Personally BB impacted positively on my anorexia and ED. However We all have different journey. Save my life. (Long time ago) Lack of nutritional education and structure, the skinny aesthetic, bad health care, lack of discipline etc… From my personal experience I can say that hopefully I started BB and to compete! Believe me I love my body in off season too! Working with a coach is always advisable if you can!! A good one that understand your journey and you trust!! x

Starting the week in coulour!! And adding some more here and there!! Ohhh it was ONE as every training days lately! Ahah With some happiness feels from my Saturday madness back day!!! .. still feel my 87,5 kg rack row!!! Hit me always later!!
So me and my forever Doms
started with dB ham curl!! It’s a full immersion on the session, straight to the point ???? … which went up on reps, and we tried again 25kg independently but failed to pick up the dB! Opss Lil always try! So ask to be spotted! And only for 10 However my ROM is toooo short! Not really happy! .. hopefully we got some + strength with this! And 22,5 kg are relatively eazy!!! So seems that we are going up slowly but that is the BB game!
mi happy and mi frustrated Went on hack that made my day!!! ???? Deep ROM and up to 130kg! (Mamma Mia) yeeeeees!
Press I stayed to 155 each side + 53kg machine but I added reps! And hold more!!
I feel that I need to play with these numbers more! I did x12 x20 x20 kinda bit heavy but just a little bit
And This time on bridge Smith I wanted to go up absolutely! went to 12 with my last pb, added 5kg and other 12 with that “nice” holding!!!!
Abd/add same plates but increased my frogs’s load to 27,5 kg without being spotted as I found the easy way to put the dB on me independent and strong woman LOL
When I m here I m a totally mess inside and out!!!! But always keep going and try to add more so Ended with legs raise 40,40 and some more reps on calves toe on another machine which I am not sure is the best for this! Prob go back to the other one!!!
Steps done, some meals in… And try to chill as much as possible! BC Tmrw is upper! X

ahah maybe switching to unilateral work as you are doing on machine raise! could be helpful to progress… just saw your video! I found the pads on machine very far one to other for my arms ???? do one at once is maybe better and prob solve this?! X

Yes I do them very often unilateral because I’m to tiny to fill out the frame of the machine , Hope this makes sense ? My English should be better ????

I would not describe myself as a model.. LOL oh at least not a standard one! nowadays every one can be a model and I think that it is positive!

@clare it was relaxed. hopefully not so much make up on. natural look! heavy make up killing me! ahah not my style at all and put things on the skin is to me not the best! and I don’t more than 2hrs usually. i don’t complain but modelling is not easy as it’s look! same as posing! however usually I have fun, is an artistic environment! you are working with a great team!! X

Hi Clare, always doing photoshoot since years! ahah I get paid so it’s job! filtering requests a lot so lifestyle, fashion, active wear! I m far from a model LOL but they are thinking I m pretty ???? sometimes I do time for print if I fancy a special look or I want to be the “art director”! I did one in King gym as well after prep! it was beautifully done!!! can be useful for marketing purposes! working on this too ahah everything from scratch atm!!! 🙂 … it’s a great experience and you are making memories and specially with your bod you will get really great pictures. I m not soo much for showing off in general but just for yourself is an exciting experience! X

Y all sunny day here! ???? Lovin! Went to my gym to meditate on the foam roller! Ahah new way to get your soul back!! …then I was ready for my POS session! My hand POS is much more sophisticated and classy!!! …. Lot of pretty little things to improve! Lil better! Well need to improve my nail polish too, but till show day we can stay little beast and creative nah? …yeah to my green emerald polish!!! Afterward…Jumped on treadmill for my steps and to work a bit by email…try to optimize things! Little friends & fam chat toooo! Without forgetting nice tunes…Shy Glizzy today!!!
Off from my gym and Straight to the shop BC I always run out of stock of spinach and cucumbers! It’s a mare! Ahah everything green tday and so went to the park too!

@lara-tasharofi love the mix of colours of the suit! you will go with full Swarovski? or mixed crystal! ahah just asking… maybe I will go for level 3 only to keep the budget raisonable!! do you think that it is soo necessary to go level 5 and spend £450? anyway i saw your back pose on stage, it was outstanding! just the best on stage!! upper and lower beautiful!!! so full and your POS was classy! X

Crazyyyy atmosphere! Ahah as usual!!
Well it was a challenging and mixed messy back focused session!
Chin they are the trickiest…so I don’t know really if I made progress! Assisted yeah! + Reps! Tried not at all assisted got only 5… mi assisted I got 9! me & my endless attempts! Meh feel!
Rack pull well tried to go up to 87,5 and I got only 5! Still a progress! However the set up was slightly lower than last session so I felt it too much.
Back row! Yeahhh 50×15 55×6 so lot more UP!
one arm 32,5kg X10 very happy! Last pb was 30×20, so all the way up! Increasing SLDL in parallel….soooo we will see how manage things next week!!
In between lot of people, crazy vibes, some chat on the way to next exercise!!… ohhh absolutely feeling like around champions with beautiful souls!!! Wow! I can not describe here…tOoo addictive!!

45kg by myself X10…ahah then I asked to be spotted and so 50kgx8 done!!!! Exciting times ahead LOLDip machine…put 50kg opss like too far from my superpower! A guy make me laugh!!! And said to me that sometimes little things are powerful, it was talking about me!!! And me ahah believe in my superhero potential!! Was funnnnn!!!
Machine raise got more reps only…I try to remember that it’s take some time BB! (next week lol)Triceps pushdown tried with rope. Need to be on the groove…I m used to only cable! Minimalist way! I don’t know if I keep this new way! 3p only!

Rest day for me today!! Also the start of the show day glow up before I leave for Columbus on Sunday morning ❤️ tomorrow is my legs/pull session which will most likely be my last before comp! Corinne is going to send me across our plan of action leading into show day which is going to be rather exciting xxx
