1,25 up on my legs extension and I was waiting for. My shoulder press is not up this time tho! A part my cardio, lpf and mobility, posing, working, grafting.. was talking with my mamma about the “pastiera” traditional Easter cake ahah and my microwave need lol

I don’t see fat. You can build up and you maybe need to hire a coach to help you with that. Being always lean can hold you back if you want grow. in order to grow you should temporarily “forget” the shred. Just follow JP Athletes’s logs and their journey, you will change mindset.

There is no wrong or right depends time training and feeding, overall diet, nutritional approach.
Some they are “against” intra ( try to simplify the concept ), to avoid that digestion system could disturb your body to perform optimally.
PTour support that. I m using simple words and English is not my first language.
Then popular approach are: If you are eating your pre workout meal far away from training, so sip it just before you are starting your session or during your warm up and finish it before the end of your session. If you’re having your pre meal close to training, you got all fuel on you so you can sip your intra just after you started and drink it for all whole session.

NTD usual workload / routine and a stiff back. Feeling the yesterday session. now just lying on the bed to chill. I don’t “chill” often 100% ahah and felt meh when I went out for my walk. Daziness not sure why N what?!?! Think low blood sugar…Better relaxing a bit. Nice day tho.

11 days out ? I am just over planning my moving. So today few things to tick off done. I will forget something?!
My session was Brilliant. Up on pull down, low row. Keep same meadow. Up on my rdl and DB curls. Keep same sumo. I need to find a way to put on my barbell more pizzas ? on my sumo.
Usual things cardio, lpf, mobility and posing, prepping, emailing and training, walking, shopping frozen greens and dealing with patterns. Time gooo fast.@jkelly.ross

NTD cardio and multitasking, lpf and mobility, posing, prepping, finalizing important things ??❤ cool but SCARED ? I don’t know if it’s the term. Few WhatsApp convo w clients. Ohhh 12 days out from packing ahah & gyms etc. It’s going to be weird weird. Not the come to the gym..( we are used to it seems! ) … not having my gym equipment built around… it was part of the decoration ? I will feel like emptiness.
Stocking up cor, eaas, all JP goodies to bring with me in my adventure. Everything got today by @nisupplements sooo great and fast!! Some discount toooo. Miss few stuff, need the whey and the etc…and I think DONE.
Now salted caramel or choco coconut? The dilemma eheh

Legs was okay. For sure I feel stronger in my legs cluster sets and I m controlling better the movement. Next one will be interesting.
Lpf, mobility, posing, prepping, shopping, working, walking, working, choosing and selecting some patterns, emailing, working, probably shopping all moving materials later ??
Ah on 12th is NTD for me, I ll pack all my gym equipment omg. Really happy that it’s rest day ahah I know nothing rebel here but it feels like come back to school or xmas thing .. I don’t like the crowd

Yes, me when I m eating broccoli, gluten, nuts except macadamia, blueberries, raw celery, etc… need to cook very well veggies as green beans too. it’s a mild reaction, skin becoming dry and red. Mine is intolerance and I stay away from these food.

116 lbs so I lost again… and so now up food on NTD too. Same increase as TD (see above) Cardio is a minimal 30min on the bike… I wouldn’t call it cardio?….and 30min walk Anytime.
Goals is to push food up and growwwww… my legs aren’t the most collaborative ever. The struggle to grow them is REAL. My back tho!! Btw I m assisted since a bit however now in break. Ready to restart in may. Very new thing still starting to see some micro progress.
Today cardio, email, foam and mobility, low pressure fitness, posing, prepping, changing my flight because now it’s better to know the ref of aeroplane and to book the one never cancelled or moved or whatever lol… mission accomplished I CAN DO IT ❤✈? ordered 4kg choco fudge COR just stock and send it by van toooooo and eeas blabla I want just arrive there and have everything ready to go. Grateful because there is awesome gym waiting for me
Chatted with my Brazilian sissy and I can not wait to go over there.. burning man rave and some training booked in us tooo.I m creating something new and today a step forward too. I am very excited by this. Truly. Keep working on this. Checks done today too and few Whatsapping with clients as well.

I didn’t know there was Gluten in oats. Will remove beans. I used to have Whey iso woth these meals but caused bloating and discomfort. Is there any downside to these meals with no protein? Would baby rice be better or how about some Gluten free oats from Myprotein or something

Yes, basically not optimal for protein synthesis. Not really what we want. definitely you need protein to grow or to keep your muscles.@jkelly.ross

I used to have Whey iso but this caused bloating and discomfort. Will WheatGrass be any good?
Try the vegan blend by trainedbyjp. Tbh the iso from jp is really digestion and bloating friendly.
Otherwise try Yamamoto. They have lot of kind of proteins powder. If I m not wrong JP is maybe going to launch one alternative soon. Are you sure that bloating comes from whey can be oats? Broccoli?You don’t need whey or protein powder you can have white fish, eggs, chicken etc…
It was a constipation issue?
