Can you not pick up generic GH that’s £1- £1.20 an iu ? Then you can take a proper dose and it’s going to cost you £6-7 a day
Buying direct from china I’m paying 50-60p per iu
T4 is responsible for other mechanisms and not just to convert to t3.
However it’s in range and t3 is in a good spot then I see no direct need to add t4 in
Even though my t4 was in the low low end?

Re-feeds are most useful once you’ve been dieting long enough for energy levels to drop significantly enough to affect your training performance and mood. They’re essentially 1-2 days (depending on how lean you are, how long you’ve been dieting and how much stress your body is under) of extra calories, mainly from carbohydrates. This will top up glycogen stores, steady hunger hormones and restore performance, without affecting fat loss. Signs that you may need a re-feed would be strength or pumps dropping across multiple sessions, feeling unusually flat or depleted, persistent hunger, increased irritability, low mood and disrupted sleep. A weight loss stall that lasts over a week, despite consistent adherence could also be a reason to implement a re-feed.
If you simply want to stay in a deficit, but organise your meals to be most beneficial to performance, then I would prioritise your higher carb meals pre, intra and post training. (Depending on digestion, what time you train and what suits you best in terms of performance, you may prefer a higher carb meal 1 and a lighter carb meal immediately before training). Having a higher carb meal pre bed on rest days can also help re-fuel glycogen stores for the following training day.
That was a pretty detailed answer and I thank you for that! One final thing to ask, lets say I know I am having a fullbody session because it had to be crammed in a fullbody day because of schedule, do I carb load 1 or 2 days prior to it, or the same day? Hunger is no issue nor any of the other signs you mentioned, I am talking about pure session performance in this case.

Be lean enough and in a place that it’s a few days and let the body rest a little movement wise and then keep going . They aren’t about timing around sessions you need to perform well in ( that also has nothing to do with bodybuilding )
I didn’t really understand what you are trying to say. Atm I am around 10-12% max body fat with visible veins everywhere and would need the performance benefit along with their positive hormonal effects keeping TDEE higher.

I’ve used it pre workout on training days ONLY and its worked wonders for strength and performance. The reason why I didn’t run it all the time is because it can drive my blood pressure a little high so just utilising it on days I trained helped to control that 🙂
I am preparing for a powerlifting meet right on the 22nd of February and I would love every inch of advantage I could get. As for blood pressure, whether I am on 150mg test or 1500 mg of total gear, it remains at 110/60

I prefer daily (training days only) pre workout, I see better fulness and strength gains compared missing days : )
I don’t think I undertand, what you are saying contradicts each other unless you train 7/7?

Thing is my previous brand didn’t do the numbness, did get the edema though. Why is that? If we compare them being legit or not, the second one is a much more reputable brand.

Have a look at trying to get 100mg per kg of potassium in per day
That’s really a lot isn’t it? This would be equal to 25 bananas lol

Can you do a comp in 20 weeks / 22 weeks ? Then you can have a better clear out , like 5-6 weeks , just as this is defo more responsible , then once comp is done., clear out again before offseason
Do we start calling it a health phase of X amount of time after our last injection or does that amount of time start after 5 half lives of the longest ester drug in the mix pass?
-
It does seem to be person depending the same with test e or prop. There should be no difference at all but I have spoken to and worked with alot of people in the last 20 years who use AAS extensively and there is no doubt some people seem to feel different things when using the different versions of these drugs even when injecting with the same frequency I.E daily.
Now you could also then debate if there have been things off between batch to batch and brand to brand of course and other things to consider but some people defo seem to report they feel better in say NPP than normal nandralone D. I have a client who simply feels way better when using test prop over Test e even if dose/frequency is done daily for both.
This is crazy and doesn’t make sense LOL

Also regarding blood glucose regulation, morning fasted and breakfast soon after or breakfast first and cardio straight away?

So right now in my off season at about 10% bf, would you see merit in having it in? If yes for what reason other than estrogen control and hardening?
