    Tday that energy! Happy! When you feel the excitement inside lol maybe was due to pre stim power and to heavy metal?! Who knows?! Lol

    …So we changed things up! Cardio up & food down ( well honestly I don’t count calories lol I just follow the plan, below my updated diet )

    Great upper body session! Specially chin up despite still potato I got +3 reps :), some more on shoulder press done nicely, dual and biceps. Others exercises I just focused on form and loaded as last session, to fully come back to the things nicely! Meadows row and my 39kg are above of the sky! … Ahah last repping matter! And Great some cardio post workout…I was in mode hyper excited still with my metal in my headphones!!! Crazy lady around the city! …speeeed! Where I was going not idea! Ohhhh Later on stepping my new 9k target! Not just singing, dancing between! Ending to a beautiful surroundings! Tower bridge and a rock and roll style, then Catherine Dock between boats, calmness water… Wow I felt in South of the France, a bit Venice, a bit middle age century… unexpected touristy things!!!

    Tomorrow posing and twice posing and cardio!! Then chilling and some homemade placebo spa self care!! X

    Training Day
    (6.30am) Meal 1 – 150g 5% Trout or salmon
    (9.30am) Pre gym meal, eaten 90mins before – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 200g pineapple
    (pre stim if needed)
    Intra 20g eaas, 5g creatine, 20gr performance fuel
    (1.30pm) Pwo 60mins after – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 55g rice
    (4pm) Meal – 180g white fish, 50g avocado
    (6.45pm) Meal – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 9g extra virgin olive oil
    (9.30pm) Pre bed – 30g protein from whey, 8g evoo 

    Non training day
    Meal 1 is to be eaten within 30mins of waking
    (6.30am) Meal 1 – 150g 5% Trout or salmon
    (9.30am) Meal 2 – 180g white fish, 8g evoo
    (12.30pm) Meal 3 – 150g 5% Trout or salmon
    (3.30pm) Meal 4 – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 50g avocado
    (6.30pm) Meal 5 – 150g 5% Trout or salmon,
    (9.30pm) Pre bed – 30g protein from whey, 8g evoo

    Check in out and about! Sooo but the lighting! Ahah this was not expected lol. I completely changed but you can not seeee ???? what I can say more…I m not going to judge my bod! Lol I m still a potato! Body weight still same. We hold on here! Posing day is going, in schedule 45minutes fasted morning sunset + 15 min posing check in administration lol + vacuum and M1. The rest is pretty the same routine. Posing and vacuum again. My Yog wannabe is defo out. ahah Not my things!!!! Stepping 8k asap, meals prep is ticked off! Frozen the rice is my new way….lol Buying some duct tape to engineering my dB and oh we work…doms let s see!!!

    ???????? ahah looking for a crystal ball!? btw I believe you got a multi gym! how you find it?! how much you can load on? now you have more rotations in your training?  … for crystal ball I mean you are buying all equipments because you are expecting a long long lockdown in UK? I am a bit lost between reality and dreams (more it was legs day… lol) thanks X

    I have a VERY old half broken multi gym that we’ve had for years and kept meaning to get rid of.. Glad now that we didn’t as it’s still useable for some movements. I have no idea on the weight as there are no markings.. I just count in slabs.. Haha! It’s not very smooth either ????

    I’m not going to buy anything else. I keep looking, but where do you stop!? I can’t replicate a gym, so will have to make do until I can get back to those sexy machines once more ????

    🙂 ahah yes to the big sexy machines! .. there is a business girl inside of me…. that actually confused between the short term investment use of machine at home Vs investment long term building muscle at home. the mess is real eh!!! maybe not make sense. ahah better to laugh 🙂

    So now we are between a rack, cables and multi gym….:) I think that I go for two new toys! Feel like a child ATM when you want alllllll and the most.

    The Mental game these days ahah. We control. Sum up Trout too yummy. Training very strong. JP Pre stim powerful. JP EAA + PERFORMANCE fuel strawberry and kiwi tooooooo yummy really toooooo tasty! Up on most exercises and decently happy. So looking forward to my check in tomorrow, to upgrade my gym equipment ASAP and hopefully get a second rota!?! And oh We are going to have some hams soreness eventually…

    Sum up my day Cardio, posing, vacuum, training, steps. Now chilling out!

    And soooo Tomorrow come back to training! We start with legs tho! Excited about and… Today really I was a good lazzzzy girl! We ready for TMRW and well got my JP GOODIES! Oh this is a TELEPORTATION DELIVERY! Soooo fast! Literally! Just on time for my come back! And Can’t wait to my pre and intra power! Eheh start cautiously with half dose of pre stim tho! Just BC i want an exxxxtra boost! However deeply feeling that inner excitement that you can not control so much!
    A Nothing to do day! Well we keep productivity going on with Some virtual admi accountant fun! Equipment gym prospection ahah maybe cable maybe multi gym check it out lol indecision, meals prep and so on… and Oh the must to do stuff! X

    I guess it depends on how much you can currently do with the equipment you have. If you feel that it would add benefit to your training, then it could be a good idea. The problem is, the longer this goes on; the more danger there is of buying more and more equipment in an attempt to try and replicate the gym!

    yeeeeees, absolutely! and well ideally a Legs press, hack, Smith machine is going to be handy ahah 🙂 now I m prospecting… cable machine only 100kg loads?! this sounds good tooooo! ahah “I am a bikini after all’ lol! … so much doubt! keep the budget tight anyway… even I would invest more and more! seems a temporary chaos so temporary adaptation for now! then if the world don’t give back our gyms… and we stalling we top up! seems we must to be adaptable day by day! well definitely I like it oh give me a boring routine I ll like as well…. till I got some goals and fighting for them I m happy! easy! X

    Due the current situation worldwide it’s not so easy to plan but we 05/05/2021 is a cool date ????

    The plan was that I compete this year and next year fully focus on wedding and holidays but things have changed a little bit ???? but I think spring 2021 is realistic ????

    Hi! ah yes I was thinking a multi gym which I can perform as listed on the item:
    Pulldown, Leg Extension & Curl Bar, Upright Row, Chest Press, Pad To Target Biceps then I think that I could cable raise too.
    however only 30kg / 66lb weight stack so so maybe I could add some more loads. but doing unilateral 30kg should be okay temporarily! … it’s not too expensive lol! I am not aiming to build a gym a long term!! as I don’t have a garage yet either a forever and ever home ATM AhAh as I hear gym should be alive by July… hopefully! the shall see lifestyle is defo here ????

    I will remember this quarantine as lol not the most chaotic… Enjoyed others already and I m not sure if totally recommend ahah 🙂 but the most life changing experience ever and in gOooooOd!.. okay today 530am cardio, 15 minutes Posing, vacuum new M1 salmon & chicken……. Prep ING some food & clean ING , and again pos ING and vacuum!

    New jams in Rich Ross, meek mill & all!

    7k and food shop adventure! (Basically Iceland almost downstairs ahah) Trout and Salmon! tomorrow morning grilling them!

    Enjoy these rest days, I m taking care of myself and all girly things stuff! Feel a new Kelly!! Lol

    This eve zoom meeting call between bikinis and wellness ladies with LFR! Keep me a lil updated, how prep going for them, gov announcement reaction and action.. And oh probably Buying a multigym to refurbish my Mecca ASAP!! Ahah….. obsessed! …X

    We keep posing!! And twice! Gimme me more! Ahah seems that I got all routine and so I just do it again and again!
    Tod was a day to remember! I m not going tooo deeply on it. But hopefully I started this journey. That BB progress improvement matter blabla! And this is just the beginning! Quarantine life edition seems bring the best from me….
    Btw we change up diet!
    So switching to wild salmon/trout 5%fat instead of lean beef 5%fat. Due to poor digestion and now we get better omega 3! Lol the pills!
    + some super power in my Preworkout! Pre stim by JP and I can not wait! (Ahah use with moderation!) I was looking to add citrulline to my stack collection…and so we go pre and even in my intra. 6gr+10gr. So performance fuel strawberry & kiwi is on the way with JPEAA!
    20g JP EAA
    5g creatine
    20g Performance fuel
    Sum up my day cardio 20min, posing, vacuum M1…then clean clean clean! All with great jam! New entry! APESHIT playlist on Spotify! Time went soooo fast!
    And so again and again posing and vacuum. Later on Hitting my 7k steps looooking for my salmon and my cucumbers! Ah and zucchini to my greens! Interesting facts!! In between whatapping, emailing…I m broccoli free unfortunately lol I can survive I think! Got intolerance even to broccoli! The weirdest human being on the planet!
    Ah should be the Hyacine and Haider’s live at 7pm UK time!

    hi Lara! 🙂 oh yeah I find always a way to see the brightest side of things!! or I find a bright solution ahah

    so posing…ohhh I enjoy so much! this year I did few online sessions with Jennie Bliss and workshops, with Phoebe Hagan just a live webinar. last year 12 weeks tutorials and posing assessment…. ATM I practice by myself, my body will change so I will need to figure out then the best poses for my body shapes. I just getting inspiration from bikini pros Olympia (dream big) and practice the basic poses and transitions with walk! when I m less potato I will adjust lol! I think that should show off your master piece blabla so standard but with your own touch (if make sense) now the classic old school bodybuilding front pose make me lil crazzzzy ahah if my waist eventually willing to do so X

    Back to it today! A sweaty waisted trainer Cardio 20 minutes and back for Posing 15 minutes + vacuum, prep ING and food IN…then short bod treat in my futuristic shower lol with all the colorful lights with therapeutic poooowwer ( okay I ll get bored quickly btw ahah not at all my thing lol ) …. so ready again for Posing much more this time about half hour!! And it’s My favo moment! ???? Tyla yawez, khalifa & company! I am literally never satisfied, however I see glimpses of joy some moments 🙂

    And again vacuum again 5×15 sec lying on the floor for now! We are going by step, start with the supine vacuum, then progress to the quadruped vacuum, the seated vacuum, and then functional variations.

    Skipped all the Yog moves, ahah bad girl
    But overall my bod feel almost fine lol the usual soreness forever and ever on rest days…. Some greens shopping as usual while stepping my 7k in a summer sunshine!

    Digestion wise… not improved and I believe that lean beef mince trigger inflammation so probably will be off from my diet ASAP! And i would like to add some more suppl to my stack preworkout and intra… shall see this ASAP too!!

    So totally today reset, try a make over…girly things stuff!! …. Everything in order lol
