    And well Almost RIP to my favo leggings! The best workout with them!! Ahah I don’t know if BC everything getting bigger 🙂 or I overused them?! … Without going emotional and analytical LOL

    Btw get a lil serious POS sess done w/ some attention to the details…. ohhh little adjustment made! To pop Things up! feets position, Shoulder line, Belly in, Head up, booty out! Etc…..Just obsessed! Love this! Rest of day was mixed with something really mystic out of ordinary, meal prep, And the basic girly girl duties!

    And …. So Tmrw is upper day! Happy gal! With all extra food and extra intra… Ohhh! gym bag ready! Some work pre and post! And 2 hrs photoshoot in the afternoon too! Nothing crazy, a relaxed one! X

    Later I had a deep tissue massage and know my whole body is sore af ????
    Ahhh and the five finger death punch concert was so cool, this music gives me energy on difficult days !!

    ahah 🙂 thank you! posing in the middle of the gym floor and being the only one doing that helps to be confident too! around unknowns people! I don’t know if I m shy ah! maybe not! 🙂 but it’s a kind of strategy! then seems recommend to practice all year around! listen to any kind of music! monstly American black music ghetto style Bronx genre Ganga Diva or Jamaica.. rap, rock, heavy metal, ahah maybe not so much pop! and then really silly Italian music no make sense! just fun! I m really open minded about music! X

    It was so messy and over! I m always a bit meh when my sess is ending! I mean send help please!! Ahah

    SLDL +1kg hopefully you can not see me training ???? just saying it!!! You know what I mean! It was a screaming things however my mind is set up for more next one. This is a redundant thing in my mind .. LOL Only last reps were out of this world so me and I will go up asap!!!
    Glutes extension little beast I got her… ahah +5kg X 20 including the screaming effort that seems anabolic nah? BC this is always there in each exercise!!! Being discreet when failure for me is not realistic! And just BC it’s not enough be the only lady in the gym!! Okayyyyy! Ahah
    Back supported raise 40 40 X 2 bw straight legs!
    Standing calves more reps only 160kg!!!
    Did some math & cooking to adjust my diet!! We go up again! And ohh this should mean performance up and gonna be an exciting mess at the gym! I can not wait!
    Tmrw the basic! POS, foam roll & stretching!!! Choreo time and some ugly face on foam rolling LOL X

    Rest day aka POS day almost gone!
    Just a quick hour at my gym, foam roll & POS in ONLY! I think that I understood how to pop my delts kinda okay! Well was fab, with some music in my headphones…I was not there really!!! ???? Even when I m training I m in my own little world!!! Ah yeah then “not just BB” went to a farm! Lil different.. saw some weird pigs and biz conversations! exciting and kinda original! interesting things maybe going to be made! And yesss tomorrow check in, out and about and  LEGS DAY!!!! Ohhh more than ready to come back to my lovely gym! crazy energy! X

    ???? yes! basically! early morning on legs day without shoes at mine, just a quick one. end of upper session at the gym, just 15 min with shoes. rest days proper posing session with front/side walk and all with shoes, usually 30min! pre and post foam rolling ahah you know!!! go Around the gym floor ahah! there are lots of mirrors! ohhh I enjoy too much!

    This session upper A rot 2 is still kinda not my full groove yet! But from my log book seems that I made some progress! …
    Spotted here and there however ahah but sometimes it’s not need finally! We try new weights so asking for little help! High incline press +5kg +3reps, narrow bench +5kg kinda spotted but not really ahah (this one still a mistery, but not for sooo long!!!! Mission bench pressing is underway!!), Improved my pull-down and surprisingly the dual dB chest supported row is absolutely in! 15kg each arm tday! Really far from disaster!!! Humbly and decently happy gal! Low row is up UP too!

    Such a Fab energy in my gym, learning and laughing every day!!! Tmrw the basic!
    POS, roll and stretch in! Looking forward to it! X

    Just to add that today while I was on press and I was resting…I looked at the mirror to the machine reflection and in my mind like “this is my legs press’ s loads?, What I m doing here? Like you do not recognize where you are with your strength?!” ahah somebody can relate to it? Genuinely felt like this… then I just went in mode “not overthink this” …

    Overstate! And I say again and again I Love my gym! Redundant thing ahah! Soo many BB big boi that working crazyyyy hard! Tday was fab! decently happy about! So First move dB ham curl and well I asked to be spotted!!! It’s a new thing be spotted for it! So 25kg X 10!! I was already a mess after it so ready for hack squatting 115kg but LOL it was kinda eazzzzy in my mind! My body I don’t know if thinking same… LOL however 115kg X 20 and all shade of red on my face! And well then press! Sometimes I go crazy to count the plates.. I must use my calculator my brain can not deal ATM with math things! a disaster!…I m in the zone with music and so.. 313 X 12 but believe me I was a totally mess! Hoodie, screaming and kinda off from this world! Around hardcore BB boi! My thing!!!! Following bridge on Smith w the holding game, then add &abd on cable with weighed frogs! Some hanging legs raise 40,40 and toe calves at 110kgx12x3!
    ???? Can not wait tomorrow! Omg love training! Sending help! Ahah X

    set aside for lazy in! Basic Sunday! POS, foam roll & stretch in! at the gym…me and fews there! So I duck – walked a lot! Time to smooth out and keep smiling! not sure about “be sassy” concept ahah ?! So followed Meal prep, girly things, work… and Ahah my intra is already in my bag ???? with my log book for legs tomorrow! Seems I can not wait!! I ll get a civvy life asap!!!! Yep! …Well Tmrw something biz kinda not usual is in schedule too! X

    I mean okay it was more than okay tday.
    Vibes just exciting! So many athletes in my gym…. learnt something more! Either to get that energy that makes me crazyyyy! So went up with Chin not assisted 8. assisted 15. Rack row 85kg and I get one reps more only.. yeah but then back row just on the sky LOL With single arm one that I literally celebrate in the gym! ???? The crazy lady! (What I do in the rest time between sets and I got my pb!!! just few can see hopefully LOL) …28kg each arm before was 27.5kg… and I count go up next one! You know when you are in front of the heavier dB and you just there to desire to take it. .
    Usually I go! Ahah So got all my reps 20! The mind and music are powerful tools!
    Following Smith press that I got extra reps, raise extra reps too cable and machine… eh hey I just admired some big bois gang performing assisted dip machine and so I learnt a better way to do so! 45kg X 20! They were great! So BB Big! The energy was unique that you don’t want to leave!!! …And well some abs, stretching and regrettable selfie (ahah kinda destroyed) later with a messy but too much colour look I left! … LOL
    Good Things Don’t Last Forever!!
    Excited about Tmrw! Steps, foam rolling (but this) & stretching, and some POS!

    thanks for the live! it was so educational and learnt something more! (funny too ???? ) even for pull down video!!! i going to watch it again before to perform it next session!  quick question why you don’t want post Anne check up at 3 weeks out? ah if I can ask! thanks!! go so fast the time!

    I will post another educational video tomorrow (I think) and a couple each week,just need some ideas.

    I don’t want to post Anne check up for several reasons:

    – I want her to really focus on the last phase of the prep,which is the most exhausting phase both physically and mentally,so all the pressure and stress coming from social media will be attenuated if she posts less.she will be more focus on training and posing.

    – to keep a surprise effect on stage,if you show everything,there s no surprise.

    – all competitors and coaches comes and check others competitors because the list is posted 12+ weeks out,so his conditioning will remain secret (and it’s all honesty really crazy).

    I will post her condition the night before the stage and Maybe dona live once we are there if she’s not too tired and I have time

    I understand about the “social media pressure” matter and the comparison. (Actually I should avoid me too it specially the comparison matters and LOL I am really nuts!) At her level is much more pressure, well maybe she built more brain strength too with the stage experience but still….prep brain still play some games, I guess!

    Oh about ideas, anything about training can be useful! Or about diet! Training for Figure kinda for ladies so upper body shoulder, delts, and legs why not? and BB classic for men! Chest, arms, legs and Ah Seems that many are interested in gear! 🙂

    Kinda rest day! Make it to the gym ahah, start to hit some steps on treadmill and then some foam roll in! Ahah well it was a full hour really fun ( my face and all expression LOL ???? ) but reallyyyyy difficult to describe by words…my calves, inner and out, quads, booty, low back, traps…I mean everywhere! Endless! Struggling to stay on but I make it despite all the feels! Almost Ashamed to make it publicly! Afterward the real POS fun started and I can say that at least I confidently duck-walked a lot! LOL
    Going to a farm next week for some project! Something lil different happy like a kid! Ahah love this!!! Little diet update: food up on training days so this means performance up! It’s going to be an exciting mess on my log book! I love this much more!
    Tmrw coffee ( ohh this is not negotiable to be alive ), M1 & work + coffee, M2 & work + coffee then ???? upper & POS, post workout and again work & work and some weekly huge food shopping!!! And all the food between! X

    Same here ???? my back still hurts from my last date with the foam roll ????

    it was literally out of this world! 🙂 ah ah and in my gym they got the killer foam roll ever! never like this! felt all the training intensity of last 2 months concentrate in my calves … literally! and yes, the good stuff slightly up with pre workout meal and post happy with this specially BC I should be able to up my numbers a bit!! 10gr more on starch carbs pre and 20gr more on fast dig carbs on post! still 20 weeks out but go sooo fast if you enjoy the process! X
