Legs today, wasn’t really in the mood since the last two days training was very intense but tomorrow there’s no time so I had to them today ???? atm it’s very hot in Vienna but I still managed to get a good workout in ????

really good push session today. pressed for the first time ever the 66lbs dumbbells for 6 reps! wuuuuhu! haha no this is really a big deal for me because I never had a PR in a prep! and guess what they wasn´t that heavy.. so there´s def more to come 🙂

Sounds like you eat a little bit too much and the cause why you look like your loosing muscle is just because your bodyfat percentage went up.

I would do zero carbs on the next day, drink a lot of water and yes cardio is also an good idea 🙂

So Yesterday’s pull session was a really nice one ! Tried some new movements like the isolateral high row with grips
Incline latpulldown with grips and went for the bent over barbell rows with the ez bar !

I think almost everyone who competed or did a very strict and long diet dealed with eating disorders in some kind of way.
After my first prep in 2015 it was very tough for me to reverse diet but with the years there comes (hopefully) knowledge
and I started to set a higher goal, or a goal for post competition, like eating the right food and the right amount to grow
and let the body slowly adjust to more food.
The end of a prep should not mean you can go crazy and binge for days or weeks, it should be the start of a successfull off season 🙂

I try to sleep at least 7h, fppd is atm no problem to digest because its way less than in off season, I´m having a deep tissue massage twice a month, doing lots of stretch and mobility work (every other day) and also low intensity cardio . These things helped me a lot, does not mean someone else needs that much effort to recover but I think the basics like sleep, nutrition and mobility work are a must do

40 min of cardio on empty stomach, breakfast, long walk with the dog, clients and hopefully a nice pull session later! will post my exercise later 🙂

hope you´ll get better soon, my right shoulder is weaker since I had a part of my wrist broken, sometimes it hurts because of that what also helped me was deep tissue massages or my chiropractor
