    Last de volume session ticked off today and a food drop to get things moving

    266 today so weight is up since gh and cycle going in slightly. It even came up to 268.

    90 carb down from td and 50 down from NTD

    Time to get shit moving now. 3 weeks down, 7 more to run I think for sure.

    Daily shots always see less sides as you get a better peak of hormones, if you can do daily or eod is always best

    Pin as little as possible. Same dose as you was going to run

    Your going to have to accept some fat gain will happen key is Not overeating and seeing a slow steady rate of gain.

    That’s key for staying tidy, people get fat from going in on big cheat-meals it’s simple. Control your eating and also control your rate of gain.

    Feeling incredible since I got back, everything is clicking nicely. Work, routine, training has been tremendous. Can’t remember last time I felt this good, probably helps coming down to 265 now where I am like fucking lighting fit haha this is how I need to make 280 feel next time up so I think il need to go 285 ish.

    2 sessions done at de volume 1 more to go – first 3 sessions back I wanted to run lower volume and work back up so I am super Uber fresh.

    8’weeks of diet more planned I need it to be a very lean 245

    Back home straight back in routine and back in business.

    Had an early night back to 6 am start today so routine is back straight away and I am in for push today. First 3 sessions I will run at baseline volume to ease things back in then full blast from Sunday.

    Cycle is back in from today
    400 test 700 mast 6 iu gh
    It’s all I need to get BF off will save drugs for when I’m leaner.

    I track everything, doesn’t make any sense at all not to.

    It all counts and calories add up.

    It’s just like saying you won’t track extra calories from foods that have same carb but diff calories because of higher amounts of protein and fat vs others

    Track it all.

    HGH anti-aging properties, what dosage would you suggest? Does it really makes a difference in this aspect? Are you planning to take it after your bodybuilding career ends?

    2 iu daily is perfect

    Personally when bb ends I will likely have a break from shooting 99% of the shit

    Will just run trt and then after a while

    Gh year around then some trt plus maybe

    Hey Kuba, would you ever use an oral aas in the off-season for yourself or your athletes?

    No I wouldn’t, great way to ruin your appetite and digestion

    If you want to blow up for a few weeks and ruin your offseason you add orals

    You can only eat what you can digest, something I always stay and stand for, orals not only zap your appetite but also ability to digest the food

    I see 0 use for them at all unless in prep

    I had a back injury which im coming back from it and I’m progressing my squat and rdl, as I progress weights gets higher and higher and breathing and bracing gets tougher as reps goes on, my question is I don’t use belt because when I use it after a while if I not use it I feel fragile and weaker, but on the other hand I don’t want to hurt my back again ( due to any reason maybe poor bracing or ..) is it better to use belt or not using it and get my back stronger?

    You are more likely injuring your self not wearing a belt, your lower back and abs is your belt. Unless you know how to wear it and brace into it but I very much doubt that unless you are high level at powerlifting. Lose the belt and work on your core / erectors through nailing both of these movements and practicing your bracing. Some core work will help[/quote]

    As you guessed im not high level power lifter and I actually don’t know how to brace into belt. So just want to confirm you recommend to not using belt and practicing my bracing right?

    As I doing these movements my core gets really fatigued is this going to extend ( widen) my midsection or no?

    And another question is im trying to do the reps with little more cautious and with slower tempo and it takes for me 2 min to complete set ( include some stops at the top to catch breath and then keep pushing ) can you recommend me some core exercises which can help me to keep strong brace until the finish of the set? ( im doing planks and dead bugs but don’t know how much duration or sets can help )

    Learning to control your midsection and brace correctly if anything will actually improve your midsection and the control belt does the opposite.

    I’d you don’t flex at your spine it’s impossible to fully contract your abdomen, exhale and crunch down as hard as possible

    I’ve been watching Dr Adeel Khan a lot recently regarding stem cell treatment. The benefits of stem cell based treatments sound like a dream. I’m sure/hope you’re documenting your time in Colombia and hope you’re having an awesome time.

    So I will break down what I know so far. Stem cells are unique for their ability to differentiate into any cell type, and their ability to repair damaged tissue. Our own stem cells die as we get older and we pretty much deteriorate with age.

    In my case I am looking for more longevity in sport & after. This treatment will undo some damage that will have been caused through years of doing this. Research & results behind it is incredible so I will likely get it done every 2 years.

    Meg had iv and both her knees done as they are ducked, mri confirmed it too but the doc is confident she will be back at 100% health knee wise within 3 months.
