    I agree with Alison potentially swap brands. Might be a obvious thing but make sure you’re using fresh needles and not reusing

    Hey all, busy day of client work, farm work and resting still not 100% I’m definitely feeling better but my back is still super sore just moving my head and arms kills my back but it’s improved from yesterday. So I’m hoping to be back in the gym tomorrow. Flu symptoms are getting better too. This afternoon I’ve caught up on a ton of admin and had some downtime before bed x

    I would definitely get this checked out could just be a strain etc but I wouldn’t be putting yourself in any positions that cause pain or aggravate it

    Definitely agree could be tendinitis. I would look at getting it checked out but also in the meantime I would look at different grips / angles as I know this can help

    Extra rest day today I’ve been hit with the flu/ chesty cough that’s going round. Coughed that much I’ve trapped a nerve in my neck haha! Typical! So extra rest today for me. Spent doing client set ups, farm work and resting up definitely needed as much as I wanted to be in the gym I also needed the recovery and extra rest. Had a nice hot bath before chilling for the evening x

    Hey guys! Last rest day today spent the day doing client work, house work, farm work and then a food shop, dog walks and a chilled evening with a massage very much needed. Early night for me x

    Hey guys! Rest day today busy one, client work and food shop along with farm work & then the cows decided to break out 8:30pm so we spent 40 mins chasing them and fixing the fence 🫣 the joys haha! Bedtime for me x

    Hey guys! Busy day client work and calls followed by a new client set up. I also trained pull had and awesome session despite having a slightly pulled trap 🥴 but it’s easing off now x

    Personally and for my clients I don’t progress in weight until I’ve exceeded my rep range say for example 8-12 if I hit 13-14 I will then increase weight and aim for the lower end of the rep range again. If you’re only just hitting your rep re range then increasing immediately it’s probably too soon. I also agree sitting at a weight for 2-3 sessions isn’t an issue stalling for longer than that then yes I’d look into it

    Hey guys so busy one today lots of client work and 2 client calls along with a business call. Trained legs today had a pretty good session felt a little tired but it’s definitely because I’ve had a busy few days physically but is what it is haha! X

    The things is with Jay and Ronnie they are elite of elite genetics. They could have trained anyway they wanted and still been just as big.

    You need to do what’s right for you. If you’re progressing doing FB then continue with that when you max it out move to upper lower. Don’t over think what others are doing as it’s not you or your genetics we’re not all made equal
