    <pre data-placeholder=”Translation”>I use these 4 weeks to lower the training volume to the minimum necessary (only three workouts a week) and low calories to maintenance from 4000 to 3000kcal and I change the focus of nutrition less carbohydrates and more fats to resensitize myself to the carbohydrates that I will prioritize in the next volume.

    I thought about adding a third rotation more focused on pulley machines etc and accumulating work (Drop set et) to be able to download more time and continue progressing more time in my basics than the other two rotations.

    I do not have nor did I have an injury.
    I try to maintain the technique, I use guided machines and I record myself.

    The pain I think is due to overload (it doesn’t hurt when I do the exercise) is in the following days.

    I am 47 years old, I measure 1.69 and I weigh 81kg, training for several years.
