Weight stayed the same today so no jump in weight despite the refeed. Great pull session today. Sldl went amanzing I managed to match the numbers and also progress on other movements. Things are going good. I also feel that I am still holding some water but this is expected as I’m adding half a gram of salt a day.

Hey everyone. Woke up 0,5kg heavier after a rest day. Probably bacause I increased salt intake.
Refeed today. Extra 300 carbs going in. Push session was amazing. I managed to progress all my main movements which is awesome. I will based the food intake tomorrow based on the weight and look in the morning.

I would advise to not campare yourself to others. Calorie intake is such an individual thing that varies a lot from person to person. If you are progressing extremely well I really don’t see a problem.

Update from today. Morning weight dropped again to 89.75kg. Big leg session today. I gave it my all and I’m smashed. Very happy with the numbers on all the movements. Rest day tomorrow than on friday I have a refeed that me and the coach helping me have been planing. I believe it will help me a lot and I will be able to push harder after it.

How’s your sleep buddy ? Are you sleeping well? Are you hydrated? From a water perspective and an electrolyte perspective?
Both these will make a massive difference as hydration is very very much under utilised . But it’s time in performance and recovery in general is massive .
Even though you are getting deeper in the diet phase We don’t want performance dropping as that will mean you won’t be holding as much tissue when it’s said and done.
So go over all the variables and make sure you are nailing everything 100%.

My sleep I would say is very on point. I’m sleeping 8 hours minimum, going to the toilet once in between the night.
In terms of hydration I am drinking aprox 6L a day and consuming 10g of pink salt. However I just started slowly increasing my sodium intake by half a gram of salt a day since I have been pissing above average lately. I will slowly increase it to about 7000mg. According to Jordans peeking videos this will help my with flushing out water before the show.
My performance however has only dropped on my main pressing movements and my SLDLs. Numbers on isolations are holding or either increasing.

89.85kg this morning. Huge drop over the night and I feel it. Pull session today didn’t go as expected also the pump wasn’t really there even on the bicep movements. I guess the diet is steriting to kick in. Still deciding on when to refeed this week but it will probably be on friday to put the carbs into good use on saturdays pull session.

Push session on the menu today. Managed to match the reps on all my compounds which is great. I’m starting to feel quite tired and fatigued. Refeed planed on friday so looking froward to that. Morning weight 90.60kg, new lowest weight on this prep. My posing is also getting better so I’m very happy. No changes to the plan. Will keep the things going!

Successful saturday today. Started the day a little earlier with a regular faster cardio than went to work until 12AM. Big pull session after work finished. Numbers were good, some progress taken. Weight back down to 90.85kg. My digestion took a slight hit last 2 days. Don’t know why but I hope it gets better soon.

Push session today. Again it is friday so working in the evening which means cardio and training both in before 12AM. Just recovery for the rest of the day. Session felt great progression was taken even on the compound movements which is great. I feel like having 2 different push and pull sessions makes progression easier as opposed to having only one rotation.
Weight was slightly up today 91kg flat but still ok considering I’ve had a drop every day this week.
Here is a side tri and a side chest post workout shoot. Im really focusing in making these shoots good as I believe they have to be better.

First rest day of the week and I was well needed since I feel smashed after yesterdays leg session.
New low weight again this morning. 90.85kg which is now aprox 10kg down in just under 10 weeks. I believe this is a good trebd od weight loss so I will keep going!
Today is a low day so the hunger is slightly there but nothing crazy.

One of the best leg sessions in a long time today. Progress or either hold all my numbers whick makes me so happy. Lets go!!
Another drop in weight this morning, 91.15kg. Didn’t do a refeed today as I feel that I need to push further and that there is no real need for a big refeed yet. Lets first get fat free and than I will be refeedind!

Quick update from me. Another lowest weigh in this morning at 91.25kg. Pull session today didn’t went as expected. My performance was down especially on my main lifts. I feel exhusted. If the weight will drop tomorrow again I will probably do a refeed. Will probably add 200 carbs and see if that will help.
