NTD cardio w such a beautiful sunshine!! So peaceful!! And well my bod was not really enthusiastic about it!! Ahah but doesn’t matter!! My mind wanted it!!! ???? Then vacuum & M1 little Coco oil pumper and POS! Love my new routine!! Seems that something like quads are appearing! Not sure if I was still dreaming Lol.. it’s exciting to see (or to imagine) the change!! It’s just a beginning of looooong road!! We are just baby quads stage!!! hams ATM just screaming a different way to make apparence!!! We appreciate any apparence anyway and any days!!! … grateful always eheh

Want calves tooooo!!! Guess what? On the couch!!! DEAD!! Anyway now it is sleep, lift, eat and repeat BUT literally!! … eh!?
live with Hyacine & Xavier at 6pm! Jordan & Joe aka Hypertrophy coach at 7pm!! Stefan aka bossofoutlaw at 9pm!! UK TIME Yeah!! but all!!!

Cardio buddy here!! Ahah of course! Btw today Usual NT routine!!
25min liss cardio 125 heart rate (Ahah I fancy go out at 6am for my cardio!! Loving wake up like this!!)… POS, belly dancing and stretch, form rolling, Steps and make new doggo friends in the park! But All…lol 🙂 !! Meals, & intra prep, girly things and now Couch coz my everywhere bod screaming of happiness!!! So we try to stay still as much as possible!! (Mission impossible?!) ah well writing this post is already a big step! 🙂 … just take control again!! start a routine and enjoy your equipment! music can help to get in the zone! but it is a inner stuff!! do your best and you will proud of yourself and ready to get back in the gym strong mentally and physically !! and so w better body composition… learner for your birthday! I would slowly cut and work hard as much as I can! you should find inside your why and don’t leave your environment, circumstances affect your end goals!! Corona is something major Mondial. even some athletes taken some time off. but this challenge can help you to build your character. in life maybe things will try to stop you in achieving your goals in a different form!!! so this is a learning experience!! x

ahah not yet!!! but it’s an option!! really doubt that! so that’s why I asked advice to you…. I see it tricky for prep and specially for a kind of BB lifestyle, but I admit that I did not ask if I can fit a bike on it to the owner ah you never know…btw happy that you know Panther at least if happen I got a BB gym!! I don’t like the idea to train in a commercial gym! my brain refuse the commercial gym! can not control that! eheh 🙂

hopefully this “el Corona” happening in a warm season!!! ???? right? … never trained outside but lately we are going often outside of comfy zone ahah!!
how long are you prepared to travel to the gym in prep? … mean maybe go twice a day … weight and cardio I don’t have Idea how it’s going to be!
do you know Panther gym in Uxbridge? seems an old school BB! I leave it there maybe I m going to move on a boat! in country side ???? it’s something crazzzzy, and not sure yet as I have lot of doubt about… never hear BB living on a boat yet ahah thank you!!! X

I could train in my garage, but there’s a lot more room outside which is useful for walking lunges and tying bands to the trampoline etc!
In prep, I tend to do my cardio fasted at home and then go to the gym later to train. I have a static bike at home which does the job.
I have been to Panthers Gym, yes. Do you live close to there?
Not sure I could live on a boat..haha! I’m not keen on water and it would be very unstable to train on!

🙂 loving to train outside!! well only walking lunges and chin ups ATM!! the rest between set is a pure breathing lol!! …never been at panther gym but if I move on the boat is the closest gym option! if they will open… I m based in East London currently! muscleworks Benthal green!!
well the boat life is a weird Exciting “I don’t have microwave” alternative!!! not sure I can fit a bike on it!! ???? training is on land however and doesn’t move…but I think that I m too diva for camping! defo more doubts than before!!!! ohh thanks!!xx ❤️@jkelly.ross

Loved my morning cardio!! Pre M1! 25min random in a ghost city!!! 125hr!
Then I cooked the world.. shower, lot of Coffeeeeee, Yog (and pretty much needed!!!!!!!) Vacuum exercise and POS… cucumbers and Amazon goodies walk 8k!
We are leaning down so some more changes on NTD and TD’s diet. Soooooo I can not wait to see my baby quads lol!!! And maybe being less potato I ll get more chin ups?! ..
TMRW upper, POS seminar at 1pm w J, 7k walk And some other little adventure!! BC life ATM is a shall see kind of 🙂 X
