hello Kuba,
for a natty how often would you pull labs and what markers would you look at?
-
you aren’t resting after 2 , it’s 5 . That’s 2.5 times the difference
You can’t just make up scenarios and then compare them to yours .
Do the 5 weeks , rest a bit . Do 5 more . Keep going until 6-9 months on the same movements
Stop calling things mesos, it’s dumb . Stop making up scenarios that don’t compare to your situation , also dumb lol
point taken.

i just called it a meso because i like to organize things in my head haha. You are right thats exactly what i do, im just curious if needing that rest after 5 weeks is too short of a time frame to put on a significant amount of muscle over the long haul and if i should be able to go for more.
I’ll give an extreme example to be clear – if someone told you that every time after 2 weeks they are smashed and need a deload you would probably say to them that they are likely doing too much volume and its not productive – should scale back a bit. So im asking is 5 weeks a good time frame?
You will probably tell me to ask myself that and go figure it out myself haha

Thank you Peter, definitely makes sense, it’s just that my ocd self needs to lift with the same way for every exercise 😂 Your way makes total sense though

I agree, i prefer pausing too, my concern is as i said that sometimes i think i overdo it to the point that the load sacrifice is too much as i’ve seen the difference it can make if you stay like half a second in the holes vs 1-2 secs (not that i count – just giving an example).
PS: for the next person who will say im overthinking this…i know i do haha, but it needs to be clear in my head for me to be in peace and focus on the actual set.

Wish you a speedy recovery Kuba! You looked very good next to Quinton! A lot better from Italy, progress as always!

Hello Kuba, were you stressed for getting on stage or for managing your show day along with your athletes? Also how do you plan on lowering that stress for Germany? Just better mindset?

if aggression doesnt come naturally to you i think you shouldnt try and force it. it will just bring you more mental fatigue and nothing in return. you will also end up overthinking everything and not enjoying your training which is the most important. if you dont enjoy it what is the point? i think that is you trying to figure out what is the optimal thing to do on paper rather that what feels natural and good for you. lastly stop comparing what others do and focus on you and what feels good for you. Chase intent instead of aggression in your case imo.
