    Hello all!! Hope you’re all well and had a lovely bank holiday!

    Today I woke feeling much better than I had been bw was back up slightly too! Just woke up with a spring in my step and felt much more awake and energetic which is what I’ve been lacking since my flare up. So I’m hoping it’s upwards from here and it’s passed now. Today has been spent doing client work/ meetings and then trained back session also hugely improved just focus, feeling strength everything as better. Then this evening I’ve had a chilled one with a few bits of client work x

    Hey guys rest day today! And a lovely day at whirlow farm the first highland cattle show of the year. We come away with 1st in pairs with Minnie & genie they was fantastic! Then this evening I’ve done a food shop, walked the dogs and had a super chilled evening watching a film x

    I would take cure coming, join in to help aid recovery.

    It usually heals pretty fast I’ve done this a few times longest it’s taken me is 1 months week but it’s usually slowly getting better each day. Find comfortable positions maybe slightly propped up to sleep might be more comfortable. In terms of breathing deep breaths and coughing/ sneezing is going to be uncomfortable but unfortunately that unavoidable

    Hey guys! Trained hams and glutes today with a few side raises because I rested yesterday. I had a pretty good session, and been in a much better mood and energy today than the past few days. Then I bathed some of the cows ahead of tomorrows show and this evening I’ve had a chilled on much needed x

    Good evening all! So today has been an odd one felt pretty off, tired and run down. I had planned to train but as the days gone on I’ve just felt worse and even more exhausted so I decided the best thing was to rest. So I’ve rested today. Rest of the day has been spent doing client work and catching up on housework/errands. This evening I’ve tried to chill and rest up. Definitely think this is down to my hashimotos and it flaring up so hopefully it passes soon x

    Hey guys! So client work this morning and a few check ins followed by so errands. I then spent 4 hours with the cows. Ear tagging the yearlings and getting their feet trimmed ahead of a show on Sunday ☺️ then I trained pull pretty good session despite feeling pretty tired today. Then this evening I’ve just chilled before bed x

    Amounts depend on the person but you can be strategic where you place high days for example on or before lagging body parts

    Hey! So bloods are back. I was expecting thyroid to be out of whack with my hashimotos but it’s not quite as I expected as I’ve been having a few symptoms cold hands and feet, fatigue and brain fog, memory issues. Which I did already have from hashimotos but it seemed to be a lot worse over the last few months.

    So yeah bloods wasn’t as expected but that is a good thing everything was in range. So I think the symptoms may actually be a hashimotos flare up/ attack where it’s a period of time where the symptoms are heightened which usually has a trigger so now we’re on with finding the trigger

    Todays been a rest day so not too much to say other than I’ve worked all day and taken the dogs out to break up work x

    Heyyy! Trained legs today had an awesome session trained a little earlier but went down really well. Rest day tomorrow and it’s needed after today’s session I’m feeling done haha! Chilled evening though which is nice x
