    Hi kuba, you don’t count the rest between a set and the other? You go when you are ready? Or do you go when you are ready only on the compound movement?

    I go when I’m ready on all movements

    I’m trying to work to my maximum capacity and highest intensity to do that you
    Must be totally recovered in between your sets

    Last time i was hitting this weight my waist was around 35’

    Hi kuba how do you approach to a top set, how many warm up set do you do and in what reps range? Do you do a set with 1 rep in reserve before the top set??

    As many warm ups as I need really top first set I alwyas take my time then once I’m warm it May be one or none. First set it’s around 4/5
