    SAME same things on my NTD.. sunset landscape cardio with waist trainer (well it’s raining so we summer rain cardio this week), Vacuum belly dance while M1 prep, then bath with homemade milk oats, Coco oil and smashed banana ahah! Lol Look like a breaky recipe!!!!! Actually is my Skin prep way!!!…then POS kind impress about bod change! 🙂
    And all the Yog moves!!!!! Hopefully there’s music! … Ahah actually try to search something for my POS routine!! We will seeeeee!

    Later on stepping 8k, cucumbers and spinach mission (keep them consistently steps & greens eveeeeryday)…. Chill ing Ah and I should move soooooon TMRW keys of my new bigger Mecca!!… BUT first CHECK & UPPER!!! Excited for The scale momentum .. lol and the suspence!! Drop or not drop!!?

    Up bit by bit! It was a good one again! Just to note that sunset cardio is not included on my lower body day… ATM! Maybe next episodes!!!? Sooo today vacuum to start, some Ms and ready to go!! Wearing my waist trainer and i felt ok okay for all my whole session.. and love it!

    …So sum up! HAPPY with +1.25k on my hams wing curl for all sets!!! Ahah proudly I could say that keeping the dB from the floor is not anymore ridiculous 🙂 I was dying for the load and not actually for the endless trials to keep the dB!! LOL SLDL+ reps, sissy +2.5k, uni thrust +5k +5reps, frogs elevated feets on the bench.. feel much more focus on my bOoty!!, dB standing calves +1,25k…

    And All the 7k done too!!

    I should feel all above and deeply TMRW while cardio.. uhmm!!! Guessing! ..

    NTD and still alive!! Same same pretty much same but same routine!! Starting w a sunset 40 min cardio 125 bpm + vacuum + meals prep + bath w banana cream bod treat ( keep myself Crea!! Ahah it’s not anymore in my meal plan so we recycling lol ) + POS w heels and all transitions!! + Yog moves

    ???? And well Got my FAB waist trainer finally and so prep goes on!! Try and wear ING TMRW!!!

    Rest of day….ohhhh it’s horizontal plane! Coz TMRW is legs day! This eve Hyacine & one of his athlete’s live!! Don’t miss out!!

    Sunny weekend in Vienna, no training the whole weekend, just getting my cardio and some steps in ???? I´m constantly trying to stay busy but today I didn´t worked out very well, feeling a little bit lost since 80%of my work is cancelled but there are also good news. The austrian government has decided that gyms will be reopened in the end of May, I really expected that they will be closed until September so back to work and my normal training routine in one month ????

    Up today! Morning Sunset landscape for 25min cardio…I can’t describe… my heart rate go up quickly I was in mode hyperactive!! Too beautiful the sunset that you want just GO!!!!

    some Ms&tasks later… New pb’s on shoulder press, raise, meadow and dual ahah I think that (?!maybe too early) prep start to hit me in my head! Or the world wide circumstances who knows….sooo lot of selftalk eheh soo shut up mode and work on it! I mean….

    +1,25k unilateral shoulder press 15k+2,5k+1,25k+9k yeeeeees really happy about that!!!!!!!

    NTD … everything in order! Much better than Yday! Ahah ++ashawanda on my salads seems give me a yogi calmness as never before lol started to kick in! With ++Curcumin Actually I can doubt that I worked enough hard BC I feel sooo almost Fresh! (The ALMOST…)

    okay …So wake up very happy for my 40m (almost PJs we are improving the outfit lol) cardio 125mph!! To note Here triple coffee (I m Italian after all) before to feel the extreme happiness eheh…Back (gone too fast the time! Lov in) Vacuum, M1 and for the first time…instead meals prep while shower while cleaning while blabla hot BATH ONLY (mono task needed!!) w sea salt to change things up. BUT 1hr sooo cool!! It was a placebo sauna spa with homemade Scrubs! We prep skin tooooo!

    POS w heels, all my yogi and foam moves…. All over!! …Ms later steps in and finished my audio book… Great content, ahah too phylo ( ¡¡ kind of too much neurones involved ¡¡ ) after legs session tho!!… Let’s see which one is the next!! Endless podcast ING around anyway!!

    What else I did? Prep ed Lot of ice lollipop coz it’s SUMMER we skip spring!…iced coffee, lemon juice, liquorice peppermint… and now chilling!

    ohhh I wanted absolutely go heavy on this! as there’s not place for further plates…all BB busy!! + my sand bag AHAH no choice ???? so now I doubled the intensity (if make sense) KILLER..more I know I got an imbalance…so helpful for this too!! we won’t look asymmetric!! eheh x

    Breathe in breathe out?! The sitted rest between sets is a new thing!! As drinking half intro just for hams curls …. LOL ahah
    (The first exercise! Yep!!)…I am relatively dead ATM…on the couch !!¡¡¡ Nothing new!!!

    So lower today: + Reps, more controlled executions on eveeeeeerything!!!!!, more loads here and there, unilateral hiptrust…

    Then 7k shops walk between parks, sunshine and doggos playing…I was not really present really!! And wAs totally Out of question I could listen to my audio book …. kind Tooo profound CNS need a rest!!! Ahah

    Kind happy about my session!

    I can not wait for the sunset tomorrow & my cardio!! More of it this week!! 🙂

    NTD ah almost usual stuff! 🙂

    morning Sunset PJs cardio in the park (totally addicted!!!)… Check in and all POS, vacuum & M1 and then bod treats! Coco oil and some moves!! Mobility, flexibility and balance kind of… little swinging on foam roll! … Again M and went out for my 8k and listening to “the obstacle is the way” ohhhh so so interesting!!!!! …. back and all new plan carbs prep!!

    Sooooo prep goes on, food too cardio as well!!! We tidying up “little” some more and added more sunset landscape on my ntd and upper body day!!!…

    ++ curcumin and ashawanda to my stack from yday!!! Went to 750mg ashawanda ( open the pill and put on my spinach salad lol…. with my black pink salt Kala namak and acv )

    So now horizontal… chill ing!! We can do it!!!! Hyacine french live this eve… and TMRW we go for lower!!! X

    Great cardio session in the morning, I had to cut coffee !! Yes, my stomach can’t handle coffee atm so I switched to the new stim pre workout from trainedbyjp nutrition. Just 5-6g just to wake up (I’m really no morning person)
    Stomach is also totally okay with that ????
    1h low intensity, watching some videos from my team members beside ???? perfect morning ????
    Push session was okay, didn’t get my numbers on my working set (DB shoulderpress) but on the incline bench I’m getting stronger ! Finally! Chest/front delts are still weaker than the rest but I’m getting there ????

    ???????? hope that you are fine! despite your digestive issues? seems you had them already?! after prep? you know the problem? btw I saw Nori on IG sooo cute!! ❤️ you go with intuitive eating often? just to give a mental break? or it’s more related to your digestive issues? guess there is nice weather too, here seems almost summer!     it’s about your niche. some gyms give you a minimum to charge by hour! (£50 could be the base) but depend about model! obsly if you are joining a gym…in a PT studio maybe different, …. if in a luxury gym you maybe charge £80/90/100 but you must take off margin for the gym! and if you sell as package and how long…there are a lot of variables! this is in London!
