, posing, cooking, working, walking, shopping, cleaning, Whatapping w/my Sissy ❤️, Instagramming, emailing and eating too between all these. Sum up my beautiful same stuff day! Ahah soon I m going to sleep and yeees tomorrow upper!!
    New things are coming on July and it’s about some improvement on my biz coaching. Which is really exciting! X

    Current status … eating all the foods and embracing curve life LOL kidding or maybe not BC I m still a potato!! However 1kg off! I don’t know if Was expected ahah hopefully!!?
    Feel really too energetic… The right daily exciting stress that makes me HAPPY ????
    Great session tday empowered by my new EAAS orange flavour sooo yummy, and ah I did it again 5 finger death punch… just to destroy a lil more my CNS was not enough my new loads and reps! SLDL really… But really heeeavy and freaking awesome, more reps on hams curl, much more weight on sissy, more reps on bridge… highlighting the most exciting!! Updated about check in’s feedback: We are happy, no changes this week!!! pics attached X

    Fab day!! Started with first vacuum then my outdoor morning thing!! Love it so much!! When I am waking up I am hyperactive lol need to moooove!!! To go out!!! ????
    Usually usually NTD stuff, less and more fennels ahah defo more self-care hair treatment stuff, meals prep, working uhmmm working eating POSING working eating walking eating working and lot of music!!!!!! Ah yes included in my day the must do Sooo my mobility moves, done!
    And oh yes My salted caramel iso very yummy and digest wonderfully! Diary intolerant people friendly!!!!!! Matched with cinnamon powder and you get the yummy idea TMRW orange eaas new intra flavour yeeeeees! This afternoon Jordan’s live, a gem!!
    Tmrw check in and Lower body!!! And all the BB stuff!! X

    Sunny weekend here in Vienna , big walk with the dog and fasted cardio , now I’m gonna train back and than my shift in the gym starts ! Just saw that the Ben weider classic showdate will be confirmed soon.. maybe we start to prep a little bit earlier than expected ? ????

    Nooope, just a cut because Stefan told me I’m too fat???? or let’s say he don’t want that I get too much bodyfat which would take longer to get rid off when I prep for a show .

    I don’t think that I’m mentally ready to prep for a show again this year. My last prep was mentally very exhausting and I stressed myself way too much so now we do a little cut, push again , recover and start my prep in the end of the year, goal is a pro show in the beginning of 2021 ????

    Up body today so so steadily increasing here and there!! Up on Shoulder press, and just did some math and on meadow row I m at 45,5kg unilateral X 10 okay just curious w/dB where I am?!?! Ahah chin ups Let’s patiently waiting maybe not too much, new band….or less potato matter?! press up regress to progress actually I wasn’t enthusiastic about my ROM, pushed loads too much and so I take off some kg to get a more deeper ROM!! chest press movement freaking me out lol aka challenging!!
    ahah BTW Gyms days and the countdown is started!!!!
    Salted caramel iso whey & orange eaas flavours are arrived this morning and I can not wait to taste them! JP Obsly!!
    What else exciting? Bought a new planner which is for my POWER list day task, new business Excel spreadsheet, new system for my Coaching, new log book waiting gym dayyyys, all the greens & all the steps… Working on something else sooon and then early sweet dreams!!!

    Usual routine NTD Vacuum, fasted Cardio on X trainer which is outdoor LOVE IT exactly 500 steps from mine!! Handy 🙂 first day was kind weird but now we get along…and training my neurones meanwhile lol listening to business postcast, self development… need a new audiobook!!!

    then really between meals prep, Posing, working, shopping, admin stuff… Now I am checking twice but today was w my mentor!!! Bizzzzzzzz!! Exciting and messy times ahead!!!! And I just want to train Soooo much!! So really got that inner energy!! Upper TMRW! Chin ups forecast?!? Ahah let’s not dream a rep more okay okay

    Buying a light ring for my check in, videos and all!! Upgrading a little more!!

I can not wait! bodybuilding to me is endless Goals if make sense, endless improvement.  this on every aspect of my life. Got big professional and personal goals to achieve between 2020 and 2021!  body goals everything bigger and better Eheh Obsly!!

    Lower body session. Chaotic really chaotic!! ????
    Dying on hams curls, new pb on SLDL, up really up on sissy, bridge and contemplating the ceiling between sets, great balance and execution on Lunges, again up on standing calves. Ending with posing!
    Strength going up food kick in metal beats on ahah The magic lol
    Exciting day mentor study Sunday market sun sun parks graffiti meals prep Groceries greeeeens pics videos editing supplements TMRW everything in order!! RESET day ahah
