Hi Clare, ahah again me! with my questions.. ???? btw it’s great to hear that your deadlifts are progressing after injury, It’s a great feeling come back to the game strong! .. and so my question is about dB ham curl! do you on the floor or on bench? i m red like a pepper with 22kg ahah ???? thank you
I do them lying on a bench. I put the dumbell upright on the floor and slide back to pick them up with my feet, then shuffle into place. I wear vibram shoes, so it’s quite easy to wiggle my toes to pick them up by myself.. Although that 30kg was tough ????????

thanks a lot! ohh 30kg on bench are goals! I perform on the floor and sound easier, but maybe not the ideal full ROM…so maybe need to jump on bench me too and start from scratch LOL vibram are goals too! converse girl ATM and add vibram on my long wish list! thanks! x@jkelly.ross

ok Ciara is here! oh oh and obsly I was going to Ashford for my (waited for ages) workshop. I should cancel…. LOL ING! I mean this exceptional ting must of course happens today … ohhh out the control this crazy lady ???? transport are affected as well! maybe paranoid and being a pussycat LOL I don’t know…. ahah so well maybe hit my steps at Mine too…. go Around the flat like crazzzzy!!!!! ahah and some POS so today totally indoor activities! I ll try to be productive in other way as much as I can! hopefully got everything at mine! food ing wise. if you know me.. I don’t like to be still or all day at home but ohhhh seems like a war.
my upper body seems ready to come back to the game feeling totally alive, but Tmrw is lower day and just over excited x

go to see a specialist. they are going to assess the imbalance and do some treatment. as well give you suggestion for some stretching and some exercises that focus on the issue. find out some lower imbalance few years ago but solved very quickly. monstly by applying the guidelines. just 2 appointments of 30min.

POS early-ish at my garage gym LOL
I was the only crazy and was fab! Ahah nobody brother on sat morning! Only Some cardio bunny… I walked w sho all around…3 dimension mirror! That Side walking! … loved that! Think that will be my date on Sunday Morning for all my prep!
Well Tmrw (with apparently a scheduled storm and I mean the only Risk is that the wind could make me fly away but I ll be loaded by food sooo we should be good…) I m traveling to Ashford for a POS work shop!!.. excited! And Love some green! (you know…I wanted to move to the country side and adopt a Pitbull! And this will be Next dream life episode)
Ahah deffo will be station, gym, station! Not touristy things anyway it’s not my kind of trill! Lived in Paris for sooo many years and never go up Eiffel tower LOL.. (I know)! Filming something Tmrw and I ll come back more crazzzzy obsessed than yesterday! X ????@jkelly.ross

So we had a really good upper day yesterday! Progressed every lift I’m delighted! Lower back feeling good again.
Highlights of this sessions
-BB Row at 100kg x11, 105kg x9 (last time 100kg x10 was my top set ????)
– high incline plate loaded shoulder press 30kg per side by 10 and a 1/2
-up reps and weights on everything else.
Also- check on day yesterday! Finally starting to get things rolling now. Another food drop, and cardio has just been added in at 14 weeks out. Fasted before meal 1 for 25mins at 130bpm on rest days. (Typing and cardioing as we speak)
Let’s get things rolling I’m so damn excited to start the suffering

Ohhh off from the game till Monday!
Today was a scheduled one! I was supposed to train on Saturday but my upper bod said, “nah issa rest day”, I’m just listening!
And ahah such a mental conflict! THE MISTERY OF REST DAYS! if you know you know! LOL
However a relative rest! Ahah I can not stay away too much from the gym! So off for some POS Tod! With and out heels! And Tmrw toooooo! And on Sunday POS workshop in Kent! ???? XI guess everyone who loves training knows the problem ????Especially during diet there is more free time and less food ???? but you know Kelly these breaks will help your body to grow and recover for the next big session ????

Had an 1hr really focused POS sesh! front & side walk, Keeping eyes on feet position and sooo detailed staff!
stand tall, head up and turn in your best angles… ???? be sure to stick your bOoty out, walk but don’t want to much movement going on, keep everything tight but be relaxed while doing it, and don’t walk to fast but also not toooo boring, annnnnd try to look kinda normal…ahah if I compare it as same search for the best selfie LOL … hopefully I got time! Ahah
Before this I had such beautiful souls around me … give me so a different life perspective!! It was a great rest & POS day!
Tmrw POS, job staff, again…. job staff…some already prepped food to fit in a tupperware for my touristy POS Sun day in Kent! Ahah can not wait!

My Smith squat went so up! to 80 x12 ! (filmed my performance ahah sounds like a show! ahah it’s was in same way.. my face 🙂 last reps were not as deeply well done! so next we are going to improve ROM)… And 75 X 20 little secret mykindof…selftalk! me to myself! Kelly & Jessy!Officially and publicly crazyyyyyy! Ahah “nah, it’s sooo light…eazzzzy! we are not a pussycat” LOL usually it’s workin! ( still one, but less of yday! ???? ) Yeah!
SLDL BB same approach! 65kgx12! I would like to see where I could go on sumo right now… just curious! Then I went down to 62,5 just to perfect execution! Glute extension machine just +5 we work in! Standing calf raise 150x12x1 160x12x2 so more reps!

Or time to learn how to deload! 🙂 …not just from a tech point LOL but yeeep when I m in the gym I love to train with kind of high intensity.. difficult to control myself and give less! No I don’t plan it except after a show or after season when I want from 1 to 3 weeks almost off of training.
It’s more reactive Deload when it’s needed based on athletes feedback.
