    Damn, another rest day, HR higher today, & just don’t feel my self still which sucks! The body looks a little tired today! Have booked a hyperbaric chamber for today in Leicester.. doing all I can to help! Again, it’s just lingering..! Hard to accept the rest being close to show, but I know it’ll bring my physique back around! So I’m trusting Meg here haha!!

    Well I’ve woken up not completely hit, still just hanging in there not feeling 100 but not feeling absolutely terrible.. going to go for some red light therapy today down the road from me.. using all the supps alongside good nutrition right now too so that’ll help, the look today is much better than yesterday so we’re happy about this given! Hopefully a solid days rest then back in as normal tomorrow!

    Training day for me today, was a decent session! had a Thai massage post workout, and have just been doing client work for the majority of the day! PRAYING that im not coming down with something, but if im going to it has to come now.. 2.5 weeks out, it needs to pass! doing all I can do prevent it / keep it at bay, body just feels a bit achey, full rest day tomorrow!! we got this!!

    Rest day as normal for me today before hitting up lower again tomorrow! I don’t want to jinx things but sleep seems to be okay right now.. digestion has also now re regulated – calories are around 2800 & we’re holding weight around here 55.6/56.. the look is getting better daily so I’m super happy about this!! Excited to see how the next few weeks roll about with the next show!! Not much else to update just a day of un packing and re packing and working!!

    Amazing session today, so glad I listened to Meg and rested yesterday, I felt so guilty for not training, last night I slept at a normal time so 8:50-5am, woke a few times but wasn’t wired like the previous night.. therefore I was able to sleep, really hoping tonight’s the same and we are over this jet lag now!!

    Body weight is 55.6, same as stage weight, foods just around maintenance right now.. I look and feel much better today with a little more pop from being fresher!

    Another sleepless night jeez. 3hrs sleep! No nap today no caffeine past 11:30pm – praying I sleep through properly tonight because being wide awake starting your day at 1am isn’t the best! So today was again a rest day.. wasn’t happy about it lol.. BUT I know I needed it, had a chilled day went for coffee with Marc, spent some time with a friend, a day ish off of work aside from my daily prep clients this am, and a big nice switched today for an early night! Let’s see what tonight brings!!!!

    Weight drop today, back to 55,6kg, meg added in a little more food – it’s a rest day, I woke up ready to start the day at 11:30pm last night lol, then went back to sleep at 12:30pm with some sleep meds, I almost just cracked on with the day but was like come on kerry sleeeeeep. So glad I did, had to wake up for a client at 6:15 and slept through my alarm lucky Marc knew to wake me up as I told him to incase 😆 we originally went to sleep at 8:50pm.. napped today, for 20mins again missed my alarm 1.40 later I woke! Defo not a good idea & not the plan, let’s hope I sleep in this evening properly again because it has been okay!! Good news, my client won her class today at 2bros in bikini – no overall but we smashed her last look so I’m super proud!!

    Back in the gym tomorrow let’s goooo! 3 weeks out!!

    Do you do them at the start or at the end of the workout? I usually recommend at the start.. itll also help with core engagement with your lifts..
