Push session today followed by a massage. It was well needed and was focused on my back and lats. Tomorrow I was recommended to not train pull since my back will still be recovering from a massage so leg day it is.
New low this morning, 91.5kg. Things are moving smooth.

I personaly use SENCOR one. Works great. But I would recommend getting the bigger one since the small one that I have can only really cook about 350g of raw rice.

Rest day today. Well needed since I’m totaly smashed. Did my normal 30min of fasted cardio, now just 9k steps and posing to do.
Morning weight 91.75 kg which means new low. I’m down 1,23 kg on average in comprison to last week. Next week I will probably do a bigger refeed just to keep the performance going. Will post the pictures later in the day when I do my posing.

Another successful day. Woke up 92kg flat. Up 0.1kg, probably because I worked until 10pm, ate my last meal later and gone to sleep 1h later than usual.
I got a good lats and glutes session in this morning followed with 30 min cardio in the afternoon. Last glute and lat session since I’m running Pull Push Legs off Pull Push off split from monday on. Based on tomorrows weigh in I will assess things but there lrobably won’t be any change since I dropped more than 1 kg on average this week.

Busy day today. Started the day with 30min of cardio followed by a great lush session 4h later. Session was awesome since I was alone and have my peace while training. Just another 4k steps to finish the day strong.
I believe it’s been about 3-4weeks since I started training 6 days a week and it’s starting to show on my recovery. I again overestemated my recovery capabilities. My sleep is starting to take a hit which should jot happen by any mean. I’m swithching back to 5 day split next week. I believe this will help and never will I again make this mistake, especially now in prep when recovery must be number 1.
In terms of weight, I was 91.9kg again this morning which is fine since I already had a big drop at the start of the week.

Great pull session today. I totally smashed my lats. Morning weight stayed the same so still lowest weigh in this prep. I’m starting to feel a little small, not that I was ever big. I’m really enjoying everything right now so will keep the things going with no brakes! 13 weeks to go!!

Big leg session today. Haven’t felt so good doing legs in a long time.
Smith squat 2x
Leg press(glute focused) with slow negatives 2x
Lying ham curl 2x
Leg extension 2x
Adductor 2x
Smith calf reise(DC style) 4x
Rope crunches 4x
Weight has gone down again. 91.9 kg this morning l. I feel flat but this is where I have to push. Food is still okay and I won’t complain. Just enjoying the proces!

92.65 kg this morning. 0,4 kg drop overnight and I feel it. Push session went alright, apart from strenght just not being there on the compound lifts, but the isolations felt great. I feel quite empty so maybe this week I will run a higher carb day.
So far things are going good so I won’t really complain .

Pull session today. Morning weight was 93.05 kg. Session wasn’t what I expected, I feel a bit underrecovered but things should be better tomorrow.
Today I also started promoting my online coaching since I finished my PT certification 3 weeks ago. I feel confident that I can help people and make their life better.

Rest day today. Got a new low of 93kg flat this morning. Things are still moving the way we want. Low day today, so just 2300kcal. Morning cardio and first posing session done. Feeling great at the moment.
