    Feel so fresh ahah! POS & laz in day!
    Little POS ING done in my little room, meal prep, waiting M2 and then off to rolling me up and some more posing to the gym! New intro, new transition.
    Repeat again & again!
    Little work in this afternoon and fit in some food shop! And just about food in.. How good is Asda & tesco soy yagourt? Ohhhh really tasty! Alpro luxury one ahah not taste the same! So today soy yagourt mission!

    Salut Hyacine d’après toi les ceintures abdominales sont-elles réellement efficace et pour toi quel meilleur moment de la journée ou les porter ? pendant l’entraînement la nuit la journée ?

    Si tu parles des corsets  vendues avec un code 10% non,jbai un gars qui vient de se faire opérer d hernies intestinales a cause de ça.
    Un waist trainer peut aider si tu le mets uniquement pendant l entraînement et cardio (pas 6-8h par’jlur comme c est quelques fois conseillé)

    Yes it’s getting more and more work but it’s exciting!

    I suggest it when waist need to be in control.

    Benefit is mainly a small(er) waist .

    Don’t wear it 24/7,just during training and cardio.

    after recording a funny promotinal video for DAS GYM (Intelligent Strenght) I had a good push session, food timing was not optimal so I
    shorten my workout when I recognized my body was empty. Weight went down, currently sitting at 70,6 which is still heavy for me xD

    Yeah videoshootings/photoshootings are always lot of fun , I promised myself to do more shootings during prep even if I feel tired and fucked up ????

    The workshop was cool, a little bit too long imo, I hate to sit the whole day, in my job I’m always on my feet ????

    ahah they are fun! I did a lot! I m not a kind of princess lady LOL and well being honest I prefer be a beast in the gym (Relatevely) but when I make an effort… actually make up, hair manicure are the painful part!! but always have fun and well good pics too! btw ahah for their talents!!! ahah it’s making memories as well when getting oldie! and even in off season! I will soon some!
    my training and so intensity seems go up! happy! got a physio massage yday.. ohhh I want another asap! x

    still 22 weeks out! posing, training, eating, resting, … robot life mode and I love!!!
    yeah I m working too but online monstly and some 1:1! working on financial gain too ahah

    kale chips are so good! sweet potato or banana chips too! whisk egg whites with Greek yogurt everything homemade! easy to cook.. I do believe you can find “clean” snacks! just few ideas!

    ???? checking up things…I will stick to my pink bras! seems magic for check in pics ah ah (very important note!) scale went down -1.7 kg! feeling passionately happy about everything! my triceps are on fire but this is a nice & small detail! the physio massage effect! but today is legs day so I got time to recover as UPPER is on Saturday! triceps gains are a thing too! ???? let’s see Corinne’s feedback! updating later after my low sesh! x

    ah another thing… you went to Harris for a massage! today went me too to the physio focusing on upper this time! next will be lower or full. how many times you book in? it’s regular or just when you feel the need! maybe I think that once a month is going to be enough! do you foam rolling? thanks x

    I try to go regularly. Ideally twice a month, but sometimes work and life gets in the way. I have a rumble roller at home which is a little firmer than the foam. I use it, but to be honest I don’t think they do much other than make you feel momentarily looser.

    ahah found a deal for a physio for today! was affordable and really good! it’s not replaceable an hand massage…it was top btw! ohh next time I ll longer than 30min.
    it was a good pain but relaxing in the same time. placebo effect work too. feel refreshed mentally. thanks x

    Hey @k.. Yeah the Dentist part wasn’t fun! I’ll have a celebrity smile at the end of it all though, so the looking and sounding like an idiot and not being able to eat properly will all be worth it.. I hope!

    I don’t like crossing my arms on a Hack. Any movement that involves shifting a lot of weight needs the body to be braced, so I would always advice to hold yourself into position. You want to be able to rack the weight safely too, so you’ll need your hands nearby!

    It’s normal to be able to lift heavier on standing calf raises as opposed to seated as you have your bodyweight behind you to help get the weight up. When you’re seated you’re literally lifting that weight using all calf.

    I’m not competing in Spain this year, no. I have my eye on a couple of shows, but likely need to do a UK regional first before I compete elsewhere. Sammie from Sparkling Sapphire bikinis makes all my suits, so I’m sure she’ll create another beauty for me this year ????

    yes, AHH Dentist is not the most exciting thing to do! well a Colgate smile and eating properly worth for sure! btw I’m avoiding hairstylist, manicure etc too myself … need some make over ATM but always did by myself so I will asap! of course not on show day!

    well I will 2 reg in UK, budget wise is better and then (Humble opinion) UK show seems well done! maybe Relatevely easy compete in house. no travel costs, less logistics. I checked Sammie on IG. I know roughly what I want but I asked around to find a good balance price/quality. I like dreambikinildn too. I will go for a padded triangle very bright colour! some time to save and order but I like to know already before the proper prep!

I enjoy the little beast hack ahah but I am not in racksquat team in a Smith one btw ???? …lost the groove for it few years ago! btw I m curious about the crossed arms on hack many perform like this and I don’t know if it’s a better recruitment matter or just a way to keep busy your hands? ahah never know …
    btw I m very weak in seated calves raise Vs standing. seems make sense in general but ohhh 150kg on standing Vs 20kg on seated sounds ridiculous, right?

    this is a great idea doing touristy things after show once you are there! which city? Spain seems great for BB shows! I did not have idea about these restrictions. I would like to compete “abroad” one day.. this season in LDN keep things Relatevely on budget! x
