As much as many will say 2IU doesn’t do anything, it might contribute to a little bit of fullness, so rather than removing it completely, lower it to 2IU, assess visuals and then decide if it’s worth keeping in or pulling out.
Totally agree with you here, what I’ve noticed in my cad though is that my ankles get the same water edema whether it’s 2 iu or 4, haven’t tried r1. But yeah the muscle fullness is real and pretty aesthetic under certain circumstances!

Sorry that I became annoying, this was the last of me I promise lol

MemberApril 21, 2026 at 4:00 am in reply to: 7 weeks out fatigue, weight stall cause of diet but mostly trainingI haven’t been dieting for long, it’s only been 6 or 7 weeks, I believe. Right now, I’m weighing 99 to 98 kilograms with all the fatigue. When I deloaded 10 days ago, I weighed at 96.5. As for my calories, my training days are 2850 and my rest days are 2600. I haven’t had any cheat meals or refeeds whatsoever.
My fasted blood sugar is at 73, one hour post heavy carb meals, it’s about the same, which means perfect insulin sensitivity in my opinion. As for my muscles, I train them at 1.5 times a week, meaning I have upper lower where on one day I emphasize my pushing motions and the other my pulling motions, which ends up at about 10 to 12 sets to failure per week. Thing is, the past two weeks, my first sets have been going very well, but somewhere in the middle, my performance drops dramatically to like warm-up weights. Also, my coach hasn’t prepped any enhanced athletes like me and we’ve only been together for 6 weeksThe gear I’m using is 150 milligrams of testosterone, which is TRT for me, along with 350 milligrams of Masteron enanthate, along with 80 micrograms of clenbuterol daily. Yesterday I started using 200 milligrams of trenbolone enanthate, along with 40 milligrams of winstrol every day. I’m also using 4 IUs of GH.I don’t like this set up either.
Sitting at Trt test makes no sense to me unless your some one that responds with super high E2 from anything more
Winstrol alongside this imo is going to hit joints hard.
This will all equate to how your feeling imo
Yes I am one of those high aromatisers…. 67 e2 today on ultra sensitive.
so why have you not gone with a compound that is going to guarantee more E2 control and reduction such as primo/eq or a touch of adex? This would make much more sense to me
My way of thinking was to that this way I have enough test for the necesary e2 and then fill with other anabolics for their unique benefits, such as mast for dryness and tren for increased output and muscle retention.

Check your bloods and go off what they say – always!
By the bloods I mentioned
TSH 0.91 mIU/ML (ref range 0.35-4.94)
FT3 2.18 pg/ml (ref range 1.58-4.4) (was 3.9 some months ago)
FT4 0.90 ngr/dl (ref range 0.72-2.00), coach doesnt think I need intervention ,whereas my opninio is that in range doesnt mean optimal. it’s like having a test of 400.
-
Symptoms can play a role for sure, first I’d likely just do t4 alone.
Check your blood work and if your t3 is high or in range you don’t need it extra imo
I use t3/4 year round and my levels stay within range, plenty of benefits around it imo
Key is not using it for fat loss, t3/4 is NOT a fat loss tool, that’s where most end up losing tissue.
UPDATE:
I just got bloodwork, for reference I am the guy that also made a post about being in disagreement with my coach and the fact that I feel trashed cause of my output ( https://www.trainedbyjp.com/forums/topic/7-weeks-out-fatigue-weight-stall-cause-of-diet-but-mostly-training/) …. Anyway, my values came back as:
TSH 0.91 mIU/ML (ref range 0.35-4.94)
FT3 2.18 pg/ml (ref range 1.58-4.4) (was 3.9 some months ago)
FT4 0.90 ngr/dl (ref range 0.72-2.00)
Does this need any interference or should I leave as is?
Well it doesn’t need interference as your still in range but your far from in the best place possible. So it would be a smart move to optimise things and put yourself in the upper ranges imo for sure
Unfortunately I am kind of dumb when it comes to thyroid, I get the basic functions like t4—>t3 and that hgh blunts t4 long term because of the conversion. ATM should I try to get t3 right away let’s say 25mcg or go through the route of getting some t4 and let my body convert it into t3?

If you are not flat – de output day with moderate calorie increase will do
Job perfectly + additional rest dayEven if my weight is in the 98s and not 96.5 like I saw some days ago while on a Deload?

MemberApril 20, 2026 at 8:43 am in reply to: 7 weeks out fatigue, weight stall cause of diet but mostly trainingIm presuming posing room pics are now and previous ones were start of prep?
you currently look in a very good spot and If all of this is going bad then I do agree there needs to be some pull back/feed situation occur for sure.
I dont particularly like the idea of moving to 1 rep in reserve etc and would rather keep intensity/effort as high as possible but reduce total volume and look to have feed up periods. This for me would work better as it keeps up total work intensity and stress placed on the muscle while increasing recovery ability etc but some would move to 1 RIR and have no issues with it. It’s just preference and approach.
Thanks for the very detailed answers you provided. Actually posing room pics are 10 days old where I had a Deload and was weighing 96.7kg with a weight cap of 94kg for my show, the room ones are from yesterday at 99.3kg with all the retention from the fatigue. I am also on hgh which if my weight was steadily at 96-97kg I was considering of keeping it in, but now if I weigh 98~ 3 weeks out I think it’s leaving

Does that weight subside later on?

Once you remove it yes / lower doses if weight cap isn’t an issue and you are already ultra peeled if not get lean
I do have a weight cap which is why this is stressful…

MemberApril 18, 2026 at 3:28 pm in reply to: Weird weight fluctuations after winstrol and trenHow is the look ? Has bodyweight gone up and improved or is it softer and watery ? If so Likely not worth using both tren and orals
If look is harder and fuller you will hold more glycogen inside the muscle with orals added, some do also hold more water
Individual response varies
Look is noticably better, someone even asked whether I’ve had a refeed or not. However, I am 7 weeks out of a show and need to weigh at 94kg. GH does make me hold 3~kg of water so it’s a huge tool to use, the only things as I mentioned that changed my weight were the de-output and the addition of tren and winstrol…
-
Perfect then, I use it for the same reason and thankfully it doesn’t drop my BP, because even on 1g+ of gear it is at 110/60, 5 points more systolic than cruise lol
