    Today a Regular POS day! duck walked and foam rolled a LOT! Some tracks by Quavo and repeat again and again! …
    Adjustment made on arms moves, hand position on waist and the crossed legs walk…. Some no sense dance moves between!! Ahah I can not resist!!! 🙂

    Tmrw upper!! Yeah!

    And I have ordered my new suit , the girls from fitdiva wear are incredible , they will finish the bikini in two weeks (I was very late , I know )

    Add up some more tod! Not really surprised! Ahah… Extra food in! Basically only me and another guy on the gym floor! It was fab! This guy is a rocking one! I can describe this time as “two screaming things in the gym floor… LOL :)”
    So 9p on seated ham, so +2p I think that I didn’t my best before, who knows? Or what else?
    Legs press well 155each side! So 310+53 machine X 20! Really!!? Believe me I don’t know how! Verrrrry nice and funny! Finally put all biscuits on is a proper UPPER exercise! Ahah so all the benefits here! LOL! Then I like to put on all 25kg plates BC look good when all plates are the same shape!! Am I paranoid? ????
    Hack 125kg X 8! My face was same colour of my hoodie here! Kind a bright pink!
    SLDL ahah I made it 30kg each arm!!! So 60kg of pure joy!! Still alive!! And it was Tooo much but managed it with okay form. happy hams tomorrow!!

    Seated calves +10kg and find a smart way to set up things!! Really happy about my discovery!! Yeeeeees!!

    Changing room and another Kelly was born! Lol went out and in 1hr I bossed out all things together! While on the phone doing bank staff, sent emails when I was waiting print off some documents…. etc…LOL super bossy power here!!!
    And finally my yummy post workout meal!!
    All the jam and all the honey!!!! ????
    Tmrw basic POS day, need to adjust my arms when duck walking!! ???? Tech explanation here!! Nothing changed on my prep plan just to report! Keep working & eating as we do! X

    check in, out and about time! just excited about my journey! ahah I don’t mind so much about the scale ???? ..btw we check it, so report ING surprisely only 0,8kg up despite all the food! I m enjoying myself at the gym like a kid between POS and training! and so off to the gym sooooon! (after some Ms and extra coffee LOL) X

    My post workout feeling hit me up forever yday!! After 6hrs I come back to “normal” ahah HOWEVER Despite the mess done efficiently and accurately some admi civvy duties!! Always find that training boost your cognitive capacity!! … Soo mixed feelings about yday session, aren’t nice that newbie feels!!? Anyway went for a duck walk this morning… with a top level energy!!! 🙂 Excited! Focus line on side pose shoulder legs ratios, pop delt on back, pelvic in bOoty out….ahah! Little pretty things!! And Kind of time management game (civvy duties and everything else) so foam rolling only Lower getting ready for Tmrw! Ahah with a stuffed potato check in out and about!!!
    Now we girly up! A bit! X

    Those post workout feels! I mean happy but a empty mind feels! … So guess it was soo much fun and totally lost my mind in!! Ahah…on another note a powerlifting career is not envisaged LOL totally messed with ( read below… :)! )

    Narrow press 30kg X 10…. spotted, coached, and everything included! I m totally nuts!!! Be around big boi benching crazy loads…ahah it’s funny! LOL… You struggle with 30! LOL ING and laughing to myself.. ???? a big boi take time to help me out nice it… Newbie feels here! ( Maybe my pink converse were not the best choice here ahah ???? baby girl baby weight LOL…)

    Triceps 5p with rope
    Lat Pull-down 7p more reps in
    Landmine +5kg +5reps 55 kg
    Midback row +1p
    Reverse pec +1p
    Ended on the floor literally! Ahah abs, and looking at the ceiling for some minutes!!! Then some quick POS, and selfie (life & priority)! Still with post workout feels… Happy galll!
    Ahah And Tmrw come back to basic POS day! …

    Lying ham try to go at 6p but I got only 6reps, and lil tried!!! Not top tip my ROM last ones! Till next episode! Ahah
    Smith squat surprisingly went to 90, i was conservative! So starting at 85 my last pb, went to 87,5 then confident to 90 i should perform only 12 but I did 20! Looking forward to 100 and asap.
    Press was over over 325 X 20 ( more machine is 53kg ) kind of enjoy press play game too and really much!!
    Bridge absolutely better, no cramps felt! Happy and mixed feelings and specially after all above! Still there?? Ahah ????
    Abd/add w frogs ING increased dB load! Being spotted here LOL now I m asking to be spotted for frogs toooo!
    Hanging legs raise lost count ohhh to be honest! math girl here!!!! I think that was more than 35 X 2 bw or something like this!
    Standing Calves I wanted to perfect things, and to play with execution and the connection mind bod matter. Same loads 160!

    @k I find I can grip a rope better than just holding the cable for press downs. Wrist cuffs work well for Cable Delt lateral raises as it takes the grip out of the exercise, so no wrist or forearm strain.

    Don’t be sorry for asking questions! I personally like to use a rope attachment and pull it through and hold onto one side, then press down facing the cable. You could use a D handle and stand sideways pressing it down across your body although I find this puts a lot of strain on my wrist and forearm.

    thanks a lot! ATM I do just “only cable” without d handle* or rope! facing in front! I ll try with rope next one! *yeah even myself feel on wrist and forearm… like cable raise matter if done with handle for me! body get distracted from the use of the hands and don’t target/focus on delts… (if make sense) thank you! x

    just saw your pic on IG look beautiful! ahah stairs master 🙂 I don’t know if it’s going to be in my next prep life episode!! who knows? just asking for a friend LOL… you keep your hands away from the stairs master and so standing straight? I always did this but maybe… I make my life difficult sometimes ahah.. how much you do of it and how the speed? when cardio I just listen all kind of podcast, books listening, YouTube … it’s becoming cultural finally! LOL thanks! x

    High press +3reps not at all spotted! Even the psychological spotter… you know what I mean….the spotter that you feel that you need but finally you don’t need! Complex concepts! Skip to the next… better!!!! This ideal stuff LOL need to stop to be sooo profound!
    Assisted dips +5kg
    Cable raise 3p I m sticking to it LOL I don’t think for longer… maybe going to 4p next week?!
    Pushdown triceps +1px10
    Prone raise got 6kgx12 …but this one
    Some abs, stretching… believe me I wanted to restart everything again…my mind at least, my body I don’t think that was ready for more!!! And my face, hair etc were glowing and flourishing of course!!!!
    Omg, I just obsessed every day!!!! the energy was unbelievable… same amazing people and some new faces but believe me there is something crazy special in my gym… must be my way to see things too.
