Tday first rest day. Sooooo everything going on made me very emotional, too much yesterday. I m a freaking emotional sponge… What I can say… “I do believe that I should just do more and better. I didn’t know Luke personally but I guess that he will proud if we keep fighting for our goals and keep BB alive!? Just humble thoughts”
So we keep going. Reduced cardio to 20minutes fasted w waist trainer and 7k. ???? Vacuum and posing in! And today in own world with headphone on and chill jams…. I taken my time for my posing routine + vacuum twice! I enjoyed sooooo much. I m taking these rest days as opportunities to perfect my posing and come back in a relaxed state. (You know that inner state! The stillness matter) But POS is to me everything ATM practice will do something for me!!
More I was really productive with some admi stuff and seems that we are going to a life upgrade soon again. Yep. Progress must to be made. Got lot of things going on. However prep and BB is my priority BC It’s just me all. This is my Balance lol.

So some more rest till Tuesday and yep. Defo we are Posing more soo!! ???? And care more about myself! Mobility work and yoga moves is going to be included. Seriously tho, reached that point and we slow down a little! Not optimal digestion, crazzzzy moody and last session was not exactly as I would like. Without going deeply… Few days OFF! Time to reset bod & mind.
Here my actual diet. I m gluten, diary, nuts free. Not by choice, just intolerances And I Got all ahah!!
Training Day
(6.30am) Meal 1 β 150g 5% beef mince
(9.30am) Pre gym meal, eaten 90mins before β 150g chicken/turkey breast, 8g extra virgin olive oil, 100g pineapple
Intra 20g eaas, 5g creatine, 15g vitargo
Β (1.30pm) Pwo 60mins after β 150g chicken/turkey breast, 65g rice
(4pm) Meal β 180g white fish, 35g rice
(6.45pm) Meal β 150g chicken/turkey breast, 8g evoo,Β Β
(9.30pm) Pre bed β 30g protein from wheyNon training day
Meal 1 is to be eaten within 30mins of waking
(6.30am) Meal 1 βΒ 100g 5% beef mince, 50g chicken/turkey breast
(9.30am) Meal 2 β 180g white fish, 8g evoo
(12.30pm) Meal 3 β 150g chicken/turkey breast
(3.30pm) Meal 4 β 150g chicken/turkey breast, 8g evoo
(6.30pm) Meal 5 β 100g 5% beef mince, 50g chicken/turkey breast

Another check day for us! Now into POS 15min, vacuum 5x15sec and then catching my soul with some Yog moves! Later on stepping 8k! We move, however my scale defo prefer stillness! Opssss! ???? soooo We holding here! Let’s see next!!! X

So the ups and downs… life and lollipops! Okay time for adulting a bit! Lower body but Yeah! My mind was really not there. Soooo great for some exercise and not enough for others. I like the overload overall but Mehhhhhh. But Iβm fine I guess. dB hams curls up and up! As sissy, and standing calves…. SLDL didn’t went up not just move from A to B blabla….as uni thrust and lunges! Keep it for today! Happy?! … It’s never enough feel is always there LOL send help π and hopefully and not!!!!!
Btw genuinely I just lov ING my morning cardio and maybe too much!! Crazy energy with good jams! I would like never stop myself!!! …..
5 minutes POS after training and my 7k between shopping, email and admi stuff!
Got some PERSO and PRO improvement going on! So shall see!TMRW cardio, check in out and about, POS POS and again POS!! And nothing else matters. Some sissy β€οΈ whatapps here and there!

I would like to add to my stack collection phosphatidylserine? what you think about this supplement? hear great things about specially in prep show.. could help to slow down a bit :), cortisol in check? I am already taking ashwaganda ksm66 750mg, curcumin95 510gr, magnesium 500gr. I try to do yoga too if it is a concern…. thanks x

Yes that ca really help with cortisol management,I would personally advise 800mg/day.
Save it until you re 6 weeks out cause you won’t see any difference before that point and it’s quite expensive

Ohh such a REST day is going! Cardio, and all the POS & Yog moves! Feel soooo ko really! π Everything done steps too with some admi stuff but better to try to do nothing for the rest of day!

Up day! Prep mode! Lollipops in my head must be tooo much introspection time! Ohhh okay So sum ING cardio and waist trainer 35 minutes it was surprisingly sweaty! Summer is coming ????
Back vacuum, meals prep, M1 and still cleaning, decorating and washing….
a M later UP started with a supposed better dB raise. I decrease the load to improve my form! Shoulder press was thought sooooo back off sets. 29k one arm and going down w load and high w reps! Going down and don’t cheating baddd girl!! Press up same load, but dips +1,25k. Chin UP?!?! Got 2 reps more with band.. well i needed to celebrate my fab (and landlord proof ahah) pull up bar! Now want more obsly eh?! Meadows stay at 40,25k X 20 and dual + reps +1,25k X 8. A further move to be improved rear ING supposily better!! So not up here as biceps curl….but tried out rest pause set!POS to end! So so! I got some move but I miss something still ..uhmmmmm TMRW we are going to zoom on it coz it’s POS day!!!
Went out for my greens and my 7k!!
Feel an inside desire of improvement, almost to the burn out lol aka lollipops in my head! A funny way to say that… just trying to take myself not toooo seriously LOL X

POS day … Aka catch up with myself first! Btw Chaotic time are great time to level up! Princess feel my newww place! like got a massage shower, a kitchen worth of master chef, a room that fit my POS walking routine ( btw I m a pocket rocket size lol so kind eazzzy )…
Come back fully to BB things so pretty much same schedule NTD, morning cardio 45 minutes then 15minutes POS… Vacuum, straight after M1 then I just cleaned the world and washed but all!!! Must be the new start feels! …. crazzzzy how much the environment play the game! So lot lot of self introspection time following up.
Then I just say stop BC I could never finish…. So down to Yog moves around 1hr…try don’t neglect muscles here and there ahah! and making efforts not to put my POS shoes after two stretching move And Omg everywhere must do ..(later My hams talked to me ahah while I was stepping my 8k), and then finally again POS! π Which must be improved ASAP! I don’t think that I will be fully satisfied ever lol!

Waking up with 25 minutes sunset cardio and waist trainer that will be always there on my cardio time and my whole sessions!!
Beautiful way to start!
Back in my new “Mecca”, Belly dance while M1 prep and some more meals prep! Then went out…as my pull ups bar was waiting for me!!! Now I got 3! Lol when you are obsessed Eheh so some steps done early than usual today!!! It was for a good cause!! And the first received fit perfectly fine..so we are safe for upper after tomorrow yeahhhhhh!!!
Again another M and then ready to go!
dB Hams wing more 4 reps with my last pb! Next all sets with!! Red as pepper as should be!! SLDL same HOWEVER more controlled execution tho, sissy went YOLO +2,5k! As uni thrust +5k, lunges I was dying at my 20th reps! As I wanted to control more the move ( and Lol ING! ) So I didn’t went up!! It was a failure and literally! Ahah frogs this point hopefully Metallica come in… Kind ceiling contemplating!! Calves more reps and more deeply up and down!!!!!! Abs abs and abs and 5 minutes of POS finish!! We POS more & more!!!the end of this episode!!! Me and I will catch up ASAP!!! Tomorrow probably!!!

Ciao! π ahah seems I should move to Vienna lol lockdown matter! ahah basically I don’t know how much in terms of calories/macros! started Yday! I know that I got my carbs in my intra, post and one meal later on training days. and no more…TD or NTD! just fat & protein and veggies others meal! maybe post here my diet next week! we are decreasing each week, I was supposed to compete on 5th July sooo 9 weeks out!? utopic?!… compete later could be interesting and see how my body responds!! lot lot ???? ATM ….well yeees defo I m fully prep body and mind, I want to compete when there’s a show! I can not wait! one day a show must go on, right?? ahah and waiting for that!! X

officially POS day! ???? Aka NTD we posing more! Twice! Longer sunset to 45min! And vacuum 5x15sec! with all the Yog moves!!!
Diet we are taking off little ahah very much carbs on NTD! Steps keep 8k.
So today it looked like this, then I just moved lol!!! smoooooothie despite allll gym equipment and sooooo all plates!!!
Now seems relatively better! POS room, iron and Yog studio. Finally feel human again and in horizontal!!! TMRW cardio, then lower and we are ready!

Feel so strong and energetic!! Eh New Mecca is coming! TMRW we move in!!!
