    If you’re waking up to go to the toilet then cut water earlier and taper it down pre bed

    Evening all! So busy day with online clients and online work from home! I like how my week splits up with a day working at home mid week it’s works so nicely! Back in clinic tomorrow. Trained legs today had an awesome session legs are feeling it now though 🤣 nodding off straight after my last meal x

    I would sldl on the Thursday and just see how you are but as kuba states it should be working your erectors not your upper back so recovery shouldn’t be affected

    Hey guys! So I had a day off from clinic today had a few cancellations and then I moved a client so I wasn’t heading in just for one. So spent the day catching up on last weeks house work and errands as we was away. Rest day today so just kept myself busy. I find some rest days hard even though I feel like I need them it’s that urge and want and fire to train 🤣 x

    Hey all! Back to work today in clinic busy one till around 5:30 pm I then trained upper had a lovely session deadlifts progressed by a rep and felt smoother! So huge win! Then this evening I’ve sorted the horses and had some downtime before bed x

    Hey guys! So busy day today mainly work on the farm few bits of client work. Food shop. Just errands really but the kind that you have to do and they take all day 😅 but ah well it’s done. Heading into a new week with some new skills from my course which I’m excited to help my clients with my new skills. Excited to be back in the gym tomorrow x

    3iu minimum and I wouldn’t worry about timing but pre bed is a good option as it’s easy to remember and get into a routine of doing

    Hey guys! Busy busy day! Checked in this morning bw is down and we’re heading in the right direction. So today was a busy but awesome day. Went to pick up 2 new horses to join our family 🥰 it was a long journey there and back with a few hiccups – always is when animals are involved. But it’s been a cool day. We got the horses back settled and got them straight out in the field to chill after a long journey. Me and James have just chilled since we got in. We literally come straight back from London slept and headed straight to wales 😅 x

    I agree I would increase Liss to 20 mins daily steps 13k and drop some food and go from there. Better off being in and out kinda situation

    Hey guys so today has been a longggggg day! Morning was more manipulation work on my course followed by the evening of exams which I passed yay!! We then headed back home a train cancellation another delay meaning missed connection and finally 3rd train I booked we managed to get home and picked up from the station so the day was a lot longer than we wanted but it’s done 🤣 I passed and we got home from London! Successful day
