Keep short and not sooo sweat I destroyed my hams properly! I really think so! After Curl, sissy, squats and glutes machine I was not a proper lady anymore! LOL ???? And well yday night maybe I was almost dreaming but I noticed that my 110kg on calves raise are working!
New steps 8k target to hit everyday so I went for a walk listening new pro muscle podcast episode! Nice! Next I ll switch for a treadmill walk as I m at 500 steps away from the gym. My almost garage gym! Ahah!
Tmrw rest day! Go to the gym for stretching, posing and steps! I can not stay too much away ! ???? Filming something!

Thanks x. My arms are starting to grow nicely again I must admit. I must just make sure it doesn’t grow too big again and throws me out of proportion. My delts aswell tends to take over and then my chest looks flat. But I’ll pre exhaust my delts before doing chest.[/quote]
you can borrow some delts to me! ???? pre exhaust them allow that your chest work more harder? do you plan something more for the chest dvlpment? training… btw thank you for this explanation! …. my back is much more developed and take over on me…I used to love heavy deadlift and I think that it’s genetic matter, my glutes too and I used to play volleyball professional and I was always in squat position! ahah … but my legs is my lacking bodypart! … well I m working on them! ????

Lol you can have some of these delts ????????. If I train push I hit delts before chest so then when I get to chest my delts are already exhausted so then I can put more stress on my chest without delts interfering. You know what they say shows are won from the back ????. And glutes are always a must have for a women.[/quote]

training/diet are just so great, effective and I saw already progress! aesthetic outcome are great, but I m more Amazed by performance, my overloading progress, the process in general! I mean..no words needed! I am obsessed! :)…

I do this all year round
off season and comp prep – literally every day of the year
arguably even more necessary in prep when truly lean?
I have 20g protein in the night….I have also had up to 20g fat from nut butter too
typically I have this 2 hours into sleep as that’s about when I wake up naturally to pee

Tasty!! Looking forward seeing which flav for the iso! No doubt about quality! …True sometimes acne could be a negative effects! But I would be positive about!
Well, same posing morning routine at mine however it’s limited the space for walking..so I am bringing my heels to the gym as it is ridiculously close and do my posing there. Going to a workshop next Month and I ll book later some 1:1 sesh.
Other workshop as well later in spring if they are relatevely close to London or in London! ????

Really good Upper session. Strength seems to be holding nicely. Got a pb on Lat pulldown today too getting 100kg for 8 reps ????
ROTATION 2 – UPPER A
Dual bicep curl – 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Seated side raise on the cables – 3 sets of 12-15 reps
High Inc machine – 3 sets – 12 reps – increase the weight a go for 8 reps, stay on that weight fail again
Narrow smith press – 2 sets of 10-12
Single arm rope pushdown – 2 sets of 10-12
Front cable raise – 1 set of 15-20 reps
STRETCH
Wide Lat pulldown – 3 sets – 12 reps – increase the weight a go for 8 reps, stay on that weight
Seated row – 3 sets – 10 reps, up the weight 6-8 reps, then 15 rep
Prone DB raise for rear delts – 1 set of 15-20 reps
STRETCH
Abs – 3 sets of 10-12 rep

No I only use 7.5kg dumbbells for these, otherwise I’d end up using momentum and swinging the weights up.

Today was more “the fuck it” mode! always being classy and sophisticated! LOL
Lat Raise up with a little plate, Smith was busy so …. DB INCLINE PRESS spotting adventure! I picked up much more of what realistically could expect! …a bit crazy today! So a kind of unexpected progress!!!! Just gently ungry! Ahah made my day this kind of staff! ???? … pushed on everything! And today I bring my heels posing shoes and I did some tourn in the middle of the jungle! … like who care! …
Used to be different, currently “out of comfort zone” is my zone (the controversial lady) and btw I don’t think you can be shy in this universe! … if you got dreams!Standing side raise on the cables

casein could be an option with maybe some fat to slow down digestion however I would not personally. time to drink it, wash your teeth … will maybe interfere with your sleep and will visit the toilet again soon as it is a fluid. however it is a personal preference, so give a try if you can not get all cal during the day!

you could do a diet break that involves raising calories to your estimated maintenance level… and resetting things! around 2 weeks!
