    if you want to maximise all avenues to get to were you want to be as quickly as possible then yes.

    Final question, if the deficit is a fact all day every day for weeks, then fasted cardio under the influence of high pre Sleep gh or early in the morning and yohimbine?

    If you can add muscle while dieting , great . But any of the shit to do with timing set up isn’t going to be why that’s occurring . Whoever the coach was , they were a moron

    So fasted cardio on gh and yohimbine isn’t of any real benefit for extra fat loss?

    Do cardio at Any point . Cardio is for fitness / mitochondrial health

    Do steps whenever, to adjust energy balance

    For bulking context that’s what I thought too, for cutting tho?

    Ye he offers options for people to try . The more options , the better chance you have of finding what you like .

    Do I like the way he talks in absolutes ? No , I think that’s moronic .

    So take the options , try and see and then compare to higher test eq

    And decide what one suits you better

    I at times have really enjoyed high nandrolone cycles , they make me passive and calm outside of training ( I am always very fierce in training )

    Atm on high test I am extremely fierce all the time and I’m enjoying that atm as a nice change

    The deciding factor of when phases stop are usually due to health metrics being off, and body composition being in a place where you need to pull back.

    If health makers are perfect and body comp is good. Then you have a decision to make there’s no set rule.

    Yes but is it necessary to have the doses high on a cut? Are we trying to build muscle or use as little as possible to maintain it?

    I am glad as my budget won’t allow me to go higher than 2mg weekly. Will wait and see, next step will be upping the dose it seems.

    What is the criteria for you to up the dose if insulin sensitivity is good, appetite control is there and bloodwork is also good?
