    I run it to improve free testosterone levels when the justification is there – true TRT set up, limited on how much test they can use and cant source masteron.

    I also find into a show it without a doubt seems to have a hardening effect on the look and helps mos retain fullness

    So basically just an SHBG dropper. Hardening effect tho? maybe my 25mg weren’t enough to see it…

    Where are you based ? Get some Chinese stuff , it’s what most of us use too , I pay way less than the guys have mentioned above too

    I am based in Greece, the shitty economy country… My finances were fine until I suddenly came upon a debt that was not even mine of 7000 euro… This will take me until June to get back on my feet and start earning money towards the profit side again. Now I just spend my savings

    Can you not pick up generic GH that’s £1- £1.20 an iu ? Then you can take a proper dose and it’s going to cost you £6-7 a day

    I pay 160 for 100 iu but certain circumstances are what they are… So?

    Well for me 1mg did crazy stuff for appetite suppression with 2×0.5mg a week.

    Final question, if the deficit is a fact all day every day for weeks, then fasted cardio under the influence of high pre Sleep gh or early in the morning and yohimbine?

    If you can add muscle while dieting , great . But any of the shit to do with timing set up isn’t going to be why that’s occurring . Whoever the coach was , they were a moron

    So fasted cardio on gh and yohimbine isn’t of any real benefit for extra fat loss?

    Do cardio at Any point . Cardio is for fitness / mitochondrial health

    Do steps whenever, to adjust energy balance

    For bulking context that’s what I thought too, for cutting tho?

    Do I like the way he talks in absolutes ? No , I think that’s moronic .

    So take the options , try and see and then compare to higher test eq

    And decide what one suits you better

    I at times have really enjoyed high nandrolone cycles , they make me passive and calm outside of training ( I am always very fierce in training )

    Atm on high test I am extremely fierce all the time and I’m enjoying that atm as a nice change
