bikini colour ahah dilemma!!!! blue as Claire suggest is great on brunette dark hair, I would go for something that match with the tan too! deep blue, blue with some purple, sapphire acqua ..or something really bright! treadmill indoor is a very good option! saving time! pijama cardio ???? living at 500steps from my gym so … maybe I ll go in pijama me too! a good freaking out is exciting! hope your recovery getting better! sending good vibes! x

Pos and stretch ING day! … Early-ish meal prep, workin, and off to the gym for little posing! Well far far away from where I aim to be so we work in! … Little wreaking, filming, watching back and repeat! Smoothing the transition and the walking! Eyes on the small things! Head up and duck walk ahah! Soooooon and I really can’t wait the workshop! Yeeeeees!
Did a resourceful stretching and jumped on treadmill just for 3k and the rest outdoor!
Yday when food shop with client we have a look to many items! Just realized my obsession with nutritional data and I can take ages to shop! Compare value, price, convenience… ahah I can drive crazzzzy! LOL however it was a valuable and interesting experience, little fun too!

I got tendinitis for 1month and something but not due to training! wore elbow sleeves bought on Amazon, ice and rest upper ( Relatevely, done deadlift and others exercises still however I talked/saw some doctor and physio ) some stretching and some pain killers! ate salmon, taken omega 3! and mostly anti inflammatory food to speed up recovery! see a physio at least to know what’s going on! or go to the hospital just to check out!

Today is not a good day ☹️
Does anyone else get attached to utensils and crockery.. particularly during a prep. You have that one spoon and bowl that you MUST eat everything with and if anyone else dares to even contemplate using them, there’s hell to pay? Well I only went and dropped my precious glass bowl on the floor and smashed it to smithereens this morning ????
That bowl has seen me through all of my competitions, every single prep and off season. I’ve sat holding onto it for dear life, scraping every last speck of food from it when I was starving and filled it lovingly to the brim and indulged copious amounts of oats from it during an off season ????
A sad day indeed ????????????

Train & pos Ing! Ahah liked my transitions! Usually never enough but was a pretty almost not bad & far from disaster!! Then Work work work in! It was a blessing day! So grateful! My days are quite creative and not the same lately! Went food shop with a client and was so interesting to zzooom in on nutritional data and etc..
And my upper just uplift ING here and there!!!! Not perfect still obsly!

Chin -1kg on machine X 6, +0,5 strict BB row, +1p mid back row, single arm row crazyyyyyy up! +12rep and then new pb +2,5 kg X 8! 27,5 kg each gun felt Humbly that next I ll get 10 with this new number! so warm up set LOAD up and go FAR from there! I aim to perform SLDL DB with this number too next sesh! I don’t know if make sense to you! ahah Prone rear … killing ( burning maybe the right word to use in this case ) me nicely and softly! Ahah damn slept like a baby Tday! Sooo late! wake up 2hrs later than usual! ..So after M1… Went to the gym! danced around and practiced some IFBB style posing!! With a Questionable outfit…all the colours! Need colours!!!.. like I was auditioning for an 80’s aerobics video. (It’s dangerous go out before M2 ahah) Filmed, watched back and repeat!

I m working with Anne for 18 months,we started together around a month before she got her pro status.
Peak strategy: be really lean and with the condition needed.
Then it’s just about dropping the little bit of water she has and get her full at same time.
No potassium/sodium balance,no crazy manipulation on water (she drank 5 liters the day before Chicago and 3 liters on show day).
No crazy things with diuretics either if we use cause it happens that we did not.
We booked an air b n b in colombus as I want to be able to cook and weight everything myself,not more than 5 minutes drive from the expo/stage.
We will do a live a couple weeks before the Arnold for sure.
If you coming to the Arnold don’t hesitate to tell us if you want to go eat or join us at the expo

Tday… highlight ING my moves!
starting with STANDING HAM CURL and yep badly stuck in!! I m more in the groove with the lying ones! So mean that I must work on them more, despite all my facial expressions stuck on same weight!
SISSY…. it’s become tricky overloading! Started with plates and now we go with BB! Ahah feel Humbly and deeply easy!
PAUSED BB SQUAT +5kg so 75kg (shame ahah) SLDL BB go over! Filmed maybe posting it on IG! All the faces!!! dB more bigger than my head! ????but that’s easy btw 25kg each arm! so almost my actual body weight! GLUTE EXTENSION MACHINE attack mode on and so +20kg! I made too much noise! ADDUCTOR ON THE CABLES still on 3p and ah not smoothie yet! Focus on execution! BACK SUPPORTED LEG RAISES not so much to report!!! I m 34,30 X 2

STANDING CALF RAISE 130x2x12 140x1x12 I was so excited of my little calves noticed in my check up pics! so +20kg Really fun the standing calves machine!

New goals twenty twenty! Subtle diet change so subtle that my belly will not notice this! HOWEVER my scale should! Annoyingly excited everrryday about everything!
