Used today‘s restday to visit a sponsor of mine which gives me free nike jordan basketballstuff(clothes shoes) which I honestly love to wear, just if I promote him and his shop on instagram
This season I have so many sponsors which I am very thankful of.
First off Jordan and Corinne
secondly a meat sponsor and 3rd of the Nike jordan sponsor.
All this positive feedback and support keeps me going this year for my longest prep ever.

I would personally never combine fat and quick carbs if it is not needed( due to low apetite or the need to get in more calrories)
Carbs , quick carbs are a transport matrix directly to the muscle cell so you want to combine and use this for protein to repair muscular damage not to store fat. -
I am always a friend of a good fair amout but no need to overdo it.
About 2,5-3,5 gr per bodyweight is always my take on this question -
I personally feel I don‘t need it if you eat afterwards:)

Today is the last restday before staring my deload week before the Nabba worlds
I will solit muscle groups as follows:
Saturday legs
Sunday Chest
Monday Back
Tuesday delts arms
Wednesday UpperbodyThursday we fly to Belfast

I use 2,5mg eod but only in diet and that’s a fair big amount

If my clients are ill I let them eat their non training day plan because their output is a lot less than on training days, if it‘s getting worse I ll let them stop their diet and eat what helps them to become better faster. But normally staying on track helps better than eating bull
