Rest day, feeling great everything is recovering very well apart from my legs being torched but that’s fine, I don’t need a deload at all but may need to take an extra day to Give my legs some breathing space. Overall feeling great appetite is high body feels good and progress is still taken most sessions so key now is keep this momentum moving.
Training overall has been excellent so just need to keep chipping away with this exact set up. Overall things are looking decent it’s biggest I’ve ever been by far so we take that. Lots of run way to keep going so let’s get it on.

Doesn’t make any difference takes 4/5 hours for Gh to peak fully so eating doesn’t interfere also taking it for some crazy theory pre training or am doesn’t do
Much eitherConsistent dosing is key timing isn’t that relevant but pre bed seems best

If you can digest it and growing fine don’t change a thing
Where this would have an issue is potentially bloat and food sitting heavy then you could swap some pro for carb & even fat
That’s where I see most grow when they come to me with very high pro intake, it almost always leads to just bloat in bigger guys

Where ever you feel like it’s easiest to add without impacting digestion for me I’d want to see pre and post meals larger then m1 can be pushedPre bed meal I like to keep almost same year round
