Exciting mess! Ahah I always felt in a movie!! A day started Far from Yogi! Felt more a warrior and well is nothing new this! Lol comfty zone Soooo Life getting more exciting!! .. okay really emotional lot of absurdity lot of things kind of un-thinkable day!!! I had gOooooOd news in all of everything crazy! Happy Easter! hope that you are well! ah just wondering what you think about this!! kind of back extension rounded back standing w barbell!! … well admit I never saw it ???? but well still lot to see and learn not surprising, I don’t have either in my plan but just curious if it’s something that could replace the classic exercise if you don’t have the machine!! ???????? thanks!

Hello again! The ‘2 sets unless stated otherwise’ bit is relating to the whole workout. Each exercise is 2 sets, unless something else is written next to it eg. Pendlay row – v strict, 1 set about 12 reps.
A rest pause set is a set where you take the first to failure, rest 10 seconds, then go again to failure, rest 10 seconds, then go again to failure. So I’ll do that with a dumbbell for biceps.. all on one arm first, then swap arms. Full ROM.

YES! You’ve got it. It’s another intensity technique, like drop sets etc. Same weight, short rests and 3 failure points. Great for isolation exercises ????

Do you have taken yoga classes before quarantine times ? I’m not sure if YouTube is a good source when you’re completely new to this, like me ???? wanted to add yoga to my daily to do’s ????

yes, I think that the rational me think optimal however the other one soooo Boring! eheh I can not stay still basically soo I am doing a mix between yoga and Pilates but headstand I don’t ATM I don’t know if affect recovery from training! but I love it! seems great even for blood flow on the head… need really music to put me in the zone!! yes YouTube videos are great!! I love free style then when you learn the movements and it is become like dancing!! x
Lara Dutta on YouTube, and well India is the best for YOGA! so I always look to Indian teacher!! but as beginners anything basic is a great way to start!!@jkelly.ross

@k I guess if it’s designed to be put up in a doorway then it will be ok. You’re not heavy, but make sure it’s secure before you use it!
I don’t usually wear a waist trainer, although I did in my last prep during training. I find them very uncomfortable. I think posing practice is a good way to help control the midsection.

happy Easter oohhh was just Xmas few days ago! not bad this quarantine ????.. well TMRW I ll try your dips game..btw go to some questions eheh SLDL raised toes Vs heels elevated ..I mean w heels you recruit more quads?! right? so there’s a sense to perform a SLDL with heels elevated?! ( sorry ohhh this is maybe a silly one well not sure if last … many to follow! lol … ) but well is not a posterior chain kind of exercise? sooo or maybe it’s useful to balance things out?!..???? thanks! x

Haha.. Yeah Christmas and Easter all in the space of a week ????????
The sldl is a posterior chain exercise, so I wouldn’t be elevating my heels to try and recruit my quads.. there are plenty more movements that can target the quads more efficiently. I’ll always keep my feet firmly flat in any kind of deadlift variation.

I just bought a pull up bar doorway but well I guess that the “frame” attached screenshot is much better…but I m kind not heavy person so a classic doorway could be fine and much more adaptable to any door?
and do you wear waist trainer? vacuum exercise on prep?
