You may find your hormones are not were they should be, if you have not had any blood work done then I would get some done ASAP to check hormones and post them on here for us to look at
Got my bloods done in April and usually do every 10-12 weeks, free test 2.467 nmol/L, haematocrit 45.2, haemoglobin 155 g/l, lymphocytes 1.77, MCV 88.6fl, MCHC 343 g/l, MCH 30.4 pg, monocytes .65, neutrophils 3.8, platelets 177, RBC 5.1, WBC 6.76, basophils 0.09, eosinophils .45, HbA1c 28.96 mmol/mol, ALT 27 U/I, albumin 44.3 g/l, ALP 80 U/I, total cholesterol/HDL ratio 3.35, creatinine 97.6 umol/l, GFR 97 ml/min/1.73m^2, oestradiol 454 pmol/l, ferritin 75.22 ug/L, FSH/LH nil, free t4 16.4, GGT 34.2 U/l, HDL .8 nmol/l, prolactin 231 mlU/l, SHBG 18.4 nmol/l, testosterone 72.6 nmol/l, TSH 3.15 mlU/l, bilirubin 26umol/l, total cholesterol 2.61 nmol/l, PSA 1ug/l, urea 5.1nmol/l. I appreciate most of these readings may be irrelevant just thought Id include them incase they were helpful, thanks! 🙂
