I agree with hilly sometimes warming it up a little helps or if it happens often change the brand as it could be the carrier oil

Hey guys! Rest day for me, still not feeling 100% but I think after today’s rest and a good sleep tonight I should be good! I did get out and got some fresh air today which really helped even though I didn’t feel like moving my head was spinning and I still felt sick from my migraine but it seems to have gone now which is good. When I do get migraines they usually write off for a day or 2 – not enjoyable at all I’ve kinda lost my weekend which I’m made about!
Anyway back to it tomorrow x

Hey all! So not trained today. Rest day for me I headed over to mablethorpe to see my family for my neices 4th birthday. I had a migraine all day that kinda ruined it for me. Got home and slept all evening. Just got in bed now hopefully it’s gone by tomorrow as it’s not pleasant at all x

Yepp I see it a lot energy drinks and sweetener I would remove these they’re not worth it

Hey guys! Another busy clinic day but I did have a gap midday which was ideal with weather being nice I headed home between put some washing out walked the dogs and did some work from home before heading back to evening clients. I trained legs this morning had a very good session felt pretty strong legs are aching now though 😅 x

Or move them to days where you don’t start till 4pm like a Monday morning after the Sunday off? And a Thurs when you start at 4pm but finished 4pm the day before. Gives you longer in the morning

Personally I’d move your check ins to mornings where you don’t have to wake as early. You’ll function and work better when you’ve had a decent nights sleep. I know you probably enjoy sat and sun off but maybe just sat morning check ins would work pretty well? Without sacrificing sleep? Just a thought anyway

Hey guys! So busy day in and out clinic had quite abit of online work along with my clinic and then training back! I jumped in James back session at the end of my clinic. It was nice to train together.
We did:
Single arm pull down
Bent over row
Lat row machine
Upper back row
Pull over
Rear delt fly
BicepsReally enjoying BoR right now getting fairly strong (for me) haha on it I’m at 70 kg but definitely can increase next time. I know that’s not a lot for most people but it’s something I’ve never really been strong at so this is good for me 😅 x

Hey all rest day today for me and a full day working at my laptop. Been a busy one but a lot done. It’s one of them days you feel drained but it’s just from being at a laptop 😅 I’m working on my next part of my business and it’s just taking some doing hiccup after hiccup but I know it’ll be sorted soon x
