Rest day today. That bike is killing my ass.. haha! 60 mins is brutal. I’ve looked into other options and looking to get a cross trainer if anyone has any makes and model recommendations. Nothing too huge or ridiculously priced, but will do the job.
I also had an online posing session with Emma Somers this afternoon which was really good. Posing is def the one thing that I dislike the most out of the whole process and get massive mental blocks with, but I’m determined to keep practicing and getting it ingrained.

New routine NTD is in and w/ all food!!!
So okay okay! Happy and productive day with self care included, more coz TMRW is lower day….yep time for mobility moves tooooo! (the must do) MAIN focus on POSING tho!!! either than Cardio w/ waist trainer listening to biz podcast, then vacuum and All my steps done around the city, no idea where I was going….ahah I played tourist lol… 11k of culture and music! Meals prep as usual and full of greens asparagus, spinach, iceberg lettuce and fennels… Exciting day!!! Ahah ???? Till tomorrow! X@jkelly.ross

So was a great session powered by metal beats and some ridiculous emotional weird mess tbh but is always the best sessions when I m like that!! 🙂
Well chin ups didn’t help even this time…but up on reps and load on everything else!! Shoulder press only reps but was more smoothie.., meadows row loaaaaddded more but I got only 8reps tho!!! Totally in the grove with this back move! dB dual row up tooo! Biceps curl + more reps…
New routine is in! Show day is in schedule! Oh yes!! Excited! And We need a bikini eventually!?

check in daysss! attached pics (53kg of pure joy) and below changes! usual routine on NTD cardio, vacuum, posing, meals prep, lot of steps and lot of greeeeens!!
TRAINING DAY Acv+lemon+pink salt+turmeric powder+glutamine.
(6.30am) Meal 1 – 150g 5% Trout or salmon
(9.30am) Pre gym meal, eaten 90mins before – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 40g rice, 100g pineapple
(pre stim 3gr)
Intra 30g eaas, 5g creatine
(1.30pm) Pwo 60mins after – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 65g rice, 100g white potato
(4pm) Meal – 180g white fish, 30g avocado 4 rice cakes
(6.45pm) Meal – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 30g rice, 5g extra virgin olive oil, 100g pineapple
(9.30pm) Pre bed – 150g trout or salmon
NOT TRAINING DAYS Acv+lemon+pink salt+turmeric powder+glutamine.
(6.30am) Meal 1 – 150g 5% Trout or salmon, 4g evoo
(9.30am) Meal 2 – 180g white fish, 40g rice
(12.30pm) Meal 3 – 30g pro from whey, 30g COR, 50g blueberries
(3.30pm) Meal 4 – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 40g rice
(6.30pm) Meal 5 – 180g white fish, 30g avocado, 3 rice cakes
(9.30pm) Pre bed – 150g trout or salmon
Changes: REST DAYS Vacuum, 30mins cardio right away, pre meal 1 – 130bpm, In the afternoon – 15mins posing practice, Daily steps – 11k
TRAINING DAY vacuum, 15mins fast walk right away, pre meal 1, Post workout – 15mins posing practice, Daily steps – 9k
waist trainer – worn in sessions and cardio

Today I’ve finished the book chasing excellence by Ben Bergeron! Okay this was after. Today is Started with my Posing routine, then vacuum, M1 work here and there, meals prep, work again, then training, and 9k street art walking w audiobook! then Work work work work work work work!
Okay okay today’s session!! Extra overload overall deadly one!! I was in a calm state totally relaxed despite all beats, all ugly expressions & exclamations!! Lol mostly pain ???? But I Liked it!! Performance was a really nice one today!! So so happy!! Up on everything, lunges’s execution nicely done, bridge is still killing me and hopefully Soooo heavy!!! SLDL up on reps, calves up on loads, …. TMRW check in!!! Let’s seeeeee!!!

Thanks jessy???? a little impromptu but killed 15 minutes. Whoever your coach is demand that frozen COR is life. It will lower cortisol and in turn make you more responsive lol

Usually all NTD things more beauty, supplements and food shopping in between! yoga hybrid pilates in schedule too! Posing I m okayish lol…join in lollies, lot of steps and iceberg lettuce ???? Just I m in to know more about Low Pressure Fitness and sound interesting!! To work core, posture, pelvic…. blabla need to find out more about!!!!

Upper today was about more reps and better ROM, the most exciting was meadow row! Kept same loads trying to control more the movement, and still dying at my last and further reps!!!! Chin ups we are consistently at 14 … keep working on them!!!!!! Tday genuinely a v FUN session! Despite not extravagant overloading!! And Needed!!! Laughs added!
Knees Update after curcumin & join in +++ doses seems everything in order!!! Yeeeeees however TMRW pre rehab time between posing!! Let’s take care!

POSING days
I m sleeping Sooo much So a late fasted cardio in the city 20min, some steps off too and come back to my posing and usual NTD stuff! Same same! Some biz between then Fam ❤️ time Whatapping with my sissy!!! And happy as I figured out my life lol and we got an exciting plans going on 2021! Well bodybuilding will be always there!
Eh opsss One of my knees is a lil weird so doubled Join in + Curcumin 95 doses, the other body parts are not better btw ahah smashed from yesterday’s session but got time to recover! it’s already improved!! Soooo I should be fine!

Lying on the bed! ???? Yeees alive!!! It was a strong one! I will Feel that TMRW and much more after TMRW! And deeply I Lost my words LOL Lot of ceiling contemplation between sets! That’s mean that was successfully deadly!! bridge heartbreaking literally!!! that mobility moves these past days really improved my lunges game and all! So so much needed!
Work work and work for the rest of the day! Kind of Excited!

NTD fully busy! Usual stuff and something more…
Cardio, Posing and Vacuum, Meals prep, Posing, Vacuum and yoga pilates hybrid, 11k Steps
I won’t neglect my mobility moves as my performance can suffer then, so you do!!!
In between we are upgrading business development matter so I am studying! Neeeeeeews! We want better and more!
Posing need some more time and adjustment ahah really?! Zooom on it next fews days, at 8 weeks out things are going to be more leaner ahah off season shapey shape!!!!!!
Some Tweaks on my upper training
Not dB raise and rear anymore only by band! And Just till gym days!!!! (Omg I m moving there….) Overhead triceps extension in replacement to the pushdown triceps unilateral w band.

Killing in the name by Rage against the machine kind of day and all! So so all way up! Basically everything! Big moves as shoulder press and meadows and all however Press up must be more deeply down +10kg back packed, we will look into it next one! Chin ups made a lot of improvement since this quarantine thing!… Strong today!

Cardio, posing and vacuum twice. Well the must do… including some mobility flexibility balance moves and much needed! Surprisingly I enjoyed!? Once I started tho! The music power!! Meals prep, cleaning everywhere and washing everything, my fresh greeeeen shopping!!! What else exciting? Actually a lot having Butterflies in the stomach 🙂 …. Investment on myself little more and so let’s take some risks and starting something neeeew…yep! next few days!! Over Excited!! Tomorrow upper body and check! Can not wait!!
