Ultimately you just have to start with a plan, assess progress as in are you losing or gaining and then adjust the diet up and down according to your bodies response
The most important thing is consistencyI’m already seeing some good progress and have put on a decent amount of muscle mass, but I’m looking to take things to the next level with my diet. That’s why I’m asking if it’s possible to cut while building muscle, or if it would be better to go for a lean bulk and focus on building muscle first. What do you think would be the best approach?

I would aim for 200g protein per day 800kcal.
300g carbs
77g fatOr there about and run with this for 4–6 weeks. Watch how your body responds and then monitor this over time.
Training I would recommend watching the education sections on here. Look to a full body split or U/L
Make sure your getting the food in over ideally 4-5 feeds per day.
if you feel you want to loose more fat increase your output through cardio and movement/steps during the day.
Appreciate the advice! Makes a lot of sense, and I’ll start working on the diet plan you suggested. Only thing is, I can’t get into the U/L section in the education for another 6 days. In the meantime, could you let me know what kind of cardio I should be doing and what heart rate I should aim for to burn fat without losing muscle?
Also, if you don’t mind, could you throw in a more detailed diet suggestion or a sample meal plan? That’d really help me get started. Thanks a lot!

What do you eat in a day at the moment?
At the moment, I’m not following any specific diet and mostly just eat whatever my mom cooks. But I really want to start taking it seriously and have a proper meal plan to help me achieve my dream body. I’m ready to make the necessary changes, so any advice on how to get started with a structured diet would be great!
