Red meat is not easy to digest. beans aren’t the easiest as well. I would definitely follow Clare’s suggestion.

Great question!! I would switch to the jp oh mega and simply take the recommended dose. However I include in my diet fat fish and all spectrum of omega too. It’s not easy to find an affordable fish oils capsule high quality. Trainedbyjp is a good one, however better always have a diet on point.

Thanks for the reply Jessy. Would be interested to know if you can get away with cross contamination while being Gluten Intolerant? So not actually eating Gluten products but eating food that had been around them

Hi. I am always on meal plan and eating very basic wholefood meals. Cor and thai rice are my carbs source.

My gluten intolerance is mild, feel daizy and flare up dermatitis, however diary much stronger. There’s not lot of risk of contamination when you limit processed food.

I stick always to the basic and whole food. Tbh I don’t think that the level of my intolerance makes me sensible to potential contamination.

Can be a good tool if used well and the right one. However You can not replace deep massage tissues. I am using it With a Mobility routine and lacrosse ball consistently.

Improve your recovery as much as possible. Add Epsom salt bath.
Supplement your diet with join in and cure coming, omega 3, etc…

Defo Your diet and training are adapted to your needs, recovery capabilities and lifestyle.

Low pressure fitness is the good and healthy practice for vacuum. There are lot of posture and you learn to breathe. Many holding too much and it is not optimal.

I don’t know which kind of but yes trainedbyjp are one of the best. There’s not many. Imo. Ingredients, prices and definitely audience (people feedback) the value of the brand count for me too. YouTube reviews, Google reviews, opinion of pro, etc. Personally I do lot of research and compare ingredients and price. I don’t care what influencers are selling on social media tho!
