It was another one great! Maybe too much on some! Got all my sets with my new pb on ham curls 🙂 eazzzy, SLDL was defo tooooo extra, sissy up, lunges too however struggling to get a perfect and consistent balance w/my weakest leg but I made it theeeen!! So so means some prehab moves on NTD coz we want to do better next one!!!
Was great great great! Excited about prep top priority and many things going on toooo do or don’t If you risk nothing, then you risk everything and I leave it there! Touching new weight matter!!!! Okay okay!! Let’s be pragmatic Join in lolli & pops prepped for tomorrow, as all my carbs/pro and veggies!! ATM Lying on the bed ahah … We will feel maybe worst TMRW!!

Ntd posing okaysh! Usual routine, more some new biz planning?! well not a lollipops factory yet eh 🙂 but why not?! and it’s just Monday and I get always inspired about new ideas and opportunities to improve somewhere..Now time to think about and maybe jump on it!

Felt Sooo strong today ???? go up on everything upper! Ahah however there’s always something exceptional in the mess! So strongly on shoulder press, press up, dips, meadow, dB row +1,25k and +reps here and there. Biceps curls well not my best ‘feature” yeeeeet! A bit stuck on it!!!!!!
Felt okay with my posing too decently improved!!! So so
Eheh new lollipops! Be cautious about! Pre stim ones are seriously extremely yummy, don’t go over with your recommended serving LOL!!!!!!!! Fresh mint could be a great +, as all fruits and whatever you like and stay in your meal plan eheh!!! To try EAAS tooooooo, got others ideas!

NTD’s usual stuff! Only 20min sunset cardio but well I kept energy for my 15 min posing which is … Not yet worthy worthy!! Filmed 3 times all the routine and just reviewed now. And That off season shapes LOL okay!! Then Vacuum.
M1 and I just love meals prep ???? keep everything organized… upgraded with a colorful tape to stick on my Tupperwares which I can write all maths all conversions and everything!!! And my bowl Tupperware are more fancy than the squared ones!! Love rounded things!! Ahah
Well I did it again! Meaning posing but without mirror!! Just to see…on another note and controversial I may have a further mirror in my set up.. front and back!! Let’s see if I can get it! Posing improvement It’s going to be till show day well till forever and ever!! ..

with 5gr I m making 5 lollipops!! eveeeryday!! summer vibes!! I will try to add fresh mint too!! we create!! ahah 🙂so vacuum so on TD only fasted and on NTD I do twice. fasted and after M1. 5x15sec. well that holding for longer is a kind of effort but become easier then! I m trying to hold more than 15 sec! it’s useful to perform not fasted too and standing when you got more practice just to play show day on stage. even we don’t perform vacuum on stage However we should control and keep our midsection tight with some food in! waist trainer & Vacuum added to the rest should help to get a smaller waist! obsly considering genetic too! x

Posing and vacuum to start! Must to work on it lotttttt as I am not yet there!!!!
Filming my posing to me is essential! to notice some unaesthetic moves… lack of grace on some transition etc…etc etc…so Sooooo we work on it!Next M1 then all usual meals prep!
Lower body was what I can say challenging ahah strong on SLDL, bridge and calves… The rest still challenging and hopefully ahah 🙂 same loads + same reps as last session, more controlled ROM tho! More shades of red on my face!! LolBetter tomorrow!

ah…passing by and just asking questions! lol…wondering if you recommend a special kind of zinc like gluconate Vs picolinate Vs citrate or doesn’t make so much difference?! usual suggest a “X” mg? there are pills from 25mg to 70mg! bit lost between all this variety!

Tday was cardio, filming my posing routine, check in data’s management Eheh and all carbs prep! Some fun accountability Excel spreadsheet biz in between…. again posing and vacuum then Relaxed walk listening Lil Kim¡! And all the greeen shopping… including fresh mint BC it’s SUMMER!!!X

Up day was okay ok! Start with filming my posing and vacuuum, then M1 and that walk… Alive only with matcha turmeric ginger tea!!!!
Back usual Tupperware prep! Then shower, make up on yeeees it’s my prep ceremony lol Music on!
Jamming NF tday…. okay nice not sure let’s wait next song to seeeee….. Ahah 🙂

++++ reps and deep ROM mostly, new weight for few!! I m okay with that as I was going to failure so so okay! But well stuck to x14 chin ups… and that’s not okay!!!!!!!!!!Happy!! 🙂

Liked the front & back pose and walking… ???? and well need to zoom on some transitions not really sure about and my hands moves not sure toooo!!!
So cardio, posing and vacuum twice, fooding and meals prep with my new summer bowls Tupperware!! In love!! And well let’s me create I Made LOLLIPOPS with JOIN IN cherry flavour (5gr only) ahah not kidding! It’s going to be tasty!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waiting TMRW to taste them!!!! Then 11k and some fresh greeen shopping!! Iceberg lettuce is the new entry! Replace the not missed cucumber!! ….
So adding to my stack Rhodiola rosea & B complex & Zinc,
And buying Ashwagandha powder for beauty masks and making tea, mixing in my salad, add to my acv morning ritual, etc etc….
