    I wanted a Frenchie bull dog or a bit pull (ah very relaxing the last one!). are you moving? just moved in two months 3 times! and was not in schedule… just little horror movie staff! 🙂 it was definitely exciting!!! how to get a nice and huge back! lot of moving and lot of stuff! the best training plan! my secret! … mushroom sounds … same that you find in Amsterdam!!? ahah BC them they are not soo relaxing! let me know x

    everyone give you a good advice! some extra eating after a strict Diet is normal! help me a lot before my end of prep to read people’s experience blog, YouTube video, etc…so I kept it reasonable (just extra dose of sweet potatoes & oats which after this I did not buy again for sometime…, so not dense junk food… avoiding to be sick from food.) and I worked with a coach before/after the prep and so to reverse things!… I really suggest if you can to work with a coach. if your binge go far maybe seek medical advice!! be positive and don’t beat yourself! enjoyed your cookies and go forward!!! keep you informed and you can control things better! x

    We got a problem! It was SOOOOO fun & LOL’ing ohlala my ankles straps don’t support 4 plates!!! And now…. Must find a solution asap if we want to overload!! Finally one of them allowed me to do 4p X 10 on delts ???? but one leave me 3 times after 3reps!!! Ahah and me still trying!!
    … ahah check up day and I ll see what is the best!!! I don’t know if I should go extra on cable!!! … It was a lonely time ahah kidding I didn’t give up and tried to get my overloaded reps!!!! Thinking about and it was so funny!!!!
    BB press +2,5 kg, narrow same +2,5kg,
    Pulldown 7px15 so still a baby progress on reps! Seated Rear delt +1p.
    Dual dB row in my phone, check it on check up day with Corinne!!!! Ahah not sure about execution!! And Baby weight anyway!
    So today was a really funny sesh!!! AHH

    Posing is on every day! .. PCA vs 2bros and all the shades!! And all the moves! ……. Posted today’s routine on IG!!! Just like 15 videos! Ahah Going to PCA workshop will be great….ah I would like to attend all but try to be not tooo crazy obsessed with!!! Reasonable LOL ???? and fit it with all everything!
    Finally I m going to book a service apartment for my comp! We maybe need to cook! Or maybe not….BUT always great to have a kitchen w a proper fridge! Feel like home sweet home!!! … really kind of!!
    ….the little pretty things! My skin is on fire! Doesn’t love eggs! Ahah …. and huge OhOhOhOh .. lil tried! …so now we will change things up again!! … I can not boss my skin LOL
    Tday upper A rota 2 main is shoulder, then back! On the loop BB press, narrow Smith press, Filming supp. Chest dual dB row just to check execution. These ones are the trickiest or the ones that I need to work more on execution and overloading. Others I feel the groove… X

    Okay today was highly over my expectations!!! and I don’t know how… I counted endlessly my biscuits to make sure of my numbers LOL ???? the math girl!!!!!! in my mind so many things were going on!!!! ohlala! I hit 183 X 20 on press!!! I m not feel myself yet… ahah!
    Increasing loads on ham, hack, Smith bridge (this one….. little beast! Stay tuned for the next loads episode ATTACK), these frogs….150×2 .. okay only a frogs ing lady can understand! Guys sorry if you are reading this but you can not understand!!! ???? ahah Went up for my toe press too!!! it was a tooooo much one!!!!!
    Officially need to go for a walk and to listen some “Boring” music!!!!!!!! …. slowly come back to reality! A kind of! if there is!? X

    I m working with Anne for 18 months,we started together around a month before she got her pro status.

    Peak strategy: be really lean and with the condition needed.

    Then it’s just about dropping the little bit of water she has and get her full at same time.

    No potassium/sodium balance,no crazy manipulation on water (she drank 5 liters the day before Chicago and 3 liters on show day).

    No crazy things with diuretics either if we use cause it happens that we did not.

    We booked an air b n b in colombus as I want to be able to cook and weight everything myself,not more than 5 minutes drive from the expo/stage.

    We will do a live a couple weeks before the Arnold for sure.

    If you coming to the Arnold don’t hesitate to tell us if you want to go eat or join us at the expo

    “Prep robot mode”! (Relatevely and dependently) posing at 6am, filmed review then paste & copy on my pc! One day I ll enjoy it! ???? …… Ah! Not yet till not perfect!!! BUT Kinda Humbly happy with my new moves! Get inspired from some miss O kini gals!!! Meanwhile really appreciative of many figure gal! I am aspiring to be so strong and beautifully shaped! keep dreaming! Corinne sooo insanely strong!pure dream!! So many worldwide! Anne is one (Hyacine’s athlete) so really i Can not wait to see the Arnold’s show! Even for the guys!!
    Btw chilli chilly sauce day! …. Just self-care, looking for my soul before Tmrw legs day!!! ???? My kinda of life!! Yep, food shop and basic meal prep! My 8k walk outdoor with a beautiful weather in London! And some little workin!…. hotel for comp almost booked, just waiting customer service that reply back to me! Find one nice, close to the station and relatevely close to the venue!
    Talking about my new added food source look fine and belly approved! Eggs Vs salmon!! Love both anyway and I don’t complain about!! Just wanted to reintroduce eggs to keep on the budget things. I m taking omega 3 every day so…. we will see how going! I had dermatitis caused by yolk! No a real explanation…not allergic, just flared up a small dermatitis some years ago. Nothing crazzzzy! Funny even with broccoli! … And I was in love with them! I Don’t mind about… You can always find others lovely veggies in the land ahah! See frozen spinach! straight from ice land!!! LOL Ah … Keep things simple! 🙂

    So rest of day will be girly things, ….binging on here, …WhatsApp chips and chats w/ Fam ❤️, and staying orizontal! Lazy in mode!

    7/8hrs usually! I can not sleep more than this! however sleep to me is kind not negotiable! but can happen I sleep less! (legs day) Short term I can be more productive if I miss some hrs (1night)… long term it’s detrimental! even with a regular afternoon nap I will feel messy as jetlagged! but it is depend about each individual! last prep I slept overall well because there’s even cardio that help me to relax and slow down. are you productive at work and study? focus is fine? X

    My little mess! ????

    Unexpected weight gain that makes me crazyyyy! it’s a just unexplained and I always been a clock!!! Grrrrr! So tonight I did not sleep well!!!! A bit due to my LOL’ing mind about +kg and my legs party of yday! ????

    So waking up early-ish early-ish, moved all furniture yep just new room’s style at 4am ahah (creative mind) then workin and go bed to sleep again!!! LOL yday check in and change some food source, tried to introduce again whole eggs that give me in the past some issues and seems that my belly and my skin are approving! At least first day! Let’s see in few days! Happy gal, eggs are awesome and very cheap! Ahah ….

    Well, when it’s like this I just boss my mind! Crazy strategy I know! So nothing happens…I slept well and now it’s a new day and we start fresh! I just believe that!
    … so today Rest and posing day!

    Started an early-ish productive workin day! Meanwhile get all my meals in, little posing and go to the gym with my belly full of energy LOL and Upper was great!
    Some new loads and some improvement on execution… Chin make me little crazy and hopefully I like challenges! 🙂 Still a lot of improvement here!!!! And on press machine which I go relatevely heavy but still not enough for me!!!! Want “just” more!!!! Rack Pulls +2,5kg and I would say I was conservative ahah just to keep a nice form, Seated row +1p I can go more far with them… feeling that groove, Single arm lat row +1kgx8 and then I got all my reps with my last rota pb but next one we get all 20 with today’s number, Machine side raise +1,25kg increased on it Vs cable which I stayed at 3plates!
    Summary: Need to work on chin and press machine more!!!!! These ones are the trickiest beasts! Happy and ready to rest & pos day Tmrw! Feeling happy & smashed! ATM lying on my bed! Soon go to complete my steps! Miss 1k!

    Yday some workin, meet & greet! It was for the rest a ghost day! Short posing and my 8k, then stayed orizontal! Just checked out the hotel for my first comp which I m going to book Tmrw! Trying to find the most close to the venue and something with fridge! 🙂 On Saturday I like to go early-ish to the gym, avoiding the mass! …I m quite a social animal ahah but not so much when I m training! LOL

    Doing some posing between M1 and M2 without heels! …Workin & cooking! And Trying to find out the food shop ING for next days! Multitasking queen! Yeah!

    Jumping on the scale every day and well, still as last check in….. holding some water here and there!!! My ankles look nicely fluffy! 🙂

    I m ready for my upper sesh and (with heels) posing, and so soon log book time and targeting some lucky numbers! Ahah

    Tmrw Absolutely physical rest, just little meals prep & comp organisation!
    I can not wait my posing workshop and maybe doing the PCA one in mid march too! We will see!
