    Went with bad intention for my sesh! I think that it is the “Corinne’s effect”! I mean that seems that my strength is increasing like magic!
    I don’t have idea why but today was a adding things day here and there!
    Ham a plate more, Smith 10kg more, legs press got 12reps with 258 (last sesh I was able to do just 4), glutes bridge was a screaming kind of exercise! Added 5kg only! This was not the most fab in the sesh! Abd and add a plate more, frogs more 25! Ohhhh endless burning!!!!!!!!!!!
    Well I want some calves too, so I went to 120kg! … I am fine now! Later and tomorrow I can not guarantee! Ahah

    On another note how difficult is to eat a rice cake with honey on the top without being a mess! It’s all about balance!? LOL the simple things are the most difficult! Ahah

    catch up with Fam by whatapps!!! Ah funny my mom that ask about prep and comp!!! If she see me squatting, deadlift ING, I really believe that she is going to call Emergency LOL…
    btw today Wake up before sunrise and getting ready for posing moves! Yday I done some research and just try to perfect things! … Till my several workshops and my 1:1 sessions I aim to practice in solo and so able to go more far with a coach! I aim to master the basics! … Lot to learn! And hopefully! and well now I got a nice IG friendly background! Yeeeeees! Alas.. my messy kitchen will be used for meals prep only! (Maybe a kitchen should be used only for this purpose ahah!) ..
    I also book my GP app for my blood test! Yep! Futuristic medical systems and online booking… We start in a productive way!
    Steps are for later! As I go always extra, (almost doubled yday) need try to stay in my numbers! So I ll go for a walk later in the day (after M4) to help to slow down from my legs sesh and have a break from work!
    Now we eat and all the pills, log book meditation ???? , shower and go for LEGS! Ah not good intentions here!!!!!!!! We will see! x

    Wake up and meals prep, cleaning everywhere! Over cooked (literally) LOL eating and then posing sesh! Working working again and A lot of coffee later… I packed all my stuff and went out for more posing! M3 and walk without sense! Much needed! … Yet, My soul is elsewhere, I’m sure of that, and I intend to end up there! 🙂

    After my 8k steps I was alive again! … (A bit over!!! Grrr! ) Ah today rest day and try to reborn LOL soo wrecked! Went for my steps and food shop adventure and I lost myself as always! Ahah I like to walk without map ING …so I arrived in the middle of a floral market, so touristy and so “Sunday kind of vibes”! …

    ATM having a tea break, yep I drink tea too! (1% of my fluid intake! 2% water, 97% coffeee I m KIDDING!) And we keep working!

    Later I m going to have a hot bath and try to find myself again! Ahah Tmrw steps, working, posing, legs, booking app GP, working and eating all the food! X

    just posted on IG a video and you were performing lat raise with dB on your”elbow” ! this is how you perform them instead to keep dB on your hand? …. maybe better for isolation delts? thanks! ❤️????????

    Yes so it’s a crook of the arm side raises! A new movement I have started since being with JP and have found it gives better isolation to the delts especially when performed seated, it’s a much more strict and controlled way xx

    Started in a drama way tday ahah
    Wake up weirdly in let’s make this day a great one mode! So i was maybe too wild in the gym! My chins moves are improved but without a support will take longer! So I used my band and then I tried out the machine! Went tooo heavy with strict back row, just try out! Filmed and my form was a nahhhhhhhh! Just all the face to check the video! I m ashamed LOL ????
    Such a funny single arm row! I just performed my set with my last pb! … Like toooo easy! Felt frustrated to switch to another exercise without trying to hit new numbers…and LOL I get all my reps with an okay execution with 1,5 kg more! …was THE day! Ahah I increased a small 1.25kg on raise! And prone rear +2,5kg.
    It was a screaming kind of sesh! Relatevely to my strength obsly!
    Morning Posing routine done and filmed,
    10k steps reached ( I go always over…. being extra is my ting!) After workout posing done too! This one I did not film! I was toooo messy! Ahah btw in the morning I m myself less messy but the kitchen is… it’s a really kind of not IG friendly background! Keep things real anyway! And yes I Worked too.
    Now slowly we go to a parasympathetic zone! Yeeeeees still there with all the feels! ????????
    Tmrw rest, so quick (ahah of course!) Posing, and relaxing stretch and the basic steps that keep me sane*!!!! ???? *Even this is relative! LOL and everything depend!

    My zombie walk was not really the usual one! Ahah why I m like this? 🙂 …so I wanted to optimize my walk and so picking my iso whey from a collection point! Ahah door close and drama started!
    Called everywhere at 630am!!!!! Try to pick my whey and was like a mission!!!…(the last 20gr! LOL)….
    Well, after 30mn drama queen moment the magic happens!!! A guy open the damn door!!! 🙂 Got my vanilla WHEY finally! Mission accomplished! Yeaaah!
    Done 5k only as I keep some steps for later! Want to dispatch them and not go tooo over as yday!!!

    Lil adventure!!! I think that I wake up determined LOL ???? and we got fuel for my sesh!

    adjust your diet to your lifestyle and to the body needs. as well you could try to find carbs food sources easy to get without missing them! btw Spread them as you can if you missed them! I would avoid to take this as a habit! X

    Ahah try to go against nature! ???? Rest day LOL’ing!!!! My 8k gone through a fresh morning walk! Went for my posing this morning and I loved it! Obsly my ham were screaming from my yday sesh and my back following all the posing tours was a fire! So stretcheeeeed all body!… Ahah still feel all the mess! … I m happy gal! and Not complaining, just reporting!!! Ahah
    Going to the gym to practice because it’s helpful to pose in the middle of the jungle! in front of unknowns people! …big boi, boxing guys and cardio buddies! I m totally in my sassy universe!
    Adm tings and job done! Almost there for my blood work, NHS timeline matters!
    Cleaning up and washed! I m dangerous on rest days! … Yeees! As Well all The Lady tings! and finally really making an effort to stay still!
    Tmrw trying again my early-ish 8K zombie walk between M1 and M2! .. upper, pwo, working sometimes and then chill! well…
    I m constantly looking for THE bikini ????

    ohhh went out for a walk this morning, (after M1) going to shop something too! few crazy people around, including me! :)..and I already spent all my steps! 8k are roughly 30min! I like fresh early morning walk and listening to some nice beat! … going in few hrs to do some stretch and posing moves! MUST to figure out the COMP calendar for spring and try to budget things, book for my blood test and other admi staff! … looking for the bikini as well! I know already the colour ahah ???? heels got them hopefully! X

    Tasty!! Looking forward seeing which flav for the iso! No doubt about quality! …True sometimes acne could be a negative effects! But I would be positive about!
    Well, same posing morning routine at mine however it’s limited the space for walking..so I am bringing my heels to the gym as it is ridiculously close and do my posing there. Going to a workshop next Month and I ll book later some 1:1 sesh.
    Other workshop as well later in spring if they are relatevely close to London or in London! ????

    I’m thinking I might fly over to London to get a posing lesson with Rhea or Megan at some stage this year! As there is nothing or no one in Ireland. Plus, one of my goals this year is to train at Ultra Flex and Kings ☺️

    there’s a workshop in Ultraflex this Sunday! as well! I m going to Kent as it’s more close! I m sure that it is great Ultraflex. kingsgym is great too! nice equipment! but far from central! time and money investment!… however occasionally! I enjoy my home gym muscleworks! smaller but lovely and really close to me! .. some 1:1 are great, myself try to optimize between them, workshop and online tutorial! … well, you can achieve this and maybe try to fit everything together or on few days! i m a bikini so maybe more “popular” than figure! X
