    No I don’t plan it except after a show or after season when I want from 1 to 3 weeks almost off of training.

    It’s more reactive Deload when it’s needed based on athletes feedback.

    first thing in the morning, warm water+acv+lemon (if you regularly drink with a straw as it could cause damage to your teeth!) sometimes I add ginger! btw I don’t every day! I am drinking more when I m in big deficit prep.

    tday my upper bod asked for an exxxxxtra rest, my brain not really LOL but yeeep try to do what I need/must not what I want! mental game ahah.. BC I love training! went to the gym anyway ???? for some more POS! Tmrw rest & pos again w/ little treat physio..X

    Oh it was awesomely a legs day…made by an overall overloading! I must admit I go bit crazy sometimes to pick new weight! LOL (note to myself!)

    Met some nice comp gal too and we chat afterwards! So beautiful soul and so gorgeous! X

    Yday lazy in was refreshing! And the make over too! Learnt new things about POS tho the webinar, listened a podcast about show day and all bikini matter! …and on next Sunday I can not wait the workshop in Kent!… it’s great to practice around others Niki competitor, ahah ATM I m posing around guys at the gym! LOL make sure some difference! Soon hit legs, pwo and work in! X

    Btw today activity, go for a 7k walk…. foam roller & All shade of red on my face!
    Then giiiirly things, pink hair soon! ahah not sure yet!
    Already done some quick pos however tday I ll rest and participate to a posing webinar lying on the bed! Yep! lazy bee! Tmrw POS & LEGS!

    omelette, with yolk or without made in microwave w spinach, tomato, broccoli.. you can fit potatoes in too or salmon, tuna really anything! balls protein with oats. smocked salmon on rice cakes or oats cakes. yogurt and whey. it’s nice cold fish. jerky beef. nuts and yogurt. courgette noodles with prawns. cottage cheese and nuts. honey or jam with chicken or mozzarella (ah ???? this is maybe not for everyone). jam and yagourt. sweet potato stuffed with salmon/tuna. aubergine stuffed with beef mince and tomato or tuna w courgette, tomato sauce…etc! x

    POS down this morning and then after M1 and M2, little work, my huge gym bottle fallen on the floor LOL new year new pink bottle O o , little self maintenance ahah and off to my garage! (Ah feeling girly!)
    lately Felt my upper really smashed after my physio… HOWEVER smashed my chins, rack row 85kgx8, low row ahah started ambitious at 55kg, then down to 50kg X10, single arm 27,5×10 next 28, Smith press 40kgx15 added reps and next improve ROM. Delt raise stayed same but I focused on ROM in Things more close to perfection as much as unrealistic possible ahah LOL, dip machine 45kgx20, abs ohlala I go till 40reps to feel them, play with some holding game to challenge things up! …
    … Can’t wait tomorrow for POS and Monday for LEGS! Soooon go for an huge food shopping!!! Hope to find a nice pink bottle tooooo! X

    Checked in with Jordan this morning. Weight up to 60.6kg, as expected with the addition of var. I’m still representing a pudding, but focused on eeking out as much as we can over these last few weeks of my off season..

    Early-ish early-ish M1 and start POS! And posing again till M2! …and opsss again Some posing down at the gym, and food in something afterwards! little WORK in this afternoon for few hrs and food in again! Now lying on the bed!

    You can ask as many questions as you want!

    The one you sent me is exactly the same you can find at 10-15€,same conceptions and composition,just less marketing.

    I don’t advise you a corset but a waist trainer as I noticed lot of hernia on people wearing corset too often and for too long
