    Training day today, final session at iron religion gym in Orlando!

    Today’s session

    2x glute med kick backs

    2x hip thrust

    2x glute max kick backs

    2x abduction

    2x side lateral raise

    2x lat pull down

    2x rear delt row

    We’ve started the peak today, just a small manipulation in calories at 2196 instead of 1918 so a slight increase in carbs mainly & fats a little.. checking in post meal 3 today with Meg so will see if we need any adjustments!

    Rest day for me today. I was meant to take the day off of work, however.. I did not 🙈 I worked, got ahead which is good, mainly because the weather today is raining & my plan was to be out in the sun all day 😅 fail! Then I really started to miss home / Marc 🥹.. so that took my mind off of things!

    We begin to peak tomorrow and I have one more day here tomorrow so let’s pray for a day of sunshine!! However I’m absolutely going to take the full day off tomorrow.. it is a training day 🙂

    Training day for me today.. baseline calories of around 1900 are back for today and MAYBE tomorrow we shall see.. I’m 8 days out from the ny pro, very excited to learn more & apply what we’ve learned from the last peak into this show!

    Agree with the others here, I used it & found it to work really well it does however take time like the others have stated! So be patient but also as Meg added I would also reccomend having some sort of micro needling or something alongside it!

    Rest day for me today. Woke up at 54.2kg so we’re getting pretty close to my lightest now. We ran a higher day today just slightly.. it’s been a chilled day with work, a youtube upload, and some me time! Keeping steps as low as possible! Digestions been a little strange today, so hopefully we’re back to normal tomorrow! It does make sense however as I was a bit beat today!!

    Today was a training day for me today, we are 10 days out from the NY Pro, I am training the same session 1 day on & 1 day off this is my current set up for training..

    2x glute med kick backs

    2x hip thrust

    2x glute max kick backs

    2x abduction

    2x side lateral raise

    2x lat pull down

    2x rear delt row

    At the moment im following my base line plan of 1882 calories on RD & 1918 calories on TD, body weight is coming back down, were taking it day by day before we begin to fill out again 🙂

    Agree here, Glutamine is definitely one of my favourite supplements, I always have this pre bed to, also on wake, but I only have EAA personally during training.

    I think it’s person dependent, so not one way fits all, a lot of the points are valid here across the board but again I just think it’s worth trying & see how you respond..
