<pre data-placeholder=”Translation”>I use these 4 weeks to lower the training volume to the minimum necessary (only three workouts a week) and low calories to maintenance from 4000 to 3000kcal and I change the focus of nutrition less carbohydrates and more fats to resensitize myself to the carbohydrates that I will prioritize in the next volume.
