    do you do 30mins cardio on rest days and 40mins cardio on gym days? or do you autoregulate this?

    Yes I‘m coming to England this thursday but only for one day, we‘re visiting Emma Hyndman because the women’s physique posing is really new to me- hopefully she has patience with me ????

    I’m doing my low intensity cardio on rest days and on gym days but only when there’s enough time between cardio and weight training!
    How are you doing! Congrats again you looked insanely good in Portugal! Really inspiring!

    Hey Garrett !
    Great that you start working out again, as you said a fbw would be too exhausting I think push/pull/legs would be a great alternative as Tim said, one or two compound movements each workout and some good isolation exercises which are not so challenging and intense ! Let us know what are you doing ! 🙂

    Mix it up one body weight ex (3sets 15-20 reps) and one weighted movement where you can do a loading and back off set 3x a week 🙂

    LEGS today!
    Since I slept 8h and feeling good I decided to do legs today ,most of the time I have a rest day after two days of training but tomorrow there’s no time.
    Exercises today:
    Leg extension
    Pit shark squats (did this machine for the first time ever, really nice )
    Near stance leg press
    Standing legcurls
    Hip thrusts
    Glute ham raises

    And now I need a bed and lots of carbs ????

    Great push session today with one of my clients/friend !
    New PR again, did seated shoulderpress (smithmachine). Also progress at the incline chestpress (smithmachine) .
    Tomorrow LEGS because energy is good and on Monday I‘m on the road the whole day ????

    Just with your number of bf % it’s difficult to say if it’s fat or just skin!
    Some people look leaner than they actually are and otherwise. pictures of your current condition would be helpful.
    Yohimbine hcl helps with stubborn fat when everything else (nutrition, training, cardio, regeneration)is on point

    good morning everyone! 30 min of fasted cardio, vaccum and stretching, know breakfast some more water and a pull session at intelligent strenght.
    this sounds like a perfect prep day to me! yesterday I got a pic of my bikini in the making and I´m really happy because it looks so cool !!!
    weight is currently between 66-67kg, hopefully I see my coach next week to see if we need to change my diet, I´m just waiting for a response xD

    sounds good the only thing which I would change is in PULL B you´re doing undergrip pulldowns and later rev v grip pulldowns. Same movement not necessary IMO

    rest day for me! did 30 min of cardio on empty stomach and some ab exercises & vacuum , later I´m going to strech my upper body
    just do be sure my posing is getting better especially the side poses. Next week I´m gonna visit London for a posing session with the one and only
    Emma Hyndman. Really excited about that 🙂
