What’s your take on EQ? It hasn’t had a great reputation lately.
Thanks, fellow iron brother.”>Louis, I start aromatizing at 300mg of testosterone. EQ and NPP are options, but I’d prefer not to mix compounds and instead control estrogen with an AI. In your experience, what works better: adding a second compound or controlling estrogen with Arimidex?

Should I get leaner before starting a new bulking phase?

This is my current condition after an 8-week “health phase” and a 20-week bulking phase. My plan is to do an 8–10 week mini-cut to get down to 5–7% body fat—since I’m still holding some fat in my lower abs and glutes—followed by an 8–10 week rebound phase (with higher anabolic dosages over a total of 20 weeks) before going back into another 8-week health phase. For the deficit phase, I was thinking of using 350 mg of Test, 60 mg of Tren, and up to 40 mcg of Clen, plus 2 IU of GH. For the rebound: 500 mg of Test with 2 IU of GH and Arimidex as needed. Thoughts? Regards. What’s next?

I’m starting a cutting phase with the following compounds: Test (350 mg/week), GH (2 IU ED), and Tren (100 mg/week), under the guidance of a sports physician (including bloodwork, glutathione, telmisartan, statins, etc.).
My goal is to achieve my best definition to date and plan to compete in the Masters category next year.”>Thanks, Pedro.

I want to maximize recovery since I struggle to get a full 7 hours of sleep.
I plan to follow this routine:Push-Pull-Rest-Legs-Rest-Upper-Rest.
My priority areas are chest and lateral delts, so I plan to gradually increase the volume for these muscle groups—moving to 6, 7, and then 8 sets per session—while keeping the rest at maintenance.
What do you think?
I’ve been doing a different split for the past six months; should I stick with the same exercises to avoid losing adaptations, or could I swap them for others that maintain the same movement patterns?”>Thanks for the replies.
