My little mess! ????
Unexpected weight gain that makes me crazyyyy! it’s a just unexplained and I always been a clock!!! Grrrrr! So tonight I did not sleep well!!!! A bit due to my LOL’ing mind about +kg and my legs party of yday! ????
So waking up early-ish early-ish, moved all furniture yep just new room’s style at 4am ahah (creative mind) then workin and go bed to sleep again!!! LOL yday check in and change some food source, tried to introduce again whole eggs that give me in the past some issues and seems that my belly and my skin are approving! At least first day! Let’s see in few days! Happy gal, eggs are awesome and very cheap! Ahah ….
Well, when it’s like this I just boss my mind! Crazy strategy I know! So nothing happens…I slept well and now it’s a new day and we start fresh! I just believe that!
… so today Rest and posing day!

Check in and out! Ahah go around my flat trying to find the good spot for my check in pics. Ahah I done my 8k just to look for it! LOL’ing! My new wall was soooo bright and I looked like an angel ???? on the cloud!
Yyyyesss!!!! We still dreaming! Btw Loads up, scale up! Ah and I don’t mind little fat! Shameless! Make me happy to hit new numbers in the gym! Lift crazy staff! … I m not paranoid about… genuinely happy about myself! Even a bit “fat”!! obsly it’s not the aesthetic that I look forward but it’s the game! warm water and a straw to protect my teeth! you can add glutamine. you can try with ice! and adding ginger! maybe weird but I like this. however I “eat” or “drink” staff even I don’t like if it’s a need or give me some benefits. making sure that my body reacts well! X

Everything chilling tday well a part all regular staff posing, working, meals prep, girly things and ..Practicing those quarter turns again and again and again! Filmed And reviewed! … A potato walking kind of posing!!!!!!! (Omg!!) Ahah means just one thing! practice more!!
Nothing else really! No drama, no troubles! Trying to Stay orizontal.. and relaxing! Bc tmrw got something to achieve! Going extra in my lower sesh and it is checkin & checkout day!…

yes, messed up! need time to slow down. I m having an intra, waiting 60min before eating. try to come back to a relaxed state! help me having a shower, sitting comfortably and avoid phone, social media.. however still not mastering it and I don’t know if I will one day! 🙂

Ahah my body i think that start to love rest days! Me not sure yet! 🙂 Btw being a good girl with my steps target! So yday 8k only! Just the necessary for a food shop tour! and Tried out lindt choc 90, it got my belly approval!!!! Montezuma still my favo 100 pure staff! Posing around early-ish and microwaving all food for tmrw! Master chef here! Ahah! Go to my GP, then home gym.. basically 200 steps between.. Stretching and a quick posing!

Hi Francesca, Thank you! I hope that you had a great start of the week! I m at 21 weeks out! I am still a “surplus” diet! keep growing at this stage! got time! love my diet allow me to perform at my best! yummy fuel! ???? yeah, I had a productive sesh…ahah love training! ????????❤️

Meditating before sesh and targeting some move seems an effective strategy! Today sesh went like this!
Raise cable stayed on my last pb but I performed more reps! 3plates! High Incline DB press was on high note! Try new numbers and I did not get all reps 1st attempt, tried again and 10 in the book! Yeeeeep! Triceps I m at 5plates now, keeping an okay execution! And so New number as well here! Lat pulldown was awesome! hitting 7plates and finally! T-bar tried different numbers before feel it as an effort! So after several additional biscuits I found the tricky number! … and want more here! Mid back additional 2 plates!!! Ohh seems too good!!!!! In summary …ah I want more! Funny yes! Now never is enough!!!!
However really Happy gal, ohh Tmrw rest, blood test, posing and filming! But I must lazin to get ready for my lower on Thursday BC ham and booty are in a nice mess!!!!.. X

Morning! 🙂 Happy gal! Yday I finally hit my 8k without go over! Lol only 200! Seems reasonable! I need to be less hyperactive!… Ahah bikini dilemma is solved! I mean now I know what I want!!! Still very early…but ahah better to know before that prep brain is starting to play the game! 🙂 Comps as well are clear and so I ll register asap! …end of the week one for sure!
I worked and did some posing before sunrise without shoes first! Need to improve and change moves!!! So tday after my upper I ll try to get these new movements at the gym with shoes! Want to nail my posing.. ! Flowing around! Eheh
The steps strategy is worked well yday! So hitting them later in the day!!
Now log book meditation and we ready to go!

you are in control! Sundays don’t control you! simple as that! … ???? however if you can not stick maybe your goals are not important, or you need more flexibility or your diet is not adapted to you! … cutting or any diet is a personal choice! x

short term I don’t think that it is an issue! as Hyacine is saying depends about time! btw long term is not really the best about health! It’s important to vary protein sources in order to get a variety of essential amino acids!
