Evening guys! After yesterday’s disaster of a day I’ve just tried to recover today. Had a little lay in which I never get and then took my day steady my head and eye were still a little sore so I’ve not trained today hoping I feel better tomorrow and can be back in the gym x

Yes I would definitely be having veggies and fruit. I wouldn’t advise completely cutting out veg

Yeah night before isn’t an issue I do the same if I’m pre prepping my food for the next day x

Hey guys! So not the best day but totally could be helped.. sometimes life happens and you have to go with it. So I did my client work this morning and then once I’d finished it felt like I had something in my eye after 3 eye washes/ baths it got significantly worse my eye shut and my eye ball started swelling I had headache and I was being sick so it was a trip to a&e as much as I didn’t want to. But they’ve said it’s an inflammatory response they’re not sure why but I’ve got some medication and cream for my eye and we will see how it is over the weekend so all in all I spent from 11am till 6pm in hospital not ideal but is what it is. Hopefully it’s better tomorrow x

Hey if this is your current physique I would continue growing in a surplus. You’re still very lean no need to cut. I agree with hilly keep pushing right up until Dubai

Evening guys! Trained hams and glutes today with a sprinkle of quads! Pretty good session not going 100% just yet I’m still easing my hamstring in but I managed every exercise with some load today so very happy with that.
Had a busy day of client work and client calls. A call with Soph for plans for next year and also some online Xmas shopping x

Evening guys! Frost day back in the gym after some much needed rest! Had a pretty good session tonight felt pretty strong especially for my first session back. Trained my upper 1 session which we have no removed me hip hinge from just so we aren’t over loading my hamstrings and allowing them to recover x

Natty athleteI agree with hilly here our stomachs don’t stay flat all day it will bloat a little on an evening. What I would say is if it’s uncomfortable or bloating on wake that’s not normal and then would look in to food sources
The bloat you’re getting though is more than likely from volume
