Opt for low dose test and mast or primo start low and titrate up
No need for ai then and you’ll feel great without all the water.
Thank you for your advice, I already bought the vials so first I “must” use them, Im gonna be really careful with them cause of water and other sides, but Im sure the next cycle is gonna look like what you have just written above. Ive seen that a lot of tbjp athletes (or more likely most of them) dont prefer these kind of drugs, and primo is always on the list, next to masteron. Now I understand why.

I would just give it back and swap it for mast or bin it.Unless you are super lean and you are not prone to water retention, it’s going to hurt the reminder of your progress

265.8 so nice bw drop and I do feel leaner. 8 days back on cycle so I am expecting a nice shfit in visuals, I will run most of my diet on low dose before I ramp up a little. I don’t need much drugs right now as I have held all my size and Strength on trt, save the drugs for when I will grow!

I’m just out of a growing phase, sitting at 72kgs. Knowing I need to tidy up before I can push up again.
The last two times i’ve had bloods done my test is sitting around 10ng/dl as a female I’m not really sure where to go next. Definitely feeling symptoms of low test. Should I run the tidy up phase and then add in PED’s or add those in now at the start of this 8 week tidy up
Contact your doctor and run HRT to begin with this will see you gain a ton of progress if your training and nutrition is on track
You do not need androgenic compounds yet when options are there to explore like clen, gh etc which won’t cause any virilization
Get lean lean without androgens and get a couple more offseasons without if you still want to then… then explore options

Good morning my people, rest day today and a busy work day.
Days like today are always tight as I have my physio work done today so that takes up an hour of my work block so it’s a tight ship to run.
Steps done first thing, work then jay followed by sauna. Work complete then gym for cardio & back home for cinema and little mermaid

Hi Kuba hope you’re well and dieting phase is going good, the gym I sometimes have to train at has copy machines of hammer strength but with completely diffferent loading profiles. I normally just crack on, but these machines get really heavy in the lockout point of a lift right when you’re about to contract. Is this a good thing? Or would you recommend not using them and doing more free weights instead? Thank you!

I have been on TRT (125-175mgs per wk) for the last 5 years, no other PEDS. I decided I wanted to give it a go again and get on stage again next year so gear will be changing, former peaks were 1.25-1.5g off season (usually 750g test and an 500 deca/EQ and the occasional oral), with a traditional blast and cruise method (12-16 Blast and 6-12 week cruise). PED usage sure looks to have evolved over the last few years, especially those taking the health approach, which is critical to me as I am turning 40. With my body being so “fresh” would you suggest a progressive approach like up Test to 300mgs, then add like 200 Primo or Mast when stalled, then continue to increase the Primo/Mast as needed? Or take the more traditional approach and do a “blast” of 300 Test and say 600 Primo for like 12 weeks then back to a cruise?

This is a perfect situation to re set ped use
You will see huge results from 500/600 mg total here to begin with. 300 test 200 mast / primo is a perfect start point. Then increase when needed. Dictate the length of the push up by blood work and how you feel too not just arbitrary number of weeks.

Add an extra 50 g carbs to both training and rest day and see how you get on. Weight should start to shift over 5-6 days if it doesn’t ( it will) go up again.

When you make a meal plan for yourself, what are the most important factors when you pick your food?
Do you go by nutritional value first, then how it digests, and then taste? Or is it based on taste first? For example lately you have used a lot of rice flakes and I wonder if this is just a personal preference or would you rather have COR for better taste , but rice digests better? 🙂
Nutritional value comes above anything always secondary is taste.
Rice flakes and cor is there for digestibility not really preference, I’d pick bread if it was just preference lol rice and potatoes digest best for me out of all carb sources.

Hey Kuba, I have a few questions regarding nutrition and hope you could shed some light for me. For some context i’m moving into a gaining phase, 79kg and eating 3000 cals on TD.
1- Is adding some fats to the post workout meal (about 6g from avocado) a bad idea? Should i add it into the other meals instead?
2- When prioritizing carbs periworkout, how much is too much for the pre meal? Currently doing 100G COR + 20g iso + 100g berries + 12g nut butter, when my food gets bumped up next should I add it to the Pre/Post (both have about 100g carbs) or into my other meals (my 3 other meals range from 50-80 carbs rn)

Personally pre and post workouts meals I keep fat free or as low as possible just so the digestion isn’t slowed down any further so I wouldn’t add it to post workout as you want it in fast
Too much is where you cannot digest it well anymore, no numbers there I go as high as 200 g pre 100 Intra 200 post in my peak. So don’t he afraid to push it as long as it digests well bud

Thank you for your reply! I started doing some light leg work, trying out what feels good at the moment and doing those, then I guess slowly porgressing those exercises is kind of a good aproach.
Also, could you please say what tb500 and bpc stands for? Sorry, but I don’t know. I’ve been using some anti-nflamatory cream the doc prescribed, which actually helped me.
They are peptides that generally help with healing a lot! If you aren’t assisted don’t worry just stick to what docs have prescribed and be careful in the gym.

Hey Kuba!
Around a month ago i was doing RDLs and adductions on leg day, nothing heavier than usually as I wasn’t feeling my best, but everything felt fine, was a good leg day. Then on next leg day when I wanted to do RDLs again i felt a weird pain when i streched my hamstrings, under my glutes and stopped imiadetelly. Then I kept getting that pain under my glute when walking around in a faster pace. Then after around two weeks the pain moved to behind my knee, it felt hard to fully straighten that leg and it hurt when i got up from a squat and when walking, it also hurt on the leg press.
I got an ultrasound, doc said I have micro-tears in my adductor, and the pain is radoating toward my knee, but I think maybe it’s a problem with my hamstriung as well?
Any tips what I could do to help it? Doc said two months off training, but i feel like stopping completly is not the best idea.
Two months of training is stupid, I would go in and do what you can. Get plenty of blood in your legs. If there wasn’t any bruising it is a case of getting it filled with blood moving around and doing movements that do not cause you any pain
Tb 500 and bpc into the area would also help
