    @lara-tasharofi  yes I am doing a pro qualifier in Spain in May 15/16th. As I’m Irish I can’t compete in regional shows, so international pro qualifiers are my options right now. Hopefully will do the Amateur Olympia in June also ???? ????

    oh Irish people can not regional in England? .. totally ignored this matter! there is not an international in England yet? sorry maybe silly questions? so just British can compete in pro show in England? …btw May in Spain sounds great! weather too! x

    Omg I was so in another world! So relaxing! Ah soooo much painful obsly but the gOooooOd pain! I am not a calm gal kind of not yoga gal style! But ohhh 30 minutes totally off! I think that even a bubble bath don’t so! Totally recommended a deep massage tissue, fancy socks and map ING when you around the city ahah! Just saying!
    Ah I am a new gal now!
    My left upper & right lower are my weaker side! We all are asymmetrical ..ahah Chloe (the physio) confirmed to me that makes sense! So…I m not totally weird! …
    Must rolling on more!
    ADM things went… ahah I done and I m done too! Quick food review love Thai rice from Sainsbury’s very very sticky!!!
    So now the most exciting part…
    Prep My gym bag! Intra vibes! Love this ritual! Tmrw we check in and out about everything, POS and legs! I fancy POS ING too much! X

    love green and so very good idea to move to an house with garden! peaceful! now living in front a small park..in London there are few nice parks! British countryside is beautiful! and well about mushroom soup LOL will be an experience! I think that I am already too crazy creative naturally.. no sub needed! I don’t know if affect your performance in the gym and etc. keep on eyes on this!

    after recording a funny promotinal video for DAS GYM (Intelligent Strenght) I had a good push session, food timing was not optimal so I

    shorten my workout when I recognized my body was empty. Weight went down, currently sitting at 70,6 which is still heavy for me xD

    Great start with raise! Yep!
    High incline dB press was awfully disappointing! Last was 25kg spotted…tday warm up with 22,5 and went on 25kg with a spotter…felt so so spotted! And too ambitious! There’s not 24! So went on Smith and went up! But Only till 40 kg! Need to zoooom on this! … Lil tried ahah ???? I think that I need to set back! What going on? Lol ING narrow same loads… but increased reps and improved ROM! Landmine went up+7,5 kg. Mid back up 11p too. But PULLDOWN and the MYSTERIOUS plates. Ahah I was not able to go more than 7reps with 7biscuits. NO WAY! Last I went on 10reps!!!!!!!!! So set back on this too!
    So so tday, maybe tooo ambitious or a day .. ohlala
    Rolling stones coaster ride! Oppppsss!
    Well going forward! Tmrw we POS and some adm duties! Chill in & out will be included!

    Just few thoughts and ahah my morning set some goals things!

    Tried leather ankle staff owned by my gym for add/abd.. they are so so great and I feel that I can load moooore safely w them.. within risking lonely mom ahah ???? however they are huge for side raise .. maybe I can fit in my biceps lol you know what I mean… So now I m using straps on the top of ankle velcro ones for raise!!! It’s a set up…ahah

    And focusing on Upper tday numb. Aiming to increase reps on high incline dB press, narrow increase +2,5 kg, pull down 8p for X reps and/or focus on form with 7p, landmine +2,5kg X 8, mid back I m at 10p so we go for 11p and see how it is the execution…
    Then POS but without shoes! Just to get as a robot the moves…and after a few days jump on my heels and repeat!

    Glute bridge +10kg LOL’ing my form

    Adductor on the cables 3p
    Hanging leg raises 35,30
    Standing calf raise 140x2x12 150x1x12

    Come back to reality asap!! Ahah was awesomely a destroying one!
    Need to improve glutes bridge! Absolutely!! Big note to myself!!!! And improve execution on press, so maybe next one we stay with same number! Ahah I want to see..

    Little POS before sesh, focusing in a transaction ATM! … one at once! Seems easy… ah well still not flowing and glowing as I would yet! So better to work in slow motion! And now off to complete my steps! Tmrw POS and UPPER! 🙂

    Today we hit legs/pull!! I’m training at Powerhouse Tampa today which is such a cool gym!! Today is the first legs/pull after a slight diet change Friday! Energy still feels good!! Mind is good so let’s go pull some heavy stuffs ???????? xx

    Hey hey!! Yes absolutely love it here!! And hopefully will be spending more time here soon!! Yes my back is getting there I have treatment again tomorrow which for sure will help!! Scales still aren’t on my side again this morning which sucks hard but staying as positive as I can!! Yes I will be there in Watford on the 28th March!! This is after Arnold’s Ohio and Australia – I get back from Australia on March 25th I think so I will be jet lagged but I will be there haha!!

    Yes my bikini is currently in the process of being created which is SUPER EXCITING!! xxx

    love the colours! great for dark hair! .. the first bikini fitting is like a ceremony!!! diamonds in a box kind of!

    I basically looked for a place close and I moved! I know that I m living in the gym 365 days so…. GP, gym must to be my neighbours LOL it’s a lifestyle ahah I m not obsessed! yeah!!!
