So Tday I Filmed my Posing routine, and we will keep filming it next next… Reviewing, ask feedback and so on!
Then Vacuum and fooding! Time for lower! (W/waist trainer on) It was okay okay all new weights, all the way up really up up but defo sooooo meh on lunges! And at this point my CNS was such a mess!!!…
Ah I think that I skipped too much my Yoga movement and well we will make an effort TMRW for some mobility and flexibility moves…. after posing tho!!!!!! Yep! Must do beneficial long term stuff lol ahah!
Thinking to add few further supplement updating here ASAP research is on the way! ????

NT same I am just realising that I don’t really do much crazy things either than prep life tasks ahah same stuff same time and I am totally for…so tday Cardio was beautifully done on the river and between such a fab modern architecture in the city! Felt in a movie soooo NY Manhattan!….and only me at 6am!! And genuinely loving so much that solo morning energy… okay then posing & vacuum, and meal meal meal prep!!….clean clean and again clean!! Again more posing and vacuuum¡! M2 And all my steps 11k!!! ….
I found this quarantine introspective, strategist and productive… never had that time freeze..ah I m not in a motivational bla and on another note I should make some effort to post something on IG lol! Be social as much as much as I can ahah 🙂TMRW posing, vacuum, lower and 9k steps

Instagram @lara_lein89Hi hi!! oh yes loving it is by PUKKA the one that I m having!! taste so good! there’s chamomile flower, lavander, hemp 6%(cannabis sativa), spearmint and ashwagandha 4%. it is called PEACE! the ashwagandha content is low but for all together i can say that it’s working. drinking post workout! I m going to do some research next maybe buy ashwagandha powder and make my own tea or something like this!! but keep the Pukka one anyway because it’s very nice!! love all of their teas!! sleep with this and not coffee is improved! but I was taking 750gr ashdawanda ksm66 + 500gr magnesium too already!! you can find on Amazon!!! x

Tday was upper! No cardio ATM on TD! …so I m Posing and vacuum a little before M1! … Felt strongly focused obsessed kind of I was looking forward to start my session!! Okay sum sum

Keep focusing on raise & rear….far far far away!!….lol I swear I can do it! I touched new weight on some and execution was not fully fully ROM on last few repssss so looking forward to play again!!
New JP gooooodies arrived today! ???? Join in cherry flavour!! I didn’t resist to taste it Postworkout! And Obsly toooooo yummy! updating below my actual diet! Slowing down on cardio, up on carbs and fats! We gooooo! Today was about Tupperware management 🙂 are they never enough?!?! lol either all cardio, posing, vacuum and stepping! And all sort of teaaaa! Matcha mocha turmeric peppermint hemp ashdawanda ginger cinnamon liquorice oatflowers and allllll kind!! Coffee free life adaptation lol! We Improved Sleep and digestion! Feel much more zen inside!! ( wannabe YOGI Of COURSE ) And as never before!! Cucumbers off too from my greeen bit nasty for my belly! We survive!!!!! Others improvements were made And I am excited about the future!!!

So I admit that I m on edge between obsessed and focused lol… that Fine line!
Okay lower was a moderately overloading overall! Hams curls dying at my last reps and well should be a standard nah? One reps more but that one!!! Sissy so gOooooOd +1,25k, liked execution and power on each reps! Bridge is an obsession! Bikini & booty matter!!!!! Up some 1,25kg! As Lunges, Frogs And standing calf raise!!

Fab day! NTD!! Feel Soooo much better without black coffeee! And with 4gr JP pre stim!!!! (Ahah However now I m a tea collector lol!) Soooo Sunny cardio 50 minutes such a beautiful landscape! Heart rate up just for the view!!!! Back posing posing and vacuum. M1 and went out again for stepping half of my target!!! Little food shop but ohhhh the city sleeps till 11am! Okay only me excited to be alive earlish ???? the ghost city! Back again posing and posing…. Vacuum and again food and again stepping all the rest!!!!
Other 30 minutes cardio this eve! Now chilling! And TMRW check in!!! ?!?! First 40min cardio & vacuum tho!! Followed by lower!!

I use the pre stim on training days and on ntdays (not every time just when I feel really tired)

Kicked all the boxes and some more! black Coffee free day! Well I m not going to give a feedback on day 1 however seems much much better and not at all bloating!! Wow! Keep going with a black coffee free life for a while!! BUT IN 2g of JP Pre stim and some teaaaa tho!! more 5g pre stim preworkout!! Gimme some power!! Ahah
So Started earlish with cardio, posing and vacuuum! Then admin admin admin fun for some time ???? then we can celebrate Lol! Once Done! ….The must do!!!!! A small win to start the day Eheh 8am we readddy! And Ah literally I was soooo happy to start my session!! A moderate overloaded’s one! Chin ups are improving, should be my bar and the set up! So so maybe I lost some lb?! whatever….+3reps! Shoulder press +reps and better controlled deep ROM, press up with band hardly enough, dips +2,5k…dB row +1,25!! Raise, rear are my main focus!!! That rounded shape!!!! So work focused on form and execution!?!! Little +1,25k!
And well as we are coffee free I m Tasting all the teas!! ashwagandha tea is Very Nice!! Meals prep still going and

Eheh hope you are well!! did you get your new jigsaw? ???? lately that feels to train in a proper environment with proper machines to prep properly lol hit me a lot!!! “but hey” yeeeeees music and progression on my lifts and that’s it! the strength of keep pushing despite the struggle is what makes us powerful?! nah? meanwhile…I improve my patience more than ever! lol so maybe I do some smart shopping to come back more Pro at the gym? attached vibram hams curl key of success ahah do you have these one? Active and a lil aggressive day! Yep! The Meh day… Bossing life’s things! And some circle Life Assessment ahah my normal was not really working so using this time to assess and improve!!! ….. uhhmmm ???? one of those days lol okay
So so… Meanwhile do the do! Cardio, Posing, vacuum, some steps posing and vacuum again, some steps again…
Later on 30min cardio again and last 1k steps, ending with a relaxing bath, if it’s there and hopefully Hyacine’s live….we ready for TMRW cardio, upper and cardio! Feel a prep machine, work work work! I enjoy it so much, not time for emotional mess overthinking paranoid Android lol
Sleep is top, body recovery surprisingly optimal, digestion better but uhmmm maybe want try to cut off coofffffeeee! and sip JP stim? add join in to my stack for the Collagen? better skin? checked out ingredients Vs Yamamoto’s collagen hydrolyzed which is made for skin purpose…well JOIN IN seems by far more interesting! science chronicles by Kelly!! progressing and be better a lil eveeeeryday Moood?! ahah we don’t care lol we work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are far from what we want to be!!!!jams jams Ashanti

So let’s go! sum up the day…started with 40 min fasted cardio, posing and vacuuum. Some tasks later and some Ms in my belly with 5g pre stim power ready for lower!! It was okay okay! Some of the most! Hams curl keep increasing, 5 reps more! Keep execution more under and slow control!! SLDL +reps +1.25k, Sissy 2.5k up, Bridge add an heavy band to the game, Calves +reps then hit my 9k steps in the city! SUN ny SUN day

So it’s called rest day ahah but from weight training ONLY very hyper ACTIVE day! On the move!!! 50 Min fasted morning cardio following posing and vacuum, meal prep, again posing and vacuum, 11k steps with food shop, some more cardio later…I m going to sleep well tonight I guess!! :)so no napping in the afternoon.. Ohhh this time no way my bodyweight don’t go down lol… kind of stuck at it!! With all the moves!! No make so much sense but lol unexpected things are the new normal these days!! ….. There’s a feeling of worldwide’s “normality” around the corner…. Not sure if I can say normality ahah! We will see what it is the new world ASAP!
Better to buy a cardio tool this is going to be useful anyway gym or not gym!! Seems that I m going to be a cardio prep ????! …. LOL X trainer hybrid bike hybrid podcasting youtubing station PJs party! Now lying on the bed, avoiding nap BC we want sleep tonight deeply!! Tomorrow cardio, posing, vacuum and lower! Then stepping!!
